Then join the glitterati down by the lakeside (five-minute walk) for an aperitivo with a view. Commanding the most astonishing views of the city and mountains beyond from its rooftop terraces (yup, there's three), it's the perfect retreat after a day of lakeside frolicking. Grab a sundowner and take a pew outside as the lights of the city begin to flicker on –⁠ it's quite a show. Inside, tasteful furniture, modern art, and a grand piano set the scene for glamorous evenings – even if there are no virtuosos amongst your ensemble.
