My husband, I and our dog. Had a lovely relaxing time. The cottage was one of the best we have rented. The views of the lake were beautiful. We went swimming, spent some time in Parry Sound as well.

Cottage had everything you might need. Kitchen was stocked with utensils and the bbq was brand new. Beautiful view of the lake with privacy. Kids loved the kayak. Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate. Rick was responsive and easy to work with.

We definitely would stay here again. This cottage is cozy, on a quiet lake and for us the location was perfect, less than 10 minutes from Parry Sound. We took full advantage of the use of the kayaks in the morning. Just remember the bug spray, any where near water it’s a must.

The lake was beautiful and quiet, the cottage was lovely and as described. The only two downfalls were the lake is shallow and there was no dock jumping, so the older kids missed that, but it was great for swimming as there are no motorized boats on this lake. The water pressure was not great, but should not be a deciding factor on this lovely cottage.

We enjoyed the cottage, the location and the lake. The beach is a bit slimy so it’s hard to wade in but once you get into the deep water the swimming is fabulous. Lots of geese.

The cottage is set on a beautiful lake front property; the pictures don’t quite do it justice. The cottage itself is cute and clean. We enjoyed the selection of games during an unfortunate afternoon rainstorm. They have a great selection of great reading chairs and loungers for lazy days and enjoying the sun. My nephew (3) loved the water, the kayak and the swim toys provided. The property is so close to town and other nearby provincial parks for day trips. We would certainly recommend.

Girls week at the Cottage
The cottage is wonderful. It is layed out well. The lake is warm and very peaceful. The cottage itself was clean and well stocked. Check in was easy and clear instructions were left for us for during our stay. Parry sound is very close. We enjoyed both the quiet peacefulness of the cottage and the convienence of town. Hiking trails are also a short drive. Highly recommend. It is a great place for both families and a friends get away.

Cottage in the wilderness
I had a wonderful experience at this cottage with my family. My son and his family live in Parry Sound and it was great to be so close to town yet feel you are in the wilderness. The cottage is so well laid out, it truly is home from home. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is beautiful on the water and we really enjoyed kayaking. It is really peaceful and I hope to return some day.
