Overall this house was great for our needs. It had everything we wanted, the location was great and convenient. We had one major mechanical issue, which was resolved very quickly and without needing to push the issue. Any criticisms I have would be minor and nit-picky, but we’d absolutely come back to this property or the 3 others in this same group. .

This house was beautiful. Exactly like the pictures. So much room and space for a family to be together but not get on each other's nerves. Amazing nights in the pool. Kids absolutely love the pickleball court and soccer goals to get competitive. Love the outside bathroom with shower and the grill area was put to great use. So much seating for outdoor dinners and family time . We made some amazing memories that we will never forget. Perfect location near everything including the beach. All the shopping your heart desires and delicious food within minutes. The host was amazing. Wonderful communication. Speedy response to any inquiry. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Thank you Karen and Brandon for allowing us to stay in your home! You definitely have wonderful personalities and made us feel extremely welcome and at home. We would definitely stay here again!!!

We had 20 people stay and we did fit fine without the bunk room. The larger rooms had enough room for a twin air mattress on the floor. The pool and hot tub were used daily by everyone! Pickleball is our new favorite sport. We all enjoyed that too and with the heat it was great to jump in the pool after!

This is an excellent spot for a family vacation. I would recommend any one looking for a spacious home with all amenities to book here. There is enough activities that you never have to leave the house and kids will have things to keep themselves entertained.

Tremendous house for a large group. Spacious pool with great covering that kept the rays and sunburns at bay. Pickleball court was in good shape that got lots of use. Kitchen was amazing with top notch appliances, multiple fridges, separate ice maker, and water purification system that alleviated the need to get cases of water. Only slight issue experienced was WiFi was very spotty and didn’t reach all the rooms in the house which made streaming a bit difficult. Overall a great house and would definitely stay there again!

The property kept our family busy and happy with the pool and hot tub and definitely the pickleball court. The kitchen and dining areas worked great for our shared meals. Nice location for shopping and a little beach time and hiking

We stayed at this house with two other families with 6 adults and 8 kids and it was amazing!! The house was spotless - we had a spill on the floor in the hallway and even the wipe we used came up clean (other than the spill). Between the pool and pickleball court we could have stayed at the house and never left and we would have been happy, but of course we had to explore! The area was great perfect distance away from all the busy areas along the beach with so many places to visit and things to do in the area for all ages. Would HIGHLY recommend staying at this house!

I feel like I was very blindsided with this stay. I did not receive the information to get into the house until after I messgaed the owner. She claims it was sent 2 weeks prior, but I did not receive anything. Then, when we got into the house, one of the rooms was locked despite Vrbo advertising 7 bedrooms. It was only in the amenities section where it said you had to request the extra room or it was offered with 20 or more people. We had 20 people and were not offered the room until I messaged the owner confused and had to pay more money to get the room unlocked.

The house is so big and so versatile, we were able to do whatever anyone chose. Want a large group together in the house? The kitchen and living room have space aplenty. Want some time in the hot tub? It can hold many adults at once. How about swimming in October? Although heated, the water was a bit too cold for swimming more than a few minutes. There was even more fun available on the property, but we chose to golf at some of the local courses instead. Overall, 12 adult men were very comfortable renting this property.

Home was new and in perfect condition! Pool and all amenities were fabulous! Only issue was the family room tv didn’t connect very well and the internet was horribly slow. Overall it was spacious and just what we were looking for! We would definitely come back!

We have a large, growing family . A few years ago we realized we had outgrown condos. One week out of the year we gather so our children can get to know the cousins. this home is conveniently located for Foley and Gulf Shores. While it is not on the beach it has a screened in pool area and tennis court that is used daily by the young people. It was a delight to have a well appointed kitchen. there was about 12-20 of us depending on the night. I live in Elberta but this house entertains family from AZ, FL, north AL. The only draw back is that the rental is not available for a full weekend - front side or back side of stay, which is inconvenient for working folks. Overall , the good outweighs that.

What a great home for our large gathering of family. Everyone had a great time and the house was well equipped to handle our large group of 21. Best one we’ve stayed at in the last 7 years of doing our family vacation. Ages 3 to 69. Something for everyone.

This was our 15th year of an annual family vacation with all of my siblings, their families and our parents. We have utilized VRBO all of these years and of all the properties we have stay in, this was, By Far, the best house, HANDS DOWN!
We had one minor issue which we don’t even consider and issue as it was handled with exceptional care. We experienced an air conditioner issue on day 1 and within 30 minutes of a phone call to the maintenance manager, the problem was addressed and resolved.
This is a beautiful house and the pictures do not do it justice. It is centrally located and most activities off property are not more than a 10-20 minute drive depending on traffic. You will not be disappointed with this House!!

We stayed for a week with 18 family members and this house had plenty of space. We rented the bonus room and that was definitely a good idea. I was surprised that the “sun room” was just a portion of the living room, I thought it was a separate living area. The wi-fi was quite spotty in most of the bedrooms. Our group consisted of 1 year olds to 85 year olds and this house was the perfect set up for all generations. The pool is incredible and Karen is incredibly responsive with every question we had. We had a minor issue in the beginning and she sent cleaners out within the hour to fix the issue. No issues and we hope to stay here again in the future!

This rental was fantastic! Immaculate, well equipped, and SO much space. 13 of us between the ages of 3 and 80 had the most wonderful week enjoying the property. The spa and pool were perfect - especially the shallow play area for the little one. Many of the group enjoyed pickle ball and playing frisbee in the yard during our stay. The ice machine was a bonus to keep our drinks cold.
Our only recommendation to the owner would be to invest in a mesh net to extend the Wi-Fi throughout the home. The Wi-Fi speed was sufficient, it just can’t reach areas outside the kitchen. We were able to login to the smart TV apps to watch our favorite shows on multiple TVs throughout the week.
Highly recommend. Beautiful place with lots of advantages for all ages.

If this house doesn't have it you don't need it. We could not believe all of the amenities that this place had including the ice maker which really came in handy. Karen was quick with communicating and was available to help out with any problems or concerns. It truly was such a relaxing vacation.

The home is beautifully appointed, has plenty of space and the outdoor area is wonderful! The 10 young adults we had with us enjoyed the property and what it offered.
The only downsides for us were trying to stay connected to Wi-Fi for those doing some school or work. It seemed to only work in the kitchen so the bedrooms couldn’t be used for a quiet space.
Many fun things to do in the area, all within 5-25 minutes!

We had a great time here!! This property is beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen was our favorite hangout spot with a huge island and TV. The island was so big and we all enjoyed sitting around it playing games, prepping food and eating. The pool area was a popular spot also. We had a couple maintenance issues while we were there but they were taken care of in a good time frame. There was plenty of dishes and all kinds of cooking utensils to use. I would have liked to see a laundry basket for the different bedrooms because there was only one for the whole house that was located in the laundry room. The beds in the bunk room were not very comfortable according to the family members that slept in there. Overall, I would highly recommend this house!!

Simply put the house is beautiful and located near everything you could need or want to do. We had a large family group and the space in the house accommodated us with room to spare. Thank you for an amazing stay. Karen’s communication was great and timely. We will definitely keep this on our radar when visiting the area in the future.

This was a wonderful experience! We had 4 families and plenty of room. The pool and outdoor activities were very entertaining. The only things we felt was missing were some towels for the pool and a hair dryer. The tv situation was interesting in the fact of one controller would turn on multiple tvs in the house which was weird but fine.

We loved the house. A few small maintenance issues but they didn’t impact our enjoyment of the house. The outside spaces were excellent! Kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for our family to spread out and enjoy each other’s company.
It’s important to note that they only supply 1roll toilet paper per bathroom , 1 roll of paper towels 1dishwasher and washing machine pod each and trash bags that are in the cans at arrival so add those to a shopping list.

This property is wonderful. The pool is spectacular and the pickle ball court was so much fun. The house is spacious and comfortable for a large group. The furnishings are all very nice. The location makes it easy to get to the beach. The only downside is that the WiFi can be spotty on occasion. I would absolutely stay here again!

This property took our vacation over the top! The house is fabulous but the pool is totally awesome!
The house and kitchen are furnished with virtually anything you would need. Crockpot, cookie sheets, rolling pin, baking dishes, pots and pans, they were all stocked. A nice grill outside as well. The only thing I needed was a meat thermometer and I had brought one.
The separate ice maker was great as was the second refrigerator. Also a large capacity washer and dryer is provided.
Beds were comfortable and linens were of a good quality. Outside pool furniture was very nice as well.
The kitchen island is wonderful but we did find the barstools to be at a bar height versus a cabinet height so it was not comfortable for an adult but fine for the children. There is plenty of table seating for adults.
Our only issue was in operating the TV’s. The main TV in the living room worked fine, but the other TV’s were spotty. I think it was due to a weaker Wi-Fi. It would be helpful to have a written process for operation of the Smart TV’s. The sunroom has headsets included with that TV and we were able to use that fine.
The location of this property is perfect. It is close to the strip in Foley yet separated out of the crowd. It’s also a quick drive to the beach.
Another wonderful perk was the private pickle ball court! It was so nice! Also the outside shower was so nice for when we returned from the beach.
Property Manager was very responsive with any questions we had.
Overall a great property with a lot of space and wonderful amenities!

The home was roomy and kitchen was well stocked which is a problem we usually run into. The only issue we had was the internet didn't work or was spotty in all the bedrooms. We had a great time and home was centrally located to what we needed.
