This home was beautiful and easy to access. Plenty of street parking when we were concerned with no on site parking. Everything was clearly labeled and clean. Multiple ways to make coffee. I was even able to bake fresh bread with the baking scale in the cabinet. Would definitely rent again if available on our next visit

The host was super attentive and super responsive! Everything that could be needed in a home was there starting from the kitchen to the bedrooms and restrooms and even extra supplies. This home is perfect to accommodate a big family!

This property looks better in person than it does on line. Our group was a total of 7 relatives. There are plenty of places to hang out in this house. The house has EVERYTHING to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen has quality pans and equipment so that guests can actually cook. All cabinets are labeled so guests know where to find equipment and where to put it back. The yard and gardens around the house are lovely. The neighborhood is great. Keegan, the manager, is very responsive should you need something. Even though the house is on a main street , it isn’t noisy at night. This is an older house, so there are stairs to get into the house and to get to either the first level or basement. I have stayed in many rentals and this one is one of the best.

Everything was as advertised. Home is in a great area within walking distance to Washington Park and restaurants and coffee shop. For some reason the driveway was not included with the rental, it was not an issue. Would rent again.

Our family stayed a week at this Denver home. We found everything we needed here to be comfortable. The landscaping was beautiful. The proximity to Washington Park made early morning runs and later leisurely strolls doable. Gaylord shops are a few walkable blocks away. A fenced private area off the porch provided a place for the children to play while adults could sit and talk on the backyard furniture while dinner was grilling. The owner has carefully labeled where supplies needed can be found. We needed to supply very little besides our food. The home was even more lovely than the photos provided and very clean. Even though we were 7 adults and 2 children we were able to navigate the two bathrooms with little problem. The double sink in the second bathroom helped. We would choose to return here if the occasion presented itself and we highly recommend this home for a Denver visit.

The house was perfect for our needs. The most organized and well stocked vrbo we have ever stayed. Literally anything we needed was within reach. Also decorated adorably. In town for my daughter's graduation from DU and the space was ideal and location fantastic. We loved hanging out it the yard or watching the rain from the front porch -- and walking to restaurants on Gaylord was an added bonus. Luanne went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Would love to stay there again!

The house was so perfect for our group! The host stocked everything we would need from lots of mugs and coffee to snacks and cooking essentials. Ample fans and air conditioners to stay cool as well. The backyard was perfect for group meals and fire pits.

We had a lovely stay in this home in Wash Park, one of Denver’s best neighborhoods. Great host and charming home with all stated amenities. Though it’s located on University Blvd, it was peaceful and very convenient for restaurants, shopping, etc.

Thoroughly and thoughtfully appointed, the house had everything you could need. Everything is clearly labeled, there are extras for everything. The rooms are all nicely decorated, the beds and bedding are very comfortable, and there is so much space. We had four adults and two kids staying and had room to spare. They were also so responsive--snow was shoveled for us right away, and when a tree bough fell on the side of the house, I just sent a message and it was gone within a few hours. Enjoyed staying there immensely.

Keegan's home near Washington Park was exactly what a group of 8 friends + 1 toddler needed for our long weekend in Denver! Keegan was very communicative about everything from the time I made the reservation until we checked out. Keegan was thoughtful about the additional effort that comes from traveling with a toddler (the portable crib is a wonderful touch!) and conscious of everyone's safety throughout our stay. Additional touches to the home including thorough labels, Roku TVs in every room, dimmer lightswitches, and quality toiletries in the bathrooms enhanced our stay, which was made perfect by both the location and the dreamy backyard. We recommend this home as a getaway for any and all groups to enjoy their visit to Denver!

Lovely home conveniently located to DU

We had a group of 6 adult family members attending graduation at DU. The house is a 20 minute walk/5 minute drive from campus. It is newly rehabbed and clean, with a well appointed kitchen and nice backyard with both gas and charcoal grills. We loved that there was coffee provided, along with a few bottles of wine. The owner was super responsive to any questions and even brought over a corn hole set for us to use in the backyard. We took an afternoon trip to Red Rocks and one member of our group got up early one day to hike in Boulder. Washington Park is a quick walk away and a great spot for walking or running. There are several restaurants within walking distance. It was a really nice place to spend the weekend with a group!
