Expansive views of Lake Powell and sights all the way to Navajo Mountain, this 3,400 sq. ft home is the perfect place to experience all that Page, AZ has to offer. The Cliff Dweller is nestled upon the bluffs of Lake Powell with a 13 minute drive to Wahweap Marina, 18 min to Antelope Point Marina, 14 min to the world famous Antelope Slot Canyon, 9 min to Horseshoe Bend, 6 min to Glen Canyon Dam, and 3 min into town. The home was built in 2014 with modern amenities and all the comforts of home.
[The Main Living Space] The Cliff Dweller's main living space is surrounded by views of the Great Basin's rugged terrain and colorful sunsets. The open floor plan boasts a bright, spacious, and modern kitchen that opens up to a comfortable living space featuring two sofas and additional bay-window seating. Enjoy cooking delicious meals while enjoying the Smart TV, complete with a variety of streaming apps. This upstairs area also features a dining table for eight, bar seating for four, and a mudroom complete with an oversized washer and dryer to manage laundry during your stay.
[The Downstairs Living Space] The perfect place to chill and unwind after a long day of adventure. The downstairs living space includes a walk-in bar, a game room complete with shuffleboard, bar top seating, and a mini refrigerator. You will also find an oversized sectional and an additional Smart TV to relax and kick your feet up. Bonus! A second oversized washer/dryer is located downstairs.
[The Outdoor Space] Step outside of the main living space to enjoy the most expansive Lake Powell views while grilling on the Weber barbecue or sitting at our outdoor table! This same balcony wraps around to a more private lounge area that is directly off of the master bedroom. The downstairs outdoor space includes an outdoor pool table, plenty of seating, and additional space to take in the incredible Lake Powell views.
[The Master] The master bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable king size bed that is perfectly positioned to take in the beautiful Lake Powell views! This bedroom opens up directly to a secluded portion of the balcony with lounge chairs and a side table.. which is definitely Christian and Kiki's favorite place to enjoy some morning coffee and a book. The master bedroom also boasts a spacious bathroom complete with an oversized walk-in shower with three shower heads, a dual vanity sink, and large walk-in closet. (Tip for traveling with babies: Bring along a pack and play to use this large closet space as a nursery!)
[The Casita] Situated in the front of the home, the casita is detached yet close and safe enough for children. This space offers a queen size bed, a smart TV, and a full bathroom complete with a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity.
[The Guest Rooms] Upstairs, you will find one bedroom with a queen size bed, Smart TV, and full bathroom. Downstairs, there is a "bunk room" which offers three twin size beds (perfect for children), a spacious bedroom with two full size beds, and a beautifully designed full bathroom complete with another massive walk-in shower and vanity.

First and foremost KiKi is amazing to work and very responsive. We had an issue with the fridge and shower drain. She quickly had someone out to fix it in addition brought over another fridge for the garage!
The property is beautiful, great location and close to the boat launches. Plenty of space for teenagers and fun area downstairs for them to hang out. I’m not a lover of house boats, so this was the perfect alternative!!
We will definitely be coming back next year!

This House is Worth It- Will stay again!
The House is very large and has ample space for multiple families!
The Walk-out basement has two bedrooms and one bathroom with large shower. The basement - sleeps 7. The main floor has primary suite with king bed, bathroom with large shower & another king room with shower tub bath combo in hall near it.
Also- the separate casita out front (within gate of house, but has separate entrance.) sleeps 2 with large queen, & it’s own bathroom & ac unit.
Kitchen is so well stocked. We were able to make multiple meals for 11 guests with everything we needed. Including ample dishes, pots/pans, several spices available and multiple appliances(coffee makers, crock pot, rice cooker etc.
THE PROS: the VIEW is amazing! The Kitchen is well appointed, beds are comfortable, house is large, large back patio dining table, back patio mini fridge, the separate casita, basement ping pong table and bar area, back yard fire pit, multiple tvs, has garage parking, 2 laundry rooms, great communication with management, the location is perfect- short drive to town or state line marina.
CONS: (I spoke to mgmt & they were helpful)the one ac unit struggles to keep that size house cool enough, July is hot and the house was uncomfortable at times for sleeping,NO BOAT PARKING ALLOWED, (it’s listed in description, but not prominently) I noticed this the day before we arrived and we had to leave boat at the marina. Slow draining showers,( told management)

Picture perfect house and setting! We could not have asked for more during our visit to Page. The house felt like home away from home and made our stay comfortable. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and close proximity to hiking, horseback riding, and site-seeing. The Hanging Gardens, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, the dam, and restaurants are so close! We have already recommended this property to friends who are planning a visit next year.

This house is truly amazing! Beautiful and well equipped but the outdoor space was our favorite part! The deck and lower patio with fire pit were perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We will definitely be back!

We booked two nights as part of a National Parks road trip. The house is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room and privacy makes this a great home for a multi-generational group of multiple families. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and there are large tables inside and out. There is a large grill on a covered deck with a beautiful view, especially at sunset, along with walking trails near by. Highly recommend.

The house is nice for larger groups, there are two bedrooms on each floor of the main house, plus a detached bedroom with bathroom. The house was well appointed with everything we needed.

Amazing getaway location. Very comfortable beds, brand new and clean bathrooms, Amazing kitchen space, and a beautiful balcony for up to 8 at one table. Fun games in the basement with ping pong and shuffleboard. For some reason the site said pool table but Kiki cleared with me in advance that the site was being weird. The fireplace was very nice but with quiet hours at 10pm it made it hard to hang out outside with younger kids. One bedroom is in a separated unit (cabana) which was nice for my daughter and her friend. Overall an amazing getaway!

We had a wonderful couple of days at this beautiful home up on the ridge above town. It was welcoming and ready for us to start relaxing immediately. The decor and design were lovely. The living spaces were open and comfortable. The best part was the outdoor living area off the back of the house. We reveled in both sunrise and sunset. The home had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were very comfortable and roomy and so were the bathrooms. The location was excellent for all that we wanted to do. We definitely wish we had more time to enjoy this lovely property and the surrounding area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Kiki and Christian have a great home for a vacation for a larger group. We stayed only 2 nights and once we arrived wanted to extend our stay as the home was so beautifully set and the area has so many outdoor activities to offer. We took a guided tour of Upper Antelope Canyon, walked to Horseshoe Bend and kayaked Antelope Canyon on Lake Powell. We hope to go back to Page and would absolutely look to stay here again. Communication was great and the home was just fantastic. Thank you, Kiki, and Christian!

This is a great house for couples and families. Gorgeous views and outdoor areas. Two separate inside living areas, one up one down, and a separate casita for a single or couple. Playground and basketball up the street. Nice walking trails around. Suggest renting a pontoon boat on Lake Powell!

We went to Page to go kayaking after a wedding in Vegas. Easy check in. Very relaxing and room for everyone. The views were amazing and close enough to run out for groceries or dinner. Would definitely recommend for a bigger group looking to explore the area.

The Cliff Dweller gave us everything we hoped for, then some!
From the moment we booked, Kiki reached out with a generous welcome and the communication was comprehensive and timely throughout our stay.
The property is modern, immaculate and attractive. We used the well-appointed kitchen, the gas grill on the patio and the outdoor gas firepit. The bed in the Master is incredibly comfortable!
Lake Powell is awesome; but the central location in Page enabled us to also explore nearby Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon, as well as making a day trip the the Grand Canyon's South Rim.
I was hoping to rent a houseboat next time we're in this neck of the woods, but my wife is spoiled now and only wants to stay at The Cliff Dweller!

We had an amazing time staying at this property. It suited us perfectly and all the adults and kids loved it. It was in a lovely neighborhood and was very clean. The views were amazing and check in and check out were easy. The host was very friendly and responsive as well. we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Page!

My family and I booked the Cliff Dweller almost 1 year ago for our 3 night trip to see Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon. Upon pulling up to the house we noticed that the neighborhood was gorgeous and the house was very close to a few restaurants and grocery store. The house was sparkling clean, larger than it appears in the pictures and perfect for our family. The best part about the house was the covered deck/views. We enjoyed the evenings out on the deck every night we were there. Even though the days were over 100 degrees, the covered deck has a nice breeze. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need including plenty of towels and washcloths (which always seem to be lacking in rental units). They had rafts, a cooler and beach towels to use which were extremely helpful since we were unable to pack these items on the plane. If you are coming for the lake, the water level IS low, but we were still able to rent a boat one day and kayak a different day. Page, AZ is a nice little town with beautiful scenery. We loved our stay at the Cliff Dweller and would highly recommend it to any family. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Perfect location, perfect house!
This house VERY comfortably fit our extended family of 8 and it was so beautiful, with lovely views, clean and a very quiet neighborhood. We went to slot canyons and to the north rim and this house was a great location for both!

Page Vacation Home
This is a wonderful property! Very convenient to town and restaurants as well as Horseshoe Bend and Glen Canyon Dam. We stayed here as a party of 11 (5 adults and 6 children) and had the perfect amount of beds and space to spread out. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings and sunsets in the evening off the back porch area. We enjoyed visiting Antelope Canyon X tours while we were there (about 15-20 minutes) from the house.
Kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked a couple of meals while we stayed in the property.
Overall a great experience for our family!!
