This property briefly comprises of entrance hallway, lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom and two bedrooms.
Entrance Hallway:
● The entrance hallway is spacious and gives access to all rooms. It has laminate flooring, an intercom telephone system, spotlights to ceiling and a wall mounted electric heater.
Open plan Kitchen and Lounge:
● Through wooden double doors from the entrance hallway. Lounge has 55inch Flat Screen TV with Netflix and Sky Cinema. The lounge contain dinning table, and 2 sofas (which one sofa can be converted into sofa bed). There is tile flooring, a wall mounted electric heater and a window to side.
● The kitchen has integrated oven with cooker hood over, an electric hob, a stainless steel sink and kitchen facilities. The kitchen floor is tiled and there are spotlights to ceiling.
Bedroom 1 :
● Master bedroom has a king size bedroom with a wall mounted electric heater, 40inch Flat Screen TV, desk with a chair and carpeted flooring with window to side. The bedroom also benefits from draws, built in wardrobe space with overhead storage.
● En-suite also has a separate stand up shower cubicle, hand basin, w.c, tiled flooring, part tiled walls and spotlights to ceiling.
Bedroom 2 :
● Double bedroom with carpeted flooring, a wall mounted electric heater and a window to side. The bedroom also benefits from chest of drawers, built in wardrobe space with overhead storage.
Bathroom:
● The bathroom's three piece suite comprises of a panelled bath, hand basin, w.c, tiled flooring, part tiled walls and spotlights to ceiling.
Guest access
● Outside - Mature gardens with visitor parking.
