Het is een heel rustige plek. Prima parkeergelegenheid.

Pampiges Personal.

Tolles modernes kleines Hotel, gut erreichbar.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the center of Schwerin. The hotel itself represents a modern architectural style, which I don't particularly like, but the room was good and entry was convenient with a door code. Schwerin itself is a nice city and Schloss Schwerin is amazing.

- Location: The best thing about this accommodation is the location. It is relatively close to the city center and even closer to Schwerin Castle. It is also located inside a park.
- Parking: As we traveled by car, it was nice to have a parking spot.
- Check-in and Check-out Machine: you can easily check-in/out from the machine, so you don't really need a real person in most cases
- Terrace: they have a terrace overlooking the lake, so for warmer weather it is nice
Anything else is at most mediocre.
- Check-in and Check-out Machine Location: Being outside of the facility, when we arrived we had to stay outside in the cold to check-in. Usually, such a machine should be located in a small room at the entrance, and not outside. The LCD light was so weak, that I could barely see what I was writing. An employee helped us with the check-in machine. When I was almost done, there was an error and the room cards could not be generated, so the employee got us the cards from inside.
- Lobby area: The lobby is inexistent, it is just a narrow hallway with 2 small tables (one at each end of the hallway), so you have to either sit in your room or at the restaurant if it is cold outside.
- Room size: It is too small if you travel with friends and want to hang out together, maybe play some games, but you want to drink something bought outside the hotel. You could probably do that only if you want to eat/drink what they have on the menu at the restaurant.
- Bed: Extremely uncomfortable bed, I could barely sleep 4 nights and this is probably the worst thing in an accommodation. Also, the pillows are almost flat, but that was not such a big problem as the bed itself.
- Bathroom door: The bathroom door is a sliding door, so a few centimeters remain on both sides between the wall and the actual door. If the toilet was separated from the bathroom, it wouldn't be a problem. It is a bit like having the toilet inside the room, especially after cleaning, we found the bathroom door widely open.
- The rooms don't have a balcony or terrace

Small hotel within a 15-minute walk of the city center and attractions of Schwerin. Own small parking lot. Creative rooms. There is a restaurant in the hotel where I would recommend to have dinner.

Everything - the location, the room, the friendly staff

Perfect location. Lovely new building. The room was small but ok.
The room was dirty. We told the receptionist that we found many spider webs and even two big spiders on the ceiling and he told us 'we are in a park, we can't avoid that' in a very unfriendly 'I don't care' way. He did later come to clean it but the response was very rude and unnecessary.

The place is very good.
The windows ard so small for the view to the lake.

Hotel, style, location, breakfast, sauna
It was a little cold for a baby and it wasn't possible to adjust heating. We ordered 2 rooms with a lake view, but one of them had a view to a hotel's terrace (I've attached the photo)

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. It is a beautiful 15min walk through the park to the castle and 20min to city centre. No problem parking in front of Hotel. Blinds properly darkened the room.
Rooms were dirty. There was napkins from the previous guests in the bathroom bin. Loads of dust and dirt underneath the bed. The bed lights are not side controllable, so either both sides on or off. One can not sleep while the other reads. The Airconditioner doesn't seem adjustable (at least we didn't find any panel or buttons).

Nice and quiet location
Spider webs and dust! Expected something cleaner for the price!

Very modern, extremely clean, excellent location if you are prepared for it (not in the city centre). The location of the hotel means you will end up visiting a beautiful park near the castle than other tourists may miss. Easy access and plenty of parking.
Glass wall for the bathroom may not be popular with some travellers (although good curtains are in place for privacy).

good location
literally no staff there and breakfast poor and expensive

Nice situation on the lake but not that convenient for the town centre.
It’s not staffed 24/7. That’s a security risk. Windows were open that allowed people in. One shower for 12 hostel residents isn’t enough. I lost my key and staff member on phone (before reception closed at 5pm!) said he’d leave another one for me in an agreed place, which he did, but next morning another staff member insisted I pay €15 for the lost card. No mention was made of a charge at the time and those cards don’t cost €15! That’s profiteering. Room was very small with poor ventilation. The extractor fan in the shared bathroom was permanently on. You cannot charge €40 for a hostel of this standard, I’m afraid.
