12 Townsend Road is a beautifully presented town house located in the seaside town of Swanage close to the local high street, beach and Durlston Country Park. A great place to enjoy a family holiday or a break with friends.
Located not far from town in a quiet residential road, 12 Townsend Road offers a light and airy home from home to enjoy your holiday from. Within a short drive you can reach the popualr attractions of Bovington Tank Museum and Monkey World. From the house you can walk to Swanage Steam Railway Station, the sandy beaches and the victorian pier.
On arriving at the property you are greeted by a warm and welcoming home. Tastefully decorated throughout the ground floor the open plan living and dining area provides a comfortable living space. The kitchen is modern and well appointed. Outside the garden features a decked alfresco eating area.
On the 1st floor you will find a single bedroom at the rear, a doubled bedrooms both serviced by a shower room and to the front with views to North Cliff and with the added benefit of an ensuite bathroom.
