We stayed at thos house for a family reunion and it had plenty of rooms and beds available. The pool was a great size for the amount of people and loved how easy ot was to walk to the beach!

The home has an amazing view and very spacious room. Loved that every room had its own bath area.

This house was perfect for our family of 21. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The gathering space was plenty big for everyone to be comfortable.
Unfortunately, it needed some long overdo deep cleaning. The kitchen faucet was very loose and difficult to turn off. There was mold build-up around the top of the sink. The range hood had dirt/grease build-up and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Every shower had mold around the door frame. Mold is unacceptable and unhealthy! We bought our own Tilex and sprayed/cleaned as much as we could. Shower door frames were defective - one came completely apart. In two other showers the doors were inoperable.
We contacted management 4 times, each time the person said it would be taken care of immediately. The faucet was replaced on our 4th day.
The outside of the house needs major repairs.

We were switched to this home because the one we rented had storm damage. It was clean and the house itself was nice. But a lot of mold/mildew and broken shower doors and dishwashers.

The house was beautiful. So great to have a bathroom for every bedroom. Loved the pool and being ocean front. I will say that for the amount of money we paid there were way too many problems with the house. Hot water in the kitchen faucet didn’t work. The stove burners didn’t work properly. There were lightbulbs out in a couple of the rooms. There were no potholders ( had to use bath towels) or a broom. When you have 20 people tracking in sand from the beach and you can’t even sweep the floor it’s pretty gross. Ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms could’ve fallen and hurt someone. I do have to say that as soon as I contacted Vacasa about a couple of these problems they sent someone out. The outdoor shower was gross. It hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was a bolt sticking up out on the pool deck and the deck railing was loose . Again, for the amount of money charged for a week, this house should have had everything right.

This is a great house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate vacationers. It is located in a great location with very easy access to the beach. The hot tub and pool were great. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. The house does need maintenance in many areas.

We have been going to aandbridge for 10 years and this is the second year we spent at this house! Overall the house is amazing! Plenty of space for us (20 people), large table we can all eat at, game area and plenty of room to cook! They repainted and changed our fixtures from last year however they should have concentrated on other items that really need fixing! The outdoor shower is just plain gross. The hot tub worked every other day. The bathrooms in two rooms were very difficult to get to actually flush, the dishwashers fall forward every time you open them (they are not attached to cabinets), the wine fridge is also not attached and comes out every time you open it and lastly the stove top has two burners that do it work. We have opted to or stay her next year for the $4000 increase to next year these problems are not acceptable.

Loved the big windows that were in good shape. Loved the location and the view.

Positives- great layout, great location, all bedrooms in great condition
Negatives- With just some attention to detail they could greatly improve this place. Ovens didn’t work well, outdoor shower was poor, should put a pathway around side of house to beach.
The local management team responded very quickly to our requests which we appreciated They even cleaned the pool for us. Nice house but the price jump for 2023 is not worth it.
