Great place to sit in front of the fire and take in the moutain views. We would definitely use this as a return location.

This property is in need of some serious TLC and the team managing it need to get on the same page about how to care for it and complete any repairs.
Would thoroughly enjoy this property if they could get things taken care of.

I was expecting the house to be more up in the mountains. The pictures fool you. I know pets are allowed but the urine smell hit you when you walked in. The small bathrooms floor felt like it was about to collapse when you walked on it and all the cabinet doors were loose.
It definitely needs some attention.

One TV that worked and felt like it needs a lot of repairs with the ceilings and plumbing

Perfect for our family reunion.

House was great…. Clean, quite and secluded…. Exactly what we were looking for. Only downside was the steep narrow driveway made it hard to back bass boats up to house. But overall it was a very enjoyable stay!

This was a nice place, good neighborhood and the location was great ! The house should have been cleaner, the decks were a mess. My sister and i cleaned for 2 days. The ice maker in frig don't work, the whirlpool tub didn't work, issues with the tv. They haven't fixed any of these in years according to there guest book but we did enjoy the cabin stay. If the place was cleaner and had some maintenance done it would be real nice.

We arrived at the property and driving up to the house the yard was full of debris. The lawn was not mowed. There were vines growing onto the porch from the lawn. The lower deck walkway was totally covered in vines. The front porch was full of debris and cobwebs. The porch had to be swept and all of the furniture had to be swept and cob webs removed. There were no cushions in the furniture as the listing shows. The screened in porch was in worse shape. It had not been cleaned or swept in months. It was unusable. The house was just in reasonable shape. All of the floors are unlevel. The back bedroom was not clean. There are piles of bugs in the corner near the door. The loft area had bugs in window seals. The only real usable bedroom was the master as it was in good shape. Several of us had to sleep in the living room because the bedrooms were unusable. The blankets on the couch were dirty We had to purchase blankets to use. The waterfall displayed in the listing does not work. The high top chairs at the kitchen table are very unstable and wobble. This is a major liability issue. The kitchen was clean and in good shape. The property manager was very reachable prior to arrival but we did not hear from her during or since. I DO. NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!

This cabin getaway was exactly the experience I needed. The location and surroundings really put me at peace and comfort. I gotta say, with the time I took away from reality to reset at this property truly opened my mind for all of my new journeys to come. Best trip ever, and can't wait to embark on this getaway again. And hopefully with the same cabin...😊😊

We had a very enjoyable stay here - kitchen was very nicely laid out, comfortable seating areas and nice bathrooms. We visited Pigeon Forge and several surrounding areas during our stay, and relaxed watching movies and reading in the evenings. Peaceful!

Comfortable, cozy cabin that our entire family (including fur babies) enjoyed! Thank you!!

The cabin was very nice, but there were multiple issues with our stay. As we walked on the deck there were so many spiders and spider webs we couldn't enjoy our time outside. One of the lower decks were missing the side railing so it was unsafe to venture down there due to a small child. The covered deck area also had spiders. The closet off the kitchen was opened and there was a very large spider web with spiders as you open the door. This property would benefit from an exterminator visit. All the windows looked like they had spider nests as well. The house smelled of a musty odor throughout. The TVs weren't hooked up in the 2 bedrooms. We couldn't find the Playstation to use so that was unfortunate. We booked 2 nights in this cabin and only stayed 1 night.

Home is a traditioanal style cabin in the woods. Pet friendly and plenty of parking. Not the best drive way for maneuvering a boat though. We rented a slip at Douglas Lake once we realized road was too narrow and steep to pull the boat up the driveway. Home was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend.

We had a great stay and the interior of the house was pretty clean but the outside wasn't great. Unfortunately the outside was so dirty that we couldn't use any of the furniture or the firepit like we wanted to. I could deal with knocking them off because of leaves and such but the entire outside of the house was infested with spiders and massive spider webs. I am a camper and have no problem staying in the wilderness but this was extreme even for me and there was no way I was talking my wife or son into hanging out on the porch lol. Overall the place has the potential to be really nice but they definitely need someone to come clean the outside regularly and spray for spiders for anything outside to be usable.

Our stay was great! The inside of the cabin was very clean upon arrival. The only complaint we had on cleanliness was the outside (porch and lawn) could use some cleaning & landscaping. Also trash from previous occupants was in the one and only trash can at the end of the drive, leaving very little room for our own. We did ask our property contact if there was a dump nearby that we could take our own trash to but never heard back.
The cabin itself was exactly as described! The master bedroom was obviously recently remodeled and it is beautiful! The cabin overall had the general amenities and lots of windows to allow natural light in. Blinds would have been a nice option for nighttime and early mornings.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

We were unfortunately not impressed with this property and wouldn’t rebook on a future trip or recommend to friends or family. I reached out to the property manager and had minimal correspondence related to my concerns. There was a strong musty/dusty smell throughout the house. Several features listed weren’t provided or working (no paper towels, jets in jacuzzi tub don’t work, ice maker in the fridge wasn’t working, etc.). The number of towels provided was minimal. This property needs some attention related to overall cleanliness as well as building improvements. Very disappointed, especially for the price. I like VRBO because the properties are usually comfortable and owners pay attention to the details. I would have rather stayed in a hotel room.

We all loved our stay in the cabin. Very homey. Just a short drive to the lake. Perfect place for a getaway.

This cabin was equipped nicely. Nice outdoor decks and a screened in porch. At dusk, the lightning bugs came out. What a treat!

Was clean and cozy, great location if you're boating on the lake.

Mediocre
This property was just okay. Inside was clean but needs some attention. What drew me to rent this was the outside deck, however, the outside furniture is nasty and deck isn’t clean they was spiderwebs everywhere and since the outside furniture is left out in weather the cushions are nasty and full of gnats. The furniture on the inside is okay but one recliner has holes in it I’m assuming from allowing pets. It is okay cabin but does need some attention.

Beautiful cabin and property. Kids loved sleeping in the loft. There were six of us and we had plenty of sleeping options and room to play and relax. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean and superbly stocked! We will definitely be booking again for future visits. Excellent place for a “friend-cation”

The house is nestled in between beautiful hardwood trees. It was in a neighborhood, but you never would have known it. So quiet. We heard turkeys and had daily visits from deer. It was hard to decide what porch to sit on. Very comfortable house.
