The property is composed of a forest of more than 1 hectare to which you have access and of an aquatic area, bordered by an olive grove of more than 50 trees on one side, and the private park of equines and camelids on the other.
The entire aquatic area is accessible and a real invitation to bath, so the villa is not suitable for young children who cannot swim.
La villa des Cabres sits in the middle of the property. Architectural design, it will seduce you with its very recent luxury renovation, its furniture and its neat decoration, its many works of art and its large spaces for living, leisure and rest.
The entrance is through the upper level of 370 m² and a 100 m² terrace overlooking the park. You arrive by a TV lounge fireplace / dining room of 100m², then a kitchen and laundry area of 50m².
On the lower level, you will find a pool house of 100 m² fully equipped (living room, plancha, luxury kitchen, dining table for 14 people).
