Welcome to 11 Junket! This oceanfront home is newly updated and offers direct access to the beach as well as an expansive outdoor entertainment area that is sure to be your favorite spot for summer days!

Upon entry, you walk into the home's sitting room, which has a dining table for 4 and comfortable seating that is perfect to unwind on over your favorite novel. Take a few more steps into the massive great room and take in one of the most amazing views on Hilton Head—the huge windows along with the high ceilings truly help capture an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean. There is plenty of seating for all around the flatscreen TV on the large sectional and additional chairs if needed. Just a few steps over will lead you to the kitchen, living room, and dining area—a very open floor plan allows for an easy flow between the spaces. The living room has a couch and a loveseat around the flatscreen TV and offers direct access to the porch through the sliding glass doors. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need, and there is plenty of counterspace on the huge kitchen island for many people to cook simultaneously with room to spare. Top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and new furnishings come together to make a chef's dream kitchen! There is seating for eight at the dining table and an additional five stools at the kitchen bar.

The first three bedrooms can be found on this main level, all greatly separated and with their own private bathrooms. Bedroom 1 serves as the suite for this level and features a king-sized bed along with stunning ocean views, a flatscreen TV, and a huge walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 features two twin over queen-sized bunk beds, a couch, beanbags, and a flatscreen TV—the perfect kids room! Bedroom 3 features a king-sized bed and flatscreen TV. On the second floor, find the master suite and the two remaining bedrooms. The master suite has a king-sized bed and comfortable seating to enjoy the ocean views through the huge windows. The master bathroom is large and features a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Down the hall, bedroom 5 sits with a king-sized bed and boasts amazing ocean views. There is access to a full bathroom right across from this room. Bedroom 6 features two queen-sized beds, stunning views, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Take the spiral staircase to the bottom to unveil 2 game rooms that will make for amazing game nights with your friends and family! Guests can enjoy their own ping-pong table, pool table, and classic Golden Tee and NBA Jam arcade games all from the comfort of their own home. There are some bar seats down here as well as an icemaker to make getting those refills easy! There is a bathroom down here complete with a walk-in shower that also conveniently has direct outdoor access to make pool and beach days easy. Through the glass doors, take a few steps out to the amazing outdoor entertainment area—summer days out here are unbeatable. Enjoy hot days out in the private pool and spa as you listen to the waves crashing right behind you. There are plenty of pool loungers and chairs for all to enjoy, as well as some plush seating. There is a full covered kitchenette along with an outdoor bar and grill that is guaranteed to make your time outside not only fun, but easy! The beach is less than 30 seconds away and will have you resting and relaxing in no time. 11 Junket has it all and is perfect for your next Hilton Head vacation!

Pool and spa heating must be scheduled 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last-minute requests made prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house. The housekeeping was lacking. The porch off the master bedroom was never cleaned so we did not use it. The floors on the main level were not clean when we arrived. Several times we called the office and no one answered. To charge us for passes to park on the driveway was outrageous!

My extended family and I rented this property over Christmas and had a great experience! Despite the weather not being the greatest, it worked well for us in many ways. The house was spacious and both the living areas & bedrooms were comfortable. The views were breathtaking and the property management company was wonderful. They were extremely helpful even on Christmas Eve and accommodated a big last minute request having to do with the pool, which we were very grateful for. While we did enjoy our stay overall, we did however have a few complaints. The biggest one was the size of the hot tub. For a house of this size, it was far too small. It could only hold maybe three or four people comfortably at a time and our family is close! Since it was chilly during our stay, this was disappointing. Additionally, the floors throughout the house were filthy and we had to wear socks the whole time to avoid black feet. The burners on the stove didn't work well....one would get way too hot and two of the others wouldn't get hot enough. Our stay was about a week and we had a private chef come one of those nights, so that was troublesome. And we found that some of the basic items you'd expect to find in a luxury house rental were missing, such as salt & pepper, matches or a lighter, etc. I definitely don't want to focus on the negative, as the experience overall was pleasant, but I would be remiss not to mention these. I feel with a few tweaks, the property could be amazing!

This property is beautiful... just like the pics. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool was very popular along with the pool and ping pong tables. Bathrooms were well stocked and clean. Our family will be returning and I can't recommend this home any more strongly.

Great family vacation at 11 Junket. The house was exactly what was needed for our large family. The location on the beach was awesome and the pool provide hours of fun for the grandkids. The management group was responsive and great to work with as well. Will return for another family vacation at 11 Junket.

Gorgeous home right on the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful!!! Family room off the kitchen was awesome too. Pool and outdoor space was amazing. Only negative is the spiral staircase to the pool area and the beach from the back deck.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was very clean and the process to rent the home was great. We encountered several problems during our visit. I paid to heat the pool and hot tub for the week, but it took until Wednesday of our visit to get the pool properly heated, despite calling the problem in on Sunday & again on Monday. We planned a dinner using the outdoor grille, but it ran out of propane gas 5 min into turning it on. Lastly, The Air conditioning was not able to keep the home cool during the daylight hours throughout the week. When I put our visit in perspective: the amount I paid to rent the home compared to the overall experience we had, I feel I did not get my monies worth.Steve Veno

No pool for 2 days and not one response from the property manager after multiple texts, calls, and emails. They require a hose to constantly run and fill the pool, very dangerous. The water is tinted green, sent a picture, when filling up the bathtubs, asked Island Time multiple times to test the water, said they were aware and never came out to test the water. The home is beautiful however property management, the green bath water, and the pool were major health and safety issues not to mention the dangerous spiral steps inside and outside the home.

The house is so nice and spacious has the most perfect pool! Everything was beautiful our kids had room to run around and be loud and really had such a great time. It's such a lovely set up the bedrooms are huge and spaced far enough apart that nobody was interrupted by anyone else. Beds are super comfy, towels were very thick and the sheets were very soft. None of us wanted to leave.

Great oceanfront home in PD. Pool area is larger than most in the area. Great for lave families. Property was clean and worked well for our family. Communication with the management team was very good. Will definitely stay here again.

Multiple refrigerators, 2 game rooms off of the pool area level. TVs with Roku throughout the house. Several bedrooms were bright and sunny in the early AM so make sure early risers stay in those rooms. Not many houses can compare to this one!!
