The property was ok at best. So many maintenace issues that were challenging checking in but the property manager was responsive - just couldn't fix much of what was wrong during our stay. We were greeted by a smoke alarm that was going off and had to be removed (couldn't be fixed). There were lights broken, switches that didn't work, dishwashers (both) did not clean dishes, wine fridge (both) did not work, pantry was filthy, wasps and bugs were awful and scratching in the walls downstairs. Outdoor water features have long been unused which was very unslightly and outdoor furniture needs to be replaced - old and rusty. Property far from downtown.

The property was great when looking from 1000 feet, but up close it disappoints.
The lower washing machine doesn’t drain. The listing wasn’t super clear that only one bedroom is air conditioned. The lower floor room with 2 beds looked like it had pee on the wall. It was disappointing we could not access the house through the front door - this is inconvenient for bringing groceries or luggage in, and bad for gathering.
The worst part was the bug infestation. We found 3 ticks in the upper stairs primary bathroom, and 1 tick in the downstairs primary bathroom. Additionally, the outdoor area was completely unusable because of all the bees.
We notified via text upon checkout that an exterminator is critical before the next guest arrives.
We also texted we were interested in early checkin. While we understand this isn’t a guarantee, we received a text 15 mins after regular checkin that they could now offer us free early checkin. This kind of felt like a slight…

Super well kept, clean and secluded. 11 guys had everything we needed for a fun weekend.

The house was SO very large, comfortable, cozy and a perfect location for all the activities. We were 5 couples who truly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces. The kitchen was a perfect start & end to each day. Had everything we could have needed/wanted.
There were 3 separate living spaces; so some could read, some could watch TV and other just hanging out & talking. The easy to turn & on fireplaces made for cozy mornings & evenings. The outdoor decks had wonderful views & great place to hang out.
We enjoyed the hot tub a few nights also.
Overall, can't wait to go back!

Loved the location and the layout of the house. Plenty of room for 3 generations to spread out. The drawbacks: no central air!!
It was super hot when we were there and the house didn't cool down till after the kids bedtimes. The icemaker didn't work but they left us with a starter of two bags of ice. The house had super cool water features outside but they were not turned on during our stay. Would have loved to seen them working, especially the one in the backyard!!

We rented this property for the weekend to facilitate a family gathering and it filled the role perfectly and then some. The home was well cleaned. The common spaces along with the wrap-around patio were wonderful and the master suit was very comfortable. Not to mention the spectacular views! 10 out of 10.

Great place for our trip. Small group, luxury location and accommodation. We would use it again if they used a different property manager. The property manager was offensive and aggressive. Disappointed.

Terrible Property Management
I was so excited to stay in this house -- it looked beautiful and I was looking forward to a relaxing snow weekend with my sisters and several of our friends. Unfortunately, our experience with this rental was one of the worst hospitality experiences I've witnessed as a traveler.
The house itself is nice, though it lacks a few basics. The bar has zero glassware or bar tools, one of the wine fridges doesn't work, the kitchen has outdated cookware and limited cooking tools/utensils, and several of the fireplaces don't work. Ice made driveway & walkways dangerous.
However, when I and my sisters arrived, the property was filthy. Bags of garbage all over the entranceway, trash in the garage, food still in the fridge and freezer and on the countertops, beds unmade, linens unwashed. The house had not been cleaned in the slightest since the previous checkout. The management company called me AFTER I arrived and informed me that the cleaning crew was unable to clean the property. Why this wasn't communicated to me previously was unclear. Our reservation was booked four months previous and a property like this would take several hours to clean/disinfect properly. The local Turnkey rep was defensive and dismissive when I communicated my dismay that I had over a dozen guests en route and nowhere to put them, their luggage, or the groceries I had sitting in the garage that were in need of refrigeration. Because there was no clear solution available, my sisters and I began cleaning the kitchen and washing towels in order to get our groceries into the fridge and prepare for our guests.
A cleaner showed up 2 hours later. She told me that they usually clean the property, but no one had scheduled them. The local Turnkey rep never followed up with me to cop to the error and figure out an effective way to make up for the miss.
The corporate office's attempt to clear up the issue was to offer to take our group to dinner -- for $20/head. For a rental that costs this much, that's a paltry mea culpa. They ultimately refunded our cleaning fee (less than 10% of one night) after I called three times.
If you are the owner of this property, do yourself a favor and FIRE this property management company. The beauty of this home is not matched by the terrible management -- I wouldn't recommend this property as-is unless it cost half as much per night, if that. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere unless you see that this is managed by a company other than Turnkey.

Fantastic Huge Home!
This was the perfect house for 10 adult family members gathering for a ski vacation. Beds, bathrooms all super clean and comfy. Sheets and towels were super soft! We loved the huge bar around the kitchen and we all fit there! TurnKey was very helpful to us one day when we were snowed in and they sent the snowplow as soon as possible so we could get our cars out to go skiing! All in all, it was a fabulous house, gorgeously decorated and well maintained.

Wonderful house, incredible views
This house is just as described! Beautiful scenery, great house. The location is perfect. You’re isolated enough to enjoy privacy but close enough to food and stores. Less than 10 minutes to plenty of shops, there’s also snow tubing and skiing less than 5 mins from the house. We saw both moose and elks around the house during our stay. :-)
Only two cons for this house is there are no shades on most of the bedroom windows, which made sleeping in near impossible. The master bath is also surrounded with windows with no shades so if some of the kids happened to come up to the back deck, there you are fully undressed. :-D Second con is the pots and pans are in bad shape. We intended to cook every night but ended up changing plans because the pans are so old and warped, we couldn’t even scramble eggs on them.
Other than that, we fully enjoyed our stay! This house is incredible and the service was great. :-)

My family had a wonderful weekend at this amazing property. The location was beautiful and the home was beyond my expectations. The property management company was exceptional and the communication was prompt and professional. There were a few things that need to be improved. There needs to be shaded on the bedroom windows. The one ply toilet paper was not acceptable. The outdoor furniture was worn and on the verge of falling apart. There were lights that didn’t work and faucets that leaked. These issues didn’t affect our overall experience and we had a great experience.

Amazing Place - Especially for Rate
Deer came in the backyard, a moose showed up in the driveway. Nearly completely isolated property, beautiful location. Price for value was killer.
Everything needed was there; great rooms, toiletries, kitchen supplies, plenty of space inside and good parking outside.
There were odd things for such an amazing property , like light bulbs out, weathered carpet, missing floor vents. Nothing that mattered at the end of the day, but interesting for such a cool place.
Would totally stay again. 🤙

Great place for a family reunion
13 family members from around the country stayed here for several days around a family wedding. It was a terrific place, very spacious for family gatherings with space for smaller groups too. Rooms were all comfortable and well-equipped. Kitchen was well-stocked, all furnished with obvious thought and consideration. My only suggestion has to do with lighting. Many switches either did not work or lights were burned out. It was confusing and sometimes frustrating, but small annoyance during a wonderful stay.

Reviewer Comments:
The home was beautiful. Great setting, fairly convenient to Park City. Somewhat odd that there was no AC. Should have been stated in the description. Pretty tough to cool down the house in August. My major complaint was that the water in the home had an extremely strong "rotten egg" smell. It was UN-drinkable and you wouldn't want to shower with it. I'm sure it is not how the water normally is or everyone would mention it. The property manager responded initially to my text and said they would have someone on their local team get right on it. No one contacted us locally, no one from what I can tell made any effort to do anything. They responded similarly the next day and the day after only saying thank you for the feedback. If we were staying longer than three days we would've left. We had to buy drinking water and didn't shower for three days. That was 11 people. I typically don't complain about minor issues but VRBO and TuRn Key continue asking me how my stay was so this is my review. You would imagine they would offer some type of credit back or at least an apology other than a stock text answer. Nice home, but I would confirm the water is fixed prior to booking it.

Great Utah mountain home....other than the water.
Wonderful home. Fairly good location within 10 minutes of Kimball Junction and 20 minutes to ParkCity. Beautiful views and very comfortable.
The only negatives were the sliding door to the patio was not functional, there was no air conditioning which seemed odd in a home of this size and during a late August visit the home was very difficult to keep cool. Most importantly the water in the home had an extremely strong sulfur (rotten egg) odor. The odor diminished slightly over the three days that we were there. It was not drinkable, every time a toilet was flushed the smell was worse than what was flushed down the toilet and showering was not an option until the third day. The property manager was initially responsive over text and said someone from their local team would contact us to resolve the issue. We were never contacted, the issue was not resolved and we felt somewhat ignored. If we would have been staying longer than 3 days we would have had to leave the home.
Unfortunate experience to what was otherwise a very nice mountain home.

Great Place for a Family Gathering
The facility was spacious, well furnished with a spectacular view. We had 6 couples spend 3 days and had a great time. It is 1/2 hour from Salt Lake City Airport and 15 minutes from Park City allowing for easy access to many activities. Visits from a moose and her calf were special.
The beds are comfortable, even the 2 rooms with bunks. The showers work great and the laundry was a bonus. The Kitchen facilities are great for preparing meals for a large group. There are multiple gathering areas for a large group to break up and comfortably chat. The porch runs the length of the house and the sunrises were spectacular.
The only reason for not rating this facility a 5 were some issues with the freezer that was just able to freeze ice and a couple of maintenance items. We were able to adjust to these and they did not impact our fun. Management is aware and will have them fixed for upcoming groups. Check-in was marred by a power outage (no fault of the management). The calls were responded to promptly and professionally, but the call center did not assign responsibility to complete resolution of our problem which I think would have helped keep us up to date till fixed. They did get someone out to our facility and they were very friendly and helpful. Without the minor issues this facility would get a 5 and we would definitely consider a repeat visit.
