Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cute cottage is conveniently located near the pool, gas station & local eateries Beach a short drive across the main road. The beds & pillows are comfortable The kitchen is abundantly stocked. The beachy decor is on point but the outside porch, tucked under the hut like roof was definitely my favorite spot. If you don’t plan on rocking “beach hair” then you may want to pack a blow dryer Check in & out was seamless Will definitely book again!!

I wish they had beach towels and basic cooking items (cooking spray, salt and pepper, keurig cups) but other than that it was perfect.

We stayed 4 nights the first week of May. Very good experience. The condo was nice and the covered tiki porch made for some very relaxing evenings. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with most everything needed. Would definitely stay again. The communication was great. No real issues.

Cute place. Nice pools. Gas grill near the smaller pool vs. huge wood grill near the large pool. Only a few minutes drive to the beach and everything around.

Overall very happy with the stay. Property was relatively close to everything without being right in the middle of it all. Nice and quiet and a lovely bungalow. Only complaint is that the king sized bed was extremely uncomfortable, the usable electric socket in that room is right next to the barn door to the bathroom so can't have anything plugged in with the door open.

It does have 3 available parking spots for your vehicles. The pullout couch was very much uncomfortable but I guess that’s to be expected. The welcome gift was a nice touch, we didn’t use it but it was very much appreciated. Check in and out was super easy

When I booked this property in the winter all I could do was think about the beach and having some place to relax for my birthday weekend. My husband on the other hand doesn't care much for the beach but was willing to go for my sake and for the memories of our son who would be visiting for his first time. All in all this family vacation was something we didn't even realize we needed, because we're now looking to buy our own property for the future. The house was cute, clean, well stocked (only wish the knives were better since they were extremely dull and that they had better style cutting boards since those were slippery and I cut my hand while prepping some fruit) and tastefully decorated. The pool is just steps from the patio which was great and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to come back in the future!

An overall great stay for my husband, myself, and our three kids (baby, preteen, and teenager). It was beautifully decorated and a convenient location just steps from the pool. We would have hoped for it to have been a bit cleaner, but we’re overall satisfied. The porch was really cute…definitely felt the beach vibes!

Cigarette butts on the patio on arrival. Trash in the second batroom. Could not check in even one minute early. Great location and nice place. Awesome welcoming gifts. Would stay again.

We had a great time staying here. Love the location as it is close to town and also close to the beach parking if you like to park right on the water like we do. Our kids loved the pool which is right next to the property and has a private gate to the pool area. House is very nice and clean!

Our unit was nice, right by the small pool, had a homie feel to it. Only issue was the AC unit wouldn’t get below 75F during the day and took a long time to come down at night. At night it would only get to 72F. They had someone come out, he added refrigerant, but still the same issue.

Clean rental. Steps away from the pool. 5min drive to the beach. Dog friendly. Outdoor shower great for rinsing off sand. Easy check-in/check-out. Assigned parking spots are directly outside the rental which makes it easy when loading/unloading luggage. Some of the parking spots do need better markings as they look to have been faded by the sun. On one occasion we had other guests' vehicles in our spots. Great rental! Will consider again when we return.

Pirates Bay Island Time was almost perfect!!! The only thing we would change is to be able to drive the golf cart to the property. Otherwise the house was stocked with everything we needed, the pool was in eye and ear shot so the boys could swim whenever we weren’t at the beach. The whole process was effortless!

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked. Close to restaurants, shopping and minutes drive to beach access road. It was really nice to have access to 2 pools on the property. The cute thatched roof on porch provided good shade, although after a few rainstorms we did wish it was waterproof. The outdoor furniture got soaked, but a minor issue considering how great everything else was. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Since the weather was a little iffy, we spent quite a bit of time inside reading and relaxing. The rental was as advertised and was comfortable with all the conveniences of home.

We had such a great stay! We frequent Pirates Bay often, but this condo was by far our favorite. All the extra touches were amazing- from a welcome gift basket, to starting essentials and a simple dog mat for the pups bowls. 🐶 We especially loved the fireplace and the kitchen was very adequately stocked with everything you would need! We don't come to the beach often in the winter, but loved the beach and the town to ourselves with a cozy place to call home at the end of the day.

It was wonderful all around - from the well appointed kitchen to the comfortable beds and couches. We also enjoyed the electric fireplace due to some cold weather in Port A the week we were there. The location is great and easily accessible. We unfortunately did not get to enjoy any of the outside facilities due to the unseasonably cold and rainy weather but cannot wait to come back to take advantage. While we didn't have any issues that warranted calling the property management or anything that detracted from our stay or would lead us to hesitate recommending this rental, there were a few things that could be improved. The couch and main bedroom bed frame are looking a little warn and dirty. Some of the furniture was a little dusty. The quality of the bed linens and towels are a step below most hotels. Having added touches to the kitchen supplies (cooking spray, big bowls) would help people flying in from out of state.

Ocean breeze way with a pond drawn roof, is unique to any other unit. 6 year old kid sprouted pool in sight. Updated interior and a classy beach dreams interior.

This property's kitchen is better equipped than any other condo we have stayed in. It's beaautifully decorated, and so clean and comfortable. Beds are extremely comfortable. We will definitely request Island Time again!

The only issue we had was the condo’s AC would adjust to 78 during the day. This made it warm when we went to bed and was hard to get to sleep. Back to 72 by the time we woke up, but would have preferred 72 entire stay. We tried to keep it down, but seemed to be pre-set.

This is a great little place to stay. All the furnishings are nice, the kitchen is very functional and the beds were clean and comfortable. The jewel of this location is the covered sitting area on the side - easy pool access and a cool breeze always passing through. We enjoyed it!

We would definitely rent this place again . This condo was beautiful and spacious and perfect for our family. It is close to anything you need from food to the beach is just few minutes away. Perfect accommodations for a week getaway we will stay her again.

Description was on point. Pictures were great but seeing the place in person was much better! I would pack more amenities as this is not a hotel. Check in and check out was very simple. Instruction book had simple and easy tasks to follow. Would recommend and would stay there again!

This place was very nice...so relaxing.. we were able to cook by the pool and we were near the beach. The only bad thing I can say is that we were unable to walk barefoot inside the home as it had not been swept. We ended up having lots of dog hair and dirt on our socks. The couch had dog hair as well. I love pets but maybe vacuuming the couch after someone that has had there.
