The entire 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home will be available for your use.

- Strict quiet hours starting at 10pm daily (no exceptions as this is a very quiet townhouse complex with a full time care-taker who also lives in the townhouse complex)
- No smoking anywhere in the home or on complex property
- No pets
Available before, during and after your stay (whenever needed). Respectful of your privacy, however please note, this is a very quiet wood frame townhouse complex and is not at all suitable for partiers or loud groups. 10pm quiet hours. Zero tolerance policy for partiers.
Once you arrive there is no need to use your car.
