This two bedroom ground floor unit is conveniently located opposite Sawtell's Main Beach and only a quick, level stroll to all that Sawtell has to offer.
The Sawtell RSL is just across the road, and enjoy a delicious meal at The Kiosk Cafe, next to the Surf Club opposite your unit. You could not get closer to the beach.
Tastefully furnished, Sand and Sea 3 is a bright and delightful holiday property. Light and airy open plan living with ceiling fans, comfortable lounging and TV. Kitchen includes fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric oven and cooktop. There is a shared external laundry with both washer and dryer facilities. The property has Wi-Fi for your remote working holiday or to keep you connected during your stay. There is an outdoor shower for when you return from your beach adventures! Relax on the outdoor patio and watch the world go by.

Walk across the road to the beach or stroll to the restaurants, cafes and shops and cinema or a little further for golf, tennis and bowls. Sawtell Beach is one of the Coffs Coast's best swimming spots and the village lifestyle has great appeal for locals and also newcomers seeking that warm community atmosphere.
Bath towels are provided, feel free to bring your own beach towels. No pets, no smoking and no parties are permitted. Whilst there is a single garage, it is best used for your bikes or surfboard for storage only, as it is very small - but there is plenty of on street parking. Great location!! Easy walk to beach, cafes, club, pub, cinema. Everything we needed for a 5 night stay was provided. Apartment is slightly dated but clean, good size, good inclusions, at a good price point and I think I already said it, great location!!

The unit is great for two people. It was clean and everything you need is provided. The location is superb. Two steps from the main beach and the Main Street, a back street that is mostly quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
One criticism. If there is an emergency and something needs to be fixed immediately, there is no number to call. If there is one, it should be clearly listed with all the other instructions in the unit. We had an issue we wanted to report and had a hard time finding someone who knew what to do about it. Pretty sure we were talking to a call centre. They noted the issue but nothing came of it. We ended up telling a cleaner when we were leaving.

We enjoyed staying at Sand&Sea3. The first impression entering the apartment was hot great since it is a bit dark and the furniture looks outdated. But everything works well, it is clean and the beds are comfy. The location directly behind the dunes and at the flags and with village center so close is fantastic! I liked listening to the waves at night. So at the end of our stay we regretted moving out again.

Almost opposite the surf club, flat walking distance to beach, cafes and shops. Spotlessly clean. Bathroom dated but great shower, a vanity for toiletries would have been handy. Watch out for hot water kitchen and bathroom if you have kids, possibly no regulators so very hot indeed. Really enjoyed staying in this cosy little unit and would like to return. Possibly a little overpriced for the size.
