Before you arrive to the home you will find yourself driving through the beautiful town of Deerfield beach. It is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood with local restaurants, parks, and easy access to the beautiful beach!

As soon as you arrive you will have plenty of parking as our home has a circular driveway that fits up to 4 cars outside. Please beware that no parking on the street is allowed. On the front porch sits a lovely outdoor lounge area perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and people watching.

As soon as you enter our lovely home, you will find a huge open-plan living area with an L-Shaped couch filled with thoughtful details to help you relax. You can watch some TV on the 55" Smart plasma with cable channels and Wi-Fi for all your streaming services. Beside the couch sits a reading nook to enjoy a book and unwind. Beyond the living area in the open floor plan sits a huge dining table for 8, large enough to enjoy meals and make memories together over some great food. Off-set from the dining area is the kitchen. It is a chef-style Bertazzoni kitchen with a magnificent stainless steel oven and range with a large hood (my fellow chefs know this small joy). It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook from a simple meal to an all out feast. It is stocked to the brim with everything you may need, so if you can think of it, we have it :)!

Beyond the living room and dining area is the pool table (that also turns into a Ping-Pong table and dining table) overlooking the blue lagoon pool and outdoor lounge area.

Just outside the gaming area is the best part of the house, the beautiful backyard! It has a large, heated swimming pool with a built-in hot tub to enjoy. Under a huge Tiki Hut (it is waterproof!) we have made the ultimate place to relax. A covered lounge area with low couches and comfy chairs, a gas grill to BBQ, and a 10-person dining table for eating together outdoors. The pool gets plenty of sun all day and it is lined with four sunning chairs for that perfect Florida tan. We also have two swinging egg chairs for lounging and relaxing.


The Bedrooms

The first bedroom is the Master bedroom, just to the right of the living area. This room comes equipped with a top-of-the-line king bed with plush linen and comforter to ensure a perfect night's sleep. The room also has a work desk in case there is a bit of work to get done, and a large ensuite private bathroom with an artsy tile glass-box shower. A smart TV with cable and streaming services will keep you entertained before going to bed. The room has been styled and decked out with lovely art to make you feel like you are right at home, without the stress.

The second bedroom is beyond the living room to the left. This room has soft hues throughout and a lovely queen size bed with premium comforters and linen. This room has art all throughout and a large dresser with a Smart TV with all the entertainment, as well as a closet to keep your room tidy.

The third bedroom is located across from the second room. This room holds two queen beds to fit all of your family, big or small! It is cozy and has its own reading nook and flat screen TV. Perfect for kids and couples alike.

The fourth bedroom is the second largest bedroom, located in the back of the house to the right of the pool table, leading out to the pool. It is huge! This luxe bedroom has a large king sized bed with plush linens and tons of pillows. There are two leather reading chairs under the large bay windows overlooking the pool and tiki area for relaxing in privacy or finding quiet time while on vacation.

Next to the second and third room you have the main bathroom that is used throughout all the rooms besides the master. It has a bathtub and stand-up shower with sliding glass doors.


This home is perfect for all sorts of groups and we put a lot of love and thought into including everything a family needs while on vacation. We've all been there, you're just missing that one thing! And who wants to go to the store when you just started to relax? At our home, that won't happen. We truly have gone above and beyond to ensure this home feels like your own home. The soft colors, sunlight-filled rooms, high-end furniture, art, and love all make this house the perfect South Florida home.

Please read the following information to make sure we are the right host & home for you.

The house can sleep up to a maximum of 12 people. The maximum amount of adults is 10 and two additional children are allowed.

While this house has been made for entertaining, creating unforgettable moments, and groups... it is not a party house. We are located in a lovely quiet & quaint family neighborhood. Parties are not allowed and loud noises especially on the outdoor garden past 9 PM are prohibited. We like to treat our neighbors and neighborhood with the same respect that they treat us. Please beware that we are very vigilant about this and we enforce our rules very strictly. There are Noise monitoring devices that let us know if the music noise levels are too high.

As per city policy, there is a maximum of 4 cars allowed at the home at any given time. There is a 4 car driveway and all cars must be within the driveway. Parking on the grass, the sidewalk, and the street is extremely prohibited and if a violation is given to us due to this matter, then there will be a penalty for the guests violating the rules.

There are noise detector devices & cameras located on the outside of the property (front and back yard) for your security.

As per city ordinance, No guests who are registered sexual offenders are allowed in the property.

Before arrival, the guest must sign an online "check-in" form with all of the terms and conditions of the house and agree to follow all of the city ordinances, and disclose all members of the party.

Unfortunately, we are not a pet-friendly house, but if you have a service or support animal please make sure to let us know in advance since they are allowed to stay in the residence.

No loud noises from 9 PM to 8 AM.
Guest are not allowed to have parties and people who are not registered to stay in the house must have written consent from the host before entering.

In order to keep the house clean and well maintained for you, there are a few services done regularly to it, and this may encounter your stay.

The pool is serviced once a week on Monday between 8 AM - 3 PM. The pool company will knock on the door to let you know when they will be going into the backyard, shall nobody answer, they will use the side door to clean and service the pool. They will never enter the inside of the house.

The landscaping of the front yard and back yard is done every other week between 9 AM to 5 PM. The landscaping company will first service the front yard and they will knock and let you know when they will be going to service the back. They will use the side entrance to the backyard and never enter the house.

On the 4th Thursday of every month, we do pest control to keep the house bug free. The company will come to the house accompanied by someone from our company and they will need access to the house inside. If you are not home, the host will be present to make sure your belongings and safety are not compromised. The products that we use are all environmentally and human friendly, so there is no need to leave the home at any time.

The check-in is at 4 PM guaranteed but you can contact us to see if an earlier check-in is possible. We will be happy to do so earlier if possible. Check-out must be done by 11 AM.

There are no parties allowed in this house. The maximum amount of people in the house is 12 people, and if unregistered guests will be coming to visit, you must give notice and get consent from the hosts.
