Affectionately named “The Pool House” by our 4 little ones, this house is above and beyond its typical name sake. This brand new, sprawling 3,000 sq.ft. home boasts 5 bd and 5.5 bth, with room to sleep at least 18 comfortably. A sleek modern kitchen, outdoor grill, 2 living room areas, and your own pool, complete with water slide and jacuzzi will be the cherry-on-top of your Hawaiian vacation! House worked very well for our family vacation. It was in a great location in the Princeville area. Nina was easy to work with. Our family loved how the house made us feel on vacation! We would come back again.

We ALL had a lovely week in the Pool House! Just Paradise!! Fabulous HOME!!! There were 18 of us, with plenty of room!!
Just a side note...We were surprised about the neighborhood ...from photos of home and surrounding area, we thought the Pool House was more private, certainly not in a neighborhood! But it was quiet and beautiful!
We did run out of toilet paper...just bought more!
And bathroom towels could use refreshing, and maybe more of them! And one last thing...beach was more like a 15 minute walk, not 5 minutes away!!! Just suggestions...it truly was PARADISE!!!!!

This property was the most well furnished and equipped of any VRBO in which I have stayed. Nina has thought of everything when it comes to amenities. She has left no stone unturned. You will not be disappointed vacationing at The Pool House!!

Our multi-generational group of 15 people had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The host thought of everything to make it a perfect trip. Highlights were the pool & spa and the beach gear in the garage available for your use. We had the absolute best time in paradise. One of the best places we've ever stayed. We hope to be back soon!

We loved our stay at the Pool House.The home felt well cared for, and the location is great. We did a lot of our own cooking and were very pleased with how adequately the kitchen was stocked.The layout of the house is so great for a large group. We never felt crowded. The kiddos and adults alike enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and the game room hosted a ping-pong tournament one evening! The Pool House was a great place to base from for all of our Kauai adventures. If you have the chance, try the hot tub in the rain. It's a great experience!

Everything was perfect and just as advertised. House was spacious and well set up. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. Highly recommend a stay here!

We had an amazing stay at Nina’s place and would highly recommend it to anyone considering booking. Communication was fantastic through and the place is even better than advertised. We had 13 people in our party including 3 toddlers. There was more than enough space for everyone and the house was extremely well equipped. We especially loved that there were some kids books, toys, and a pack n play. The pool was the icing on the cake! Tons of fun playing around during the days and using the hot tub at night. We hope to stay at Nina’s place again in the future!

Two of my adult kids, their spouses and 5 kids very much enjoyed the wonderful pool house. It was in a great location to beaches, and a quaint town. The pool and house were beyond perfect and well appointed and stocked with absolutely everything you need for enjoying the house, island and beaches. There was quick, clear and fast communication with the host before the trip and just to check in during our stay. So very fantastic and blessed to have had the opportunity to visit. THANK YOU!!!!!!

From the moment you walk in, it was obvious the hosts thought of everything. Not only was the house beautiful and clean, the kitchen had everything you would need to make meals for a large group at home, the garage had beach chairs and toys, and (although we didn’t need them) we noticed baby gates, high chairs, and other amenities for young children. The home is also super close to a great grocery store and some small towns we loved visiting during our stay. We had a large group (7 adults and 7 older children) and had more than enough space for everyone. Everyone is already talking about going back. We couldn’t recommend this property enough!

We had a great stay at this property for an extended family trip. There was space to spread out and get time away from the group when needed. Our kids loved the pool, we spend most late afternoons/evenings swimming after our days exploring. Location is great - my second and not last time I’ll be in Princeville. The place is equipped with anything we needed and more. Great beach equipment and well stocked with towels, multiple washers and dryers, and anything we needed in the kitchen. Nina was easy and fast to communicate with. Place is brand new and styled very well!

We stayed with our adult children, their spouses and other family members. We were 15 people total a the home provided real space for everyone. The bedrooms were beautiful and beds were comfortable . Having 6 bathrooms was a huge bonus. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the beach chairs and umbrellas daily. The highlight was the pool and hot tub. It is great space. Nina was a dream to work with. She was very responsive and helpful. We loved it!

The Pool House was as advertised and so comfortable. Our group was able to get to several places on foot as it was so well located. One small issue with an appliance was resolved with a phone call and immediate response by Nina. Thanks for such a lovely time.

This home had everything you will need to make a vacation stay feel like home. We had a group of 13 adults and we had plenty of room to move around. Location is superb. E joyed the farmers market right down the road. Would highly recommend this home to anyone with a large group.

Our family stayed a week in this home. absolutely beautiful!! Very clean with Plenty of room and a well-stocked kitchen. It was so lovely to have 2 washers and dryers for our big group. The owners were very accommodating and communicated back any questions we had immediately. I would definitely recommend this home!!

Loved our stay at the house. It’s spacious and has everything you need. The location is perfect for exporting the north coast which has some of the best beaches and hiking on the island. We spent tons of time by the pool. The giant hot tub is great for kids.

This house is AMAZING!! From small to big things, we can tell that the owners have put into a lot of thought to make it comfortable for their guests.
First, the decor, furniture is modern, and the whole place is brand new and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, baking trays, aluminum foil and spices for cooking. The kitchen appliances are top notch. The bbq grill is brand new and hooked to the house's gas line so we didn't have to worry about getting a propane tank. The pool and jacuzzi worked flawlessly and was just purely amazing!
A lot of bath and beach towels were provided, even for our big party of 17 people. Beach gears were provided, and this is such a great perk since it's a huge pain to bring/buy beach gear when you're on vacation. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and even a beach wagon!
This property is also super children friendly! We have a 2 & 4 year old and there were toys and books in the rooms, which they loved! The bathroom is equipped with handheld shower, which makes it easier for showering/washing the kids.
This house was everything we've dreamed of, and MORE!
Seriously this is my dream house if I could ever afford one lol.
Host was very responsive and communicative, they had lots of great local recommendations listed in a booklet for their guests. We had a small issue during our stay and Nina responded quickly and tried to resolve the issue as fast as she could. A++++++ for the house and host!
This house was the highlight of our family trip and we would absolutely love to come back and stay here again!
