Set back off the road this beautiful cosy house is just simply a must view. With a Brand new designer kitchen with all the latest appliances including a chefs gas oven & Hobbs - which flows into open living with a fireplace to create a romantic evening or simply keep you all toasty & warm.

Outdoor bath and waterfall shower connected to gas hot water system, new outdoor toilet now connected to outdoor bathroom

New Smart TV in main house with Netflix etc, unlimited WiFi FIBER second TV in Sleepout room with USB to connect.

Living areas flow to a large sun drenched deck with outdoor furniture to sit and watch the beautiful gardens grow and the sun set as your day flows to the evening step down to a lovely serene garden with an outdoor fireplace.

2 bedrooms inside the house with a 3rd sleep out bedroom with Queen bed in which has TV with USB to connect Laptop or your own Apple TV type device.

Lovely open plan living, plenty off street secure parking for your pride & Joy, this fabulous Bach is just simply a must if your looking for a romantic holiday for two a family getaway or the lads on a fishing trip ! Parking for boat and four cars

Plenty of firewood for winter getaway -warm and cozy in winter with fire going.

Beach hop bookings 4 night minimum

The family had a great time. We could walk to marina, beach, shops and basketball hoop down the road. Cosy place to stay warm in winter, and would be even better in the summer. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location, fantastic place with all you may need during your stay. Beautiful sun out the front or back or side. So much space for all of us incl. our puppy. We enjoyed our stay so much we don't really want anyone else know about it 😁

Matt was so easy to talk to we even able to get an early check in with our toddler's. House was lovely and cozy had a Bach feel about it. We all lived in the outdoor shower was definitely the best part awesome spot close to town and the beach.

Amazing little Bach, close to everywhere, stroll to town, beach, wharf … Private spot, great outdoors with outdoor bath/shower/toilet set up Teenagers enjoyed own space in outdoor room while we curled up with fire in wet weather! Will be back when the suns out - recommend cosy Bach 😊

We loved our stay at Matt’s place. It was a wonderful house with good facilities in a quiet and peaceful area. The outdoor bath and fireplace were great bonuses! And a perfect way to kick into relax mode. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at this really sweet batch. Great location and really friendly hosts. The fireplace is awesome and the cupboards are really well stocked with cooking facilities and some basics. Bedrooms in the house are quite small and probably not hugely toddler friendly. Definitely more of a homely stay and all in all a great place to visit.

Nice place very well equipped kitchen. It was a wet weekend so we had a pleasant time indoors. Lovely outdoor area which we sadly did not get to enjoy as much due to rain. Owner very communicative. Please remember to bring ALL your bedding including duvets. Overall lovely stay thanks you!

Located just minutes from the main road, the estuary or the beach, this Bach gave us so many options each day. The outdoor shower and bath were a huge hit with our family, and meant no sandy feet in the house! Beautiful plantings gave the house complete privacy even nestled next to neighbours. Excellent communication with the owner made staying here a breeze. Would definitely recommend
