Great location and very clean. Great downstairs game room.

The beds and towels are great.

Nice views but the house is dark and the twin beds in the basement are not easy to get in and out of. The bunk beds feel unsafe. We did enjoy the hot tub.
1.0 / 5.0
On a positive note the house is very spacious for large groups and the location is nice but that’s the only two positives. There is a terrible odor like the house had just been sprayed for bugs. It is very strong and goes throughout the house despite me opening the doors to try and air it out. The hot tub was barely warm so we couldn’t use it the first night because it took the entire night to heat up. For a home that sleeps 10 people you get one dish towel and pots and pans that are not big enough to cook a big meal for a large group. The knife set was a bunch of miscellaneous knives and the utensils were old and stained. The can opener handle was broken so it pinched your hand when you try and push it down and there is not one single spice in that entire kitchen not even salt or pepper. I guess I’m used to staying in air bnb’s where the house is basically like being at home. Not that I expect it to be fully stocked but there was absolutely nothing! For what that house cost me for the weekend I think they could spend some money on upgrading the knives and utensils. The hot tub is a waste because you won’t be able to use it. Ending on a positive, it’s Park City , it’s beautiful and fun regardless!

Served it's purpose
Overall we had a good stay. There was plenty of room for our group, the hot tub was wonderful with pretty views. The deep tub in the master bedroom was absolutely amazing. With that said there were a few things that could use improvement. Each TV had an apple tv but there were no remotes for it so we couldn't use it. There were quite a few light bulbs that were burned out making it dark. The trash cans in the garage were overflowing when we got there so we had no where to put trash. It was difficult to find laundry detergent as there were quite a few items cluttering up the laundry room. Overall we would probably stay here again, the location was perfect.

Nice place-general upkeep needs a little attention
This property was so nice and we loved staying here. It was clean and orderly. The only issues were that there were quite a few lightbulbs out throughout the house, empty soap bottles, and the screen door to the back porch was broken. Other than those things, it was wonderful.

Family Trip
Property is deceiving on location. You need to drive or uber to the Canyon's or Park City. If you do walk, it's about a half mile uphill and you cross a busy intersection as well. Walking with ski gear is difficult. It accommodated our large family, and we had a great trip. The hot tub was great to have!

Great property, excellent location
Terrific location. Only issue was with no chlorine in the hot tub so was only usable for part of the stay.

Ski Getaway at The Canyons
Fantastic property that served our group of 9 perfectly. Easy to find and a short drive from the airport. Plenty of parking and the garage was nice for storing skis/etc. nightly. Very convenient to the Canyon lot lift but get there early. Not walkable to lifts, it would be a hike.
Very spacious, tons of beds and nice bathrooms. Hot Tub was used every day, nice view across fields where dogs roam playing in the snow. Heated walkway to Hot Tub a plus. College kids stayed downstairs a lot and adults enjoyed main level open spaces. Great dining table for all! Good communication throughout the process.
Could use some newer/upgraded kitchen wares/appliances but what was there worked. Good amount of started goods, coffee, spices, etc.
With several of us over 6 foot tall, top on list of improvements would be TALLER toilets!! :+))). These reminded me of Cancun bathrooms where the seats are soooo low... (shower heads also), older ski knees prefer tall handicap commode perch! Overall a great place that made the trip special, we will be back!!

Christmas ski trip
House was nice and large, nice hot tub. Management company was responsive to the couple issues we had. Neighborhood is across the road from canyons. We felt it was too far to walk with our ski boots.

Had a Great Stay
Despite a lack of snow this house was a great location. The house was roomy and comfortable. Located just across the street from the Canyons area this was very accessible. The hot tub was great for all those aches and pains. Would stay there again. Only possible draw back is that the home is dated and could use a refresh. Despite this it was still very clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed our Stay
We enjoyed our stay. The townhome was very comfortable and spacious and accommodated our group perfectly. Great location, minutes away from Canyons Village, shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. The home is well equipped. The rental team was very informative and easy to communicate with. Home was ready and instructions were easy to follow. Will stay at the townhome again if ever in the area.

Very clean, beautiful and spacious
We loved staying here! The view was amazing, the property was very clean and the space was perfect. The kitchen supplies were clean and they had plenty of pantry items to help us out with items we forgot. I wish we had more towels but everything worked out great! I highly recommend staying here.

We Had A Good Time
This property was in fair condition. It was clean but kind of dated. There's a security camera inside the house by one window, pointed outside, but we couldn't close the shutter for that window because of it. The front door has sidelights (windows) with no covering. At night, I prefer to cover windows for privacy and so these uncovered windows were a little unsettling. The latch on the back sliding glass door was loose and wouldn't latch closed some of the time. And there was a spider in a kitchen drawer to welcome us the first night there (haha). Apart from that, we loved the size of the dining table that easily accommodated our group. There were larger rooms for gathering (dining room, basement, loft). The office desk was a great feature. The pool table downstairs provided a place for some fun competition with our teenagers. The hot tub outside was a hit with almost everyone. And the deep jetted tub in the master bedroom could not be beat! Everyone had to try it!

Great location for our family and friends
Perfect for our group. Adults had their space in the living room, kids had their space downstairs in the family/game room. Good location, not far from anything. Short walk to the people mover lift at Canyons

The mountains were calling
Listing was as described. Hot tub was amazing and only a few minutes from Park City Ski Mountain and right across the street from the Canyons Mountain. We have a great time. All 9 of us slept well.

Wow so close to the mountain and the hot tub was the icing on the cake!

House was bigger than we anticipated.
Everything was great, except the walk to the Cabriolet. We thought this unit was closer to the Cabriolet lift. The uphill walk was further than we would have liked each morning, but at least the walk was downhill at the end of the day when we were all tired. If we had had a vehicle, there would have been no issues. The house was very comfortable, we cooked in the kitchen almost every night, and the hot tub was fantastic for sore muscles!
