The Large Ranch Home was THE perfect launching spot for daily trips to Zion, Bryce, and local adventures in Kanab. We brought 8 sophomore boys from Tennessee and the space was a perfect place for them to unwind after a fast paced day in the field!
5.0 / 5.0
The layout of the house worked great for our family dynamics. The children loved playing in the front yard in the evening with toys they brought from home. Football, frisbee challenges and used the Corn hole game provided. The views from the property were nice. Kids really enjoyed engaging with the cows on the adjoining property. The cherry tree was a great asset. They were delicious.
We had a few issues with property but Zion Stays, the host and owners were very gracious and quick to resolve the situation. We made some great family memories!

We had a group of friends who stayed for 3 nights. The house was clean and with so many bedrooms it was very comfortable (we loved that they are queen beds!). We brought UTVs and there was a ton of parking which was a HUGE bonus. The owner was great and we will definitely stay here again!
5.0 / 5.0
We had a great stay at this home! It has plenty of space for adults and children. The inside was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had plenty to offer for meals. While it is an older home in decoration and design, we found it extremely charming and nostalgic. Everything was in excellent condition. The surrounding property is picturesque and the free grazing cattle added beauty to the entire experience. We will be back!
