Welcome to Villa Tranquility, a premier property in beautiful Punta Gorda, FL. We invite you to embrace the serenity of a Zen-inspired waterfront escape. Unwind in the comfort of your heated saltwater pool, indulge in the luxury of a hot tub, and delight in open-air dining with the outdoor grill and dining table, all within a screened-in lanai.
Enjoy the convenience of a private dock with a 10,000-pound rated boat lift and a WaveRunner lift while overlooking the picturesque canal waterfront in the beautiful Punta Gorda Isles - where manatees and dolphins occasionally appear. Boats and WaveRunners can be rented from a nearby marina or brought along. Open water access to Charlotte Harbor is only 10 minutes by boat. An array of beach gear is also available for those wanting to relax on a charming local beach.
Staying at Villa Tranquility places you in a desirable location, with a mere 25-minute walk to Fishermen's Village, downtown restaurants, and shopping destinations. Additionally, downtown Fort Myers is just a 34-minute drive away. Discover the beauty of the canals with complimentary kayaks or embark on a breezy cruise downtown on our provided beach bikes, reaching your destination in under 15 minutes. All amenities are provided free of charge.
Upon entering the villa, you will step into the living room that offers plenty of seating for you and your guests, as well as an assortment of books, magazines, and engaging games and puzzles, all centered around the surrounding area. Off the living room is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Both the living room and kitchen offer direct access to the lanai. Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and at home.
The master suite has extra-large closets and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink vanity, as well as a futon chaise lounge chair. At the other end of the Villa, are two beautifully furnished bedrooms with closets and a shared bathroom, complete with tub, shower, and spacious vanity. The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with three king beds, 2 chaise loungers that convert to twin beds, and a queen fold-out bed. Kindly seek prior permission before hosting additional visitors.
As a thoughtful gesture, a chilled bottle of sparkling wine awaits in the refrigerator for your enjoyment. Please let us know in advance if you wish otherwise.

Your well-being, adherence to local guidelines, and preserving the property's integrity are our foremost priorities. Enforcement and associated charges rarely become necessary. We earnestly request that our guests extend due respect to the property and the neighborhood.
Obligations of the Booking Guest:
As the individual responsible for the booking, please be aware that you must ensure that your guests adhere to all House Rules.
Pre-Arrival:
Prior to your arrival we will ask you to verify the total number of guests, their respective names, dates of birth, and a copy of the IDs of all your guests over 18 years of age. Any guests who refuse to provide this information are not allowed to stay.
Shortly before your arrival, we will speak with you over the phone to ensure that everything is in order to meet your needs. The access code will not be provided without this communication. After this call, you will receive a message via your booking platform's inbox that will include a link to the Rental Agreement which you will need to sign electronically. Once the Rental Agreement has been signed, you will then receive a pre-arrival message that will include essential details, such as the property address and remote access code.
Neighbor Relations and Noise Considerations/ City Ordinance Compliance:
Respect the boundaries of our property and ensure that your guests do not trespass onto our neighbors' premises. In the event of any complaints from neighbors, prompt action will be required on your part, and failure to address the issue may result in you being asked to leave the property.
All guests are expected to adhere to the ordinances of the City of Punta Gorda. A link to the city ordinances is provided in the Guest Manual.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise respectful during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of private property. Quiet hours must be observed from 9 PM onwards. Note that our property is equipped with a noise-detecting device called NoiseAware, which monitors noise levels in decibels. If prolonged and excessive noise is detected, I will receive an alert and may contact you accordingly to address the situation. Excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors can lead to forfeiture of your damage deposit and potential eviction. Please refrain from frequent nighttime entrances and exits or activating door lock remotes, as these actions can disturb our neighbors.
Parties and Events:
No parties or events are permitted. The maximum occupancy in the home is 10 people at any given time, both for gatherings and overnight stays. Prior consent is necessary to bring additional guests into the property.
Smoking:
Smoking or vaping is prohibited within the property's indoor and outdoor areas.
Fireworks:
Fireworks are not allowed on the premises.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted on the property unless explicit approval has been granted. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet applies to approved cases. Pets must remain off furniture and bedding and should be leashed when walking outside. Free roaming by pets on the property is not allowed. Please promptly clean up after your pet and deposit any waste in separate plastic bags before disposing them in the regular garbage can. Remember to use a liner in the regular garbage can (55-gallon liners are available in the garage on the counter). Bully breeds are not permitted.
Waste Disposal Guidelines:
Garbage Collection: Garbage is collected on Tuesday & Friday. Please take the garbage cans from the outside area by the side garage door to the street on Monday and Thursday evenings after 6 p.m.
Recyclable Collection: Recycled garbage is also picked up on Tuesday, so the recycled garbage can also go out on Monday evening.
Please return the cans to the garage before 6 p.m. on Tuesday and Friday. Please do not leave the garbage cans in front of the garage door as they damage it. If cans are outside when you arrive on any day other than Monday and Thursday evening, please return them to the garage. Please place a garage can liner in the regular garbage can after emptying it. Prior to check-out, please remove all garbage from the cans inside the house and place it in the outdoor garbage cans, including the diaper pail if used.
Miscellaneous Items:
Parcel Deliveries: Amazon has access to the garage for parcel deliveries. If you find any packages left on the front doorstep, kindly place them inside the garage.
Toilet Usage: Please advise your guests not to dispose of tampons or sanitary napkins in the toilet. These items can clog the drain and lead to plumbing issues.
Electric Vehicle Charging: The property is not equipped for guests to charge their electric vehicles. Attempting to do so could damage the electrical system, for which you would be held responsible.
Surveillance Equipment:
Please note that there are no recording devices within the interior of the home, nor the lanai, pool, patio, or dock areas. There is a camera on the garage facing the driveway, a camera overlooking the pool equipment but not the pool, and a Ring Doorbell positioned at the front entrance which actively captures audio and video. Views of the surveillance cameras are provided in the Guest Manual.

This was a wonderful home to stay in with my family. Many rentals include bare minimum supplies and kitchen supplies however, this host thought of everything and more. All items were great quality and it truly felt like we were in a home away from home. The pool was perfect for the kids as well, they were like little fishes for days. My mom is disabled so it was important to have a place where she could also partake and this couldnt have been more perfect! The host was more than accomodating and very communicative. If I ever return to Punta Gorda I would definitely rebook.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Grace, the owner, was always just a text away. She was very helpful with everything that we needed during our stay. The home was very clean and well organized. This home came equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home! Beach towels/salt and pepper/other seasonings/ plastic bags/ foil/ extra toilet paper and paper towel. So thankful! Other homes that we have rented in the past were not so well equipped. We loved the location, and would absolutely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went there with my 2 sons and there and their spouses and 3 grandkid . We had a great time Grace had everything we needed. Punta Gorda Is a very nice place lots to do.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Tranquility. Our family used the kayaks, the pool, beach chairs, bikes and fishing rods. The highlight of our visit was watching a dolphin play with a small fish right in front of the canal dock. We are hoping to come back for another stay You have thought of most every convenience, Grace.

Beautiful Place!
This property was incredibly clean, organized, and fully stocked. It has been completely updated and displays the utmost attention to detail. We stay in PGI regularly to visit family and this is the nicest place we have stayed in, hands down. Grace was very thorough and attentive. We didn't get to enjoy the kayaks but loved taking some bike rides. Seriously, the house was stocked with everything you could possibly need or want, just bring some clothes, get some food, and enjoy all that Punta Gorda has to offer without having to pack everything. Highly recommended!!
