Beautiful 2-storey right on the beach, this condo offers incredible views of the beach and of Buck Island.
You will find 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the first floor and a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and its private balcony upstairs. There is a 4th bedroom upstairs with 2 twin beds.
Unwind and relax at the pool, or take the provided snorkel gear to go explore the waters !
Pelican Cove Beach is a Blue Flag certified beach, and meet sets standards for water quality, safety and public environment education.

Condo was great and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you need and plenty of seasonings for cooking.
You could hear and see the ocean from the balcony. The water is crystal clear and great for snorkeling.
The host responded to any questions we had and we would definitely stay here again!

The property was very nice and clean. Had great views. If you needed anything the hosts were right on it. The beach was pretty rocky. It did have a couple swimming holes you could walk to to swim in, but not a spot you could just go out into. Centrally located to everything. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is lovely and very quiet. The pool and beach are so convenient. The views are just incredible. We spoke with the property manager a few times and always got a timely response. We will definitely be back.

The condo we rented was outstanding! We literally right on the beach. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful and the snorkeling just a few yards away was great. Condo was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this accommodation if you are traveling to St. Croix.

This was the perfect spot for our first time visiting STX. The rental was fully stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating during our stay! The property was centrally located and we had no issues getting around the island with our car rental. The view and the sea breezes were amazing! We would stay here again!

Older property, definitely needs some structural attention. The floors are not flat. It is close to the water to enjoy the waves and the view. The beach was not enjoyable unless you want to wade through the rocks, seaweed, and reef. The water turned brown after a heavy rain. It would be nice to have an elevator since it is up 3 floors. The condo was very hot and humid as we first walking in. The restaurant on property is horribly high priced and lacking flavor and service. There wasn’t many people eating at all, but staff was not attentive. The prices on the menu were not correct either. I would stay on the west side if I were to stay on the island again.

This place absolutely rocked!! Easy to communicate w management and super responsive (they monitored a storm for our arrival and assisted w a lost personal item). Check in seamless. Condo exceeded our expectations- spacious, clean, gorgeous patios. Pool was clean and lovely. The included beach gear (towels, snorkels, chairs) was a great perk. Location was perfect for exploring the island - never more than 30 mins from anywhere we wanted to go. Beautiful sunrise views of Buck island from east facing balcony, many hours spent listening to the waves. All the comforts of home in a tropical paradise!

We stayed the week of Memorial Day, and had a wonderful time. The space has 2 beds, 2 baths, a full kitchen, living room, in condo laundry, and an amazing 3rd floor beach view. The kitchen was well equipped, there were beach supplies, and laundry detergent. Our only complaint would be regarding the water, there were a couple of occasions the water was off or was flowing super slowly. The island was in major drought, so it may not be isolated to this property, and did not last long. Great place! We'd definitely rent again.

We stayed at this amazing condo for a week of relaxation. The unit was perfect for our group. Everyone had their space and could spread out as needed. The beds were incredibly comfy and we all slept super well.
The kitchen was clean and perfectly equipped to allow us to prepare our meals whenever we decided to eat in. The living areas provided ample space to hang out in the ac for dining and lounging. The two (yes, two) balconies allowed us to enjoy the amazing ocean view while listening to the waves across the reef. We utilized the table on the downstairs balcony for breakfast and card games.
The location and proximity to all the island has to offer added to our stay. It is an easy 10-minute drive into Christiansted and only a 25-minute drive Fredericksted. The Palms restaurant is a 5-minute stroll across the parking lot and a place we visited twice during our stay.
If your flying in, I would recommend picking up a few supplies for the following day’s breakfast, and possibly lunch and beyond, at the Plaza Extra East on Queen Mary Hwy. It is on the way from the airport to the condo.
We definitely would recommend staying at this beautiful condominium. We truly enjoyed our week and look forward to returning.

The condo was perfect for 3 couples. The kitchens has everything you need to cook, has basics and store is close. The great table on patio with stunning views make meals in fun. Plenty of space. The Property Manager was fantastic making sure we received all communications. We had a very short power outage while we were there, I reached out and in minutes I knew it was island wide and had a way to track it. Power was out a short time about 15-20 minutes and all was fine. Remembering you are on an island and these things can happen is important we were not worried and just enjoyed the patio. The pool is great. The beach is steps away and the tide pools are full of life. Highly recommend this property.

Communication prior to our stay was off to a great start. Alexia was very responsive and answered our questions ahead of our stay. The week before travel I received the gate code but no direction about check in process. When we arrived, there was no on site office or manager to guide us in the process to retrieve the unit keys. The host gave us no contact information with how to reach her and the blue sky office was closed. We provided our flight and contact information, and realizing she did not share the lock box code, she would have contacted us with more information. We were fortunate we ran into another realtor who was fantastic! He called a colleague at Blue Sky named "Kat" who was truly remarkable...she communicated the code to retrieve the keys to the unit, and made sure we had everything we needed. She even sent us her cellphone in case we had any additional questions or needed further assistance. The unit had beautiful views, grounds, beach, pool, amenities and was spacious, but did not have working internet service, bathroom fans did not work, front bedroom air conditioner was broken(fortunately there was a fan in the living room) and we had to handwash clothes as the wash machine was not working. Even in the welcome book, it states you can only wash small loads ie. One towel at a time. With just a few undergarments in the washer the tub bounced around and we could not continue to use it. Had we known the washer did not work, we would have packed differently.

Our family of six greatly enjoyed our stay. St. Croix is a very welcoming island and this condo complex felt very safe.

AC in bedroom with twin beds was very loud. And make it known that there is no elevator in the complex. It was hard to walk up 3 floors for some of us that. The TV didn’t work for cable. Only Netflix was available. Other than that the place was great! The views were spectacular!!

We enjoyed our stay at La Grande Princesse. It was clean, spacious and was exactly as advertised. The views from the balconies were magnificent. The easy access to the beach was wonderful as we walked the beach multiple times a day. Management checked with us the evening we arrived to see if we got there ok. We appreciated that they reached out. The pool and hot tub were a great addition. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to town groceries & all other activities. The bar/restaurant at The Palms next door (walking distance was great). The condo complex was beautifully maintained and our unit had every thing you could need and more. Property Manager Alexia was on top of all communications and addressed any issues quickly. Really appreciated all the extras, soaps, spices, plush towels etc... Dropped our suitcases and we were ready to go. This is a third floor unit, so prepare for the stairs. We used it as an excuse for more great food and cocktails. We can't wait to return.

Wonderful Pelican Cove Condo
We throughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo. Everything in the listing and pictures were exactly as expected. Very well appointed kitchen and lots of extra amenities were available as well. Beautiful pool and grounds, but the views from the two balconies is incredible and our favorite part. The location is also great. Easy drive to grocery store and town but also centralized to explore all areas of the island. We always felt very safe and met many friendly locals and visitors at the condo complex. The property manager was also very helpful and reached out several times to ensure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit and stay here again.

Our family was looking for a beachfront, affordable condo close proximity to activities, restaurants. My husband, 16-year old son, myself and my parents made our first trip to the island June 1-8th 2022.
We were very pleased with the condo and the location. It’s important to note that on island, there are all different types of homes and areas-all mixed. Unfortunately, the results of the hurricanes of several years ago still show up here and there. That said, we saw some refurbishment happening in several places as well!
Back to the unit-while not new, it was more than adequate for our needs! New bedding, towels, beach towels, snorkel equipment, outdoor furniture cushions..more than enough towels and extra bedding available if needed.
All furniture was in great shape and appropriate. Outdoor furniture on both porches was was appreciated-downstairs a table and chairs and 2 sets of loungers along with a grill; upstairs had several loungers and little tables as well.
Beds were adequate, probably my least favorite part but I still slept well!
A/C was adequate, a unit in each room. The one in the LR was a bit difficult to figure out. The kitchen was well-appointed and had all we needed including a great coffee selection and some condiments/spices.
The best part was the incredible view! This is the very back unit and you can see palm trees and water clear through to Buck Island. The sunrises are amazing!
The contact for the condo was so prompt and responsive both before, during and after our stay. Very informative prior to our stay when we had several questions. During our stay when we had a fluke water issue, our contact dropped water off quickly for us to use and followed up with us regularly.
The condo grounds are gated and well tended (including the pool restrooms). The pool area is beautiful and empty most of the time we were there.
The condo was walkable across either the parking lot or beach to a restaurant.
The beachfront is passable, not a great place to swim but there is a small beach close about 5 minutes away.
The overall location of the condo was perfect! 2 minutes from a grocery store and 10 minutes from downtown.
