Relax with the whole family at the R&R Cabin in Meadowmont. Escape to our warm and inviting vacation rental with wood ceilings, a fun game room for the kids, large bedrooms, and an expansive deck with a BBQ and fire pit. Our cabin is walking distance to the Arnold Rim Trail system (hiking and mountain biking), a short drive to White Pines Lake, Alpine Lake, Bear Valley ski resort, Murphy's, and Big Trees State Park. R&R Cabin is truly a place for the whole family to relax and unwind.

The Space:
Level 1 (Entrance): Small game room with board games, mini pool table/foosball, ping pong, etc. Smart TV and futon for additional sleeping. Large laundry room and half bathroom. Additional folding chairs also on this level if needed throughout your stay.

Level 2: Fully equipped kitchen, bar top with 3 barstools, dining area with table seating up to 6. Large living room area with leather couch/reclining seats and additional recliner. Smart TV with hulu, netflix, disney plus. Wood burning stove in living room for your use. Large deck with firepit and comfortable seating, and additional dining area that seats up to 6. Bedroom on this floor with a queen size bed and large closet. Full sized bathroom with plenty of towels for your use.

Level 3: Large bedroom on the left with double bed, single bunk, and additional two sets of bunk beds. Sleeping a total of 7 people in this room alone. Large closet with extra blankets if needed. Attached full sized large bathroom with plenty of towels for your use. Large master bedroom on the right with king sized bed, large closet with dresser and additional attached full bathroom with towels for your use.

Outside: Large, long driveway with ample parking space. Hammock and swing set for kids to enjoy.

R+R Cabin has central heating (no A/C), as well as a wood-burning fireplace. We have ceiling fans and/or portable fans in each room for summertime. We provide high quality towels and bed linens for you.

Our driveway has a small slope to it, and fits five cars comfortably, making winter parking easier (there is no on street parking allowed in our neighborhood). Arnold does get ice and snow in the winter, so be sure to carry chains with you if you are visiting us during those times.

-Pets are CONSIDERED with owner approval ONLY. DOGS ONLY. Must communicate with owner right away if planning to bring a dog. 1 dog maximum per stay.
- Please treat this house as your own. We will absolutely not tolerate loud partying, so if you are looking for a place to do so, please look elsewhere. We know all our neighbors and will hear about any inappropriate behavior. Quiet hours are enforced, and are from 10:00pm-8:00am.
- We are not liable for refunds due to PG&E, internet, or cell tower outages. We are always willing to rebook a trip due to heavy snow.
- The property requires a full flight of stairs to reach the living area/first bedroom, and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. The property requires an additional set of stairs to access 2 of the 3 bedrooms.
- Your safety matters. This property features an exterior security camera. The camera does not look into any interior spaces.
- 2 night minimum required. Some dates around the holidays may have longer minimum stays.
