Beautiful and spacious property with amazing view of the bay and much privacy! Well worth the expense for large group.

There are very few properties that can accommodate a large family and provide accessibility for someone in a wheelchair. This property has an elevator and bathrooms that are accessible. There are some narrow areas, but overall it truly met our needs. The pool is the perfect size and depth to provide hours of fun for the family. The hosts have stocked the home with a ton of games, toys, and all of the essentials.
We had some minor issues come up, but the host was extremely responsive and addressed the issues immediately. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and home. If you are planning a large family vacation with children this is a great property.

Our family vacation in Marco Island was amazing and the house was just perfect. It was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed and more. The kids spend hours every day enjoying the pool, numerous pool toys and watching the turtles and lizards walking by! There were enough beach toys, chairs, umbrellas for all of us and it made our stay so easy. The area is gorgeous and we couldn't have asked for a better house to spend with our family of 10! Thank you!

My family had a wonderful stay for 5 nights! The house was well located in a quiet and delightful neighborhood and a short drive to the Marco Island beaches. The house accommodated us (11 people) easily, very spacious, comfortable and very clean! It was well-equipped for a big group and having a pool onsite was super after a day at the beach. Additionally, I must say the communication between us and the owner was A+. Any requests were met with immediate response and taken care of. (One of our little ones forgot a Teddy Bear upon leaving and it was promptly retrieved by the owner and sent to us!) Thanks to all for a great family stay!

So, six of us decided to shack up in this massive crib for a bit of team bonding. Let me tell ya, this place is huge, just like they say. Got enough space to swing a cat, if that's your thing. And talk about being stocked up - towels, kitchen gear, you name it, they got it.
But the real kicker? That second-story hangout spot. Pure bliss, I tell ya. We're talking watching the sunrise, sipping our morning brew, when outta nowhere, Mr. Tortoise decides to mosey across the lawn. And if that ain't wild enough, we spot bald eagles cruising by over the lagoon like they own the joint!
Props to the host too - always on the ball with our questions leading up to the trip. So, if you're looking for a solid spot for your crew to crash, this place ticks all the boxes.

House and location were gorgeous! Fit our multi-aged family needs...added bonuses were the gopher tortoises, bald eagles and burrowing owls....

This was the first time I have stayed at this property, but my company has used on other occasions. I will certainly rent again. The property was spotless and beauty. I hosted a dinner for my work colleagues and the kitchen had everything I need and more The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for sharing your home. We will be back.

We rented this house for 7 of us on a corporate outing. We did a day of meetings at the house, a day of fishing, and three nights of dinner. For the last night we used a local chef at the house and it was fantastic.
The house is great and lays out well for a big group. The only downside for 7 adults that are not family is that two of us had to share one of the bunk rooms. It wasn’t a huge issue, and the bottom floor bunk room is big enough that it wasn’t an issue. Overall it was a great stay.

We had the opportunity to spend one incredible week with our entire family of 20 at this gorgeous villa!!
The host was exceedingly accommodating and accessible throughout our stay.
The 10 children ranging in ages 1 through 10 had a wonderful time gathering around the huge kitchen table as they giggled and enjoyed their time just being together.
Family is the most precious and important part of our lives. To join together and share memory making vacations is a gift from heaven. This home allowed us to continue our tradition in splendid style.
Thank you Alyce for trusting us with your home away from home. We had a Fantastic time⭐️

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary with family. We had great communication with Alyce on checking in and she was so nice to send us chocolate covered strawberries and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived. The house was very clean and beautiful with plenty of bedrooms and the large family room and kitchen to gather and the views from the balconies were amazing. The pool was also nice and refreshing. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Our large family escaped the cold weather to celebrate the 70th birthday of papa. Fully equipped beautiful home with plenty of cozy places for small groups. Lots of patios, balconies and to enjoy the sun or shade as needed.
Kitchen is large enough for a team approach to cooking and clean up. 2 washers, 2 large refrigerator/ freezers and lots of appliances and accessories.
Only problem is that we have to leave to return to the snow.

We loved our stay for the second time. Lots of room, beautiful sunrises!

This is a very nice, comfortable and spacious home in a remarkably quiet neighborhood. It has a great view looking east across the bay. Sunrise and moonrise were beautiful with the light sparkling across the water. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool; the water was pleasantly warm. The kitchen was quite well equipped, the elevator got our luggage and groceries up and down just fine, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed except food and clothes was provided. With the kitchen, living room and master suite on the top floor, we got a little exercise on the stairs, but that was not a problem for us. We highly recommend this home to others.

This home has it all. Our family of sixteen enjoyed every moment. Watching the sunrise with an unimpeded view over the bay was incredible. To take advantage of that, the top/third floor contains the dining room, kitchen, gathering room and a main suite. Fitting all 16 of us around a 14’ dining table for dinner was a first for our family. The kitchen was huge and well-stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, spices, paper products and more. Two large refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ovens and more made food prep and clean-up a breeze. A huge table in the kitchen eating area as well as a table on the balcony are also available. The elevator is great for those who prefer not to take the stairs and for bringing groceries to the kitchen. A massive sectional couch in the gathering room made for a great family game night. The main suite contains a king-size bed, nice walk-in closet, a large jacuzzi tub, walk-in double shower and a double vanity and dressing table.
The second floor contains another gathering room, two bedrooms with queen beds and attached bathrooms, another bedroom with two sets of bunk beds with attached bathroom, a laundry room and an office.
The garage enters into the first floor and has a ping pong table which got a lot of use, another washer and dryer, bikes, helmets, scooters, beach chairs and umbrellas, a beach wagon, and a corn hole game. The first floor also has two more bedrooms with a connecting bathroom between them. One bedroom has a queen bed while the other has two sets of bunk beds. These rooms have doors that open to the screened-in pool deck with a heated pool and hot tub. It is marvelous with plenty of chairs and a table. Many pool toys are available to use as well. The only minor drawback is that to enter the pool area from inside the house, you have to go through one of these bedrooms.
As it worked out, there were enough actual mattresses for everyone in our group without using the pull-out sofas. Four sets of parents used the three queen beds and one king bed and eight children used the bunks.
If you are looking for a wonderful home for your large group on beautiful Marco Island, you won’t be disappointed. Alyce is a wonderful host and responded quickly to any inquiries while we were there. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood within a short drive to pretty much everything on the island.
Thank you, Alyce, for making our stay one our family will remember for years to come.

The property was perfect for our family of 14. We had adults, teenagers and a child. The house was well equipped with items to use for enjoyment and cooking. The pool was outstanding and the grandchildren spent many hours in the pool hanging out and playing. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the stay. Location was great and the neighborhood was safe. Would definitely stay again!

Pool not heated, no hot water, beds small no blankets, kitchen on 3 level, one trash can, no shower mats, no bath mats, broken old beach chairs, no cooler or beach stroller to take your items to the beach, the beach chairs we brought from the house were broken and we didn’t find that out until we went to sit in them at the beach, construction noise next door was horrible could not use the pool ,

The trip for my family was a much need trip A trip we deemed "vacation therapy" after just days before having a funeral for our 13 year old daughter. We needed a different scenery from our home where we performed CPR on our daughter until medics arrived but she did not survive. So I set the tone with that to say the host understood what and why we were chosing the location. The communication with the host team was excellent and very accommodating. I read some reviews before we booked and like the many other reviews I generally only have good things to say. The one issue that we had was immediately responded too and attended too which was water temperature in the main bathroom.
I would reccomend this location but only during the weeks me and my family don't want to book it because we are calling this place our new 3rd home!!!!
5.0
Construction noise was horrible new house being built next door , we never got to enjoy the pool, the pool was so cold and hot tub. No hot water for 16 hours while the owner was in another country, tiny full beds w only a thin comforter, we all were freezing at night no blankets no bath mats or shower mats! Spent an entire afternoon doing the towels since the cleaning does not include cleaning the towels. Had to use towels on the shower floors so we didn’t fall. Kitchen master bedroom and living room are on the third floor w only one trash can in the entire house. Exhausting to run everything down three flights of stairs, only way to access the pool is thru the downstairs bathroom. Owner was not helpful & said she can’t control the construction noise & told us to go fix the water heater. Had to be persistent to get a plumber to come who told us with only one water heater we could only have 3 warm showers a day and that size house needs 3 water heaters. Very disappointed we booked this trip a year ago & we’re planning to enjoy the pool while the men golfed and in the evening never got to. Would never stay at this house again

The property was perfect for my family, meeting to celebrate my mother's birthday. We had 21 people for Thanksgiving dinner and were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dish ware. Beds were comfortable and there were enough bathrooms to accommodate our large group. The home has 3 levels providing places to meet for a conversation or get away from the crowd. The elevator allowed my disabled brother easy access to the entire home. If you need space for a large group I highly recommend this clean spacious home.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful home. The décor was very calming and pretty. The views from each level of the home were exquisite, and we thoroughly loved watching the sunrises from the master bedroom and deck off the third floor. Tammy was very helpful before our arrival due to our reservation being a few weeks after Hurricane Ian, informing us of the condition of the home before our arrival.
Unfortunately, we did encounter a few inconveniences during our stay. Upon arriving, the home appeared to be clean, but we discovered a very unpleasant musty smell in the home. It was very warm in the home and very dark. Keeping the house at a higher temperature of 78 degrees (as directed for our departure day) during warm months when unoccupied may be a contributing factor to this. A suggestion may be for the Property Manager to go in before a renter arrives to turn down the air conditioning set point to a comfortable temperature and open up all the blinds. We do understand the impact of the hurricane.
After contacting the property manager about being unable to get basic channels on the TV we were informed the house does not have a basic cable/streaming service and that we would need to stream our personal TV package. This should have been more clearly communicated in advance of our rental so we could have prepared as we were looking forward to watching college football and the World Series in our downtime. Since we were not informed of this in advance we wasted time trying to set this up on the TV and contacting our cable provider. When we attempted to download our cable provider Xfinity the TV informed that this download was not available. Air Play from mobile devices had some success.
We enjoyed the pool area, but noticed the seat cushions on the corner rattan set were very dirty and had multiple holes in spots. We also encountered multiple pieces of broken glass around the pool area.
There was a very unsightly rusting soap pedestal in the 3rd floor half bathroom that needs attention.
The kitchen was quite nice and large to use for preparing meals for our large group. We found that it was well stocked with most utensils, but some of the pots and pans appeared a little tired (i.e. nonstick coating) also a few more large serving platters would be beneficial for such a large group of guests.
We would rent this beautiful home again if the need arises for us to have a large home. We would have welcomed a longer stay with all our family

There was 17 in our group and the house was beautiful and large enough however there were a few issues that were not taken care of(dishwasher not working and primary toilet not working in primary bedrm). I was advised by the owner that the repairs would be completed for the next guests! We have rented many properties through VRBO and anytime there was an issue it was resolved immediately.

This house offered a great place to relax in between beach outings. The kids enjoyed the pool while the adults enjoyed the beautiful views.

Loved this Home!
Our family had a wonderful time in such a beautiful, spacious home on Marco Island. They literally supplied almost everything you needed including beach towels for all, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent and more! Plenty of bath towels were available in all bathrooms!
The kitchen was fully stocked with almost every item you needed to cook a meal for our family of16 including many spices! I couldn’t believe all the dishes, glassware and flatware and 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators !!
The house was very clean. The owner was always prompt on returning my texts if we had any questions.
The views off the 3rd floor were beautiful! They even supplied 4 pairs of binoculars to use.
There were bikes and helmets to use and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to use for the beach. (Tigertail beach was a bit of a walk from the public parking, but worth it once you got there)
The bedrooms were really nice and clean. And many had en-suite bathrooms.
Our Master bedroom and bathroom was so spacious. We loved it.

Great house for a large group
Our group had had 4 different families staying at this property, with 9 children ages 3-8 years old. The house had the perfect setup for us. We loved using the beach chairs, wagon, and toys for beach days. We rented golf carts that were especially good for the beach days, since you can't walk there. The kitchen was spacious and the double dishwasher definitely came in handy. It's very close to Publix for groceries. We really enjoyed our stay and all the amenities of this property.

This place was great for our family of 14, 8 adults and 6 children ages 3-9. We throughly enjoyed this home. There was plenty of room for all of us and a private pool that provide hours of fun! It was a mini resort!!
Communication was so easy with the hosts!
This was perfect for our family vacation!!

Amazing!
My husband and I had a destination beach wedding and were looking for places for our family and friends to stay while we were there. We ultimately decided that we and our immediate families could just stay together in this house, and it was perfect for us to spend time together (also much more reasonably priced than getting separate places or staying at a hotel). We had up to 18 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. We used all 6 bedrooms plus the office which has an air mattress. The bedrooms and office on the 2nd and 3rd floors each have beautiful balconies and the two bedrooms on the ground level have direct pool access (can also access the pool near the front or by the garage). Most of our time was spent relaxing in the pool or sitting on the balcony and watching the storms, sunrise/set, and wildlife. The elevator came in handy for our older guests and for groceries or luggage. The two large living spaces were also great if we wanted to spread out. I'm used to having to bring my own towels then buy tp, paper towels, soap, detergent, etc. but this house came stocked with everything we needed for the week. They even had rafts and things for the pool, as well as chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The beach is just a quick 10 minute drive away.
We originally booked this house under the previous owners, but the new owners and their assistant were amazing with the transition and were very responsive & accommodating. The house was gorgeous, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and I'm already considering staying again. I didn't want to leave!
I'd highly recommend for a family vacation! We loved it here

Fantastic stay
This was a great place to stay. The property was changing hands while our checkin process was happening so that was really stressful but once we got there it was great. Lots of small things in the house to use. Lawnchairs, toys for pool etc. Sun rises on the balconies in back of the house with a beautiful sunrise and sets on the other side so there is lots of shade in the afternoon and evening. Great location, 5 minute drive to beach.

Excellent home for a large group vacation. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this house had the most beach towels, towels/wash cloths, kitchen utensils/kitchen ware, and kids toys by a wide range. It was also the cleanest. The pictures were accurate, and the check-in/check-out process simple. My highest recommendation for this property.

Amazing Getaway at an Amazing Home
Had the fortune of enjoying this property with my husband and13 friends for my 50th birthday. What an incredible home!!!! The house was perfect for everyone to have their own space as well as amazing gathering spots in several places around the home. The house had plenty of towels, dishes, and supplies that we needed for an amazing time. Patrick, the host, was responsive the one time we needed to ask him a question. Would definitely visit again if given the opportunity.
