Location was excellent, facilities were good and that flat was extremely clean.
Two mould patches, one in the main room and the other in the bathroom need attention. Communal area's need upgrading.

Very well provided with homewares - glasses, pots and pans and cookware
As previously stated the mattress is somewhat lumpy but we did find a solution - wine, lots of wine.

The sea view was great. The shower was powerful and hot which was great.
The heated towel rail was burning hot but it was too cold in the bathroom not to have it on. Couldn't move the thermostat. It was very cold in the flat the first evening but once the storage heater kicked in the next day it was a good temperature.
I couldn't find anywhere to recycle glass.

KEY COLLECTION, THERE ARE 2 NO. 30 FLATS-VERY CONFUSING THEY NEED TO IMPROVE THE KEY COLLECTION. THE FIRST THING YOU SEE OPPOSITE THE LIFT IS THE OTHER NO. 30 WHICH HAS NO KEY SAFE-VERY CONFUSING

Great location, no breakfast provided for even 1 day, milk in fridge almost upto use by date. Plenty of tea, coffee etc and cleaning materials.Kitchen well equipped, bed linen of very average quality.
The mattress was very uncomfortable. It would be better without the cupboard around it, nowhere to put anything and a bit claustrophobic

The flat was lovely and mostly well equipped.
Stunning views and a nice quiet location. Perfect for a week of hiking the coast
It was so light until the corridor lights were switched off at night, a curtain across the front door would help so much!
Also a bit more cutlery would be useful, 4 forks and knives was fine but only 2 spoons.

Great location, lovely little apartment, ideal for 2 people
Cooker was difficult to figure out as some markings had worn away, cleaners could do a better job as some parts were very dusty & kettle needed descaling.

It was a self catering apartment and nicely equipped, with a view of the East Beach. Good instant hot water and nice shower.
Paintwork on the bathroom door and cupboards needs refreshing. Cupboard doors need adjusting - rub on the floor.
Very low setter - not easy to use when tenants were of advanced years! Easier to sit on the bed.
(Surprised that in a third floor apartment to have hard floors - would have thought the lease would specify carpets to make it quieter for 2nd floor occupants)

Loved the view and the location. It had everything we needed.
The only criticism I had was that the bed wasn't the best for sleep as it's quite small and felt enclosed due to having the cupboard surround. I feel that a normal bed would be fine as the flat is quite spacious for a studio so no need to hide the bed.

On arrival no key to lift until you climb 3 floors to the key safe. Was not on notice board as instructed. However this was my only minor complaint in otherwise a great property.

We loved the view and the well equipped kitchen with complimentary milk tea coffee etc.
The only thing that I could be slightly negative about is the bed - as it's a fold down bed there are no bedside cabinets so no place for mobile phone, watch or a bedside light.
We're probably a bit spoilt with a super king-size bed at home so a standard double felt a bit small. .

very cleanly presented and well equipped with everything you might need. The view from the panoramic window was beautiful.
The heating was inconsistent. The heating came on in the middle of the night rather than during the evening, though an oil filled heater was provided.

There was nothing not to like. I particularly like the fact that tea, coffee, sugar and milk were supplied along with toilet and kitchen rolls, washing up liquid and cloths, this was a nice touch.. The flat was clean and tidy and the bedding and towels clean and fresh. The view was beautiful. Parking bay was perfect.
One of the windows wouldn't open. The window in the front door could do with a curtain to block out the light from the corridor. The towel rail in the bathroom didn't come on so the bathroom was very cold also the extractor fan in there was quite dirty, there shower rail is loose and the water ran away slowly in the shower tray. The wooden flooring in the kitchen area is lifting in front of the sink and caused me to trip a few times.
