Easy to find, good private parking and by a really nice park with coffee stall, public greenhouse, lakes/ponds and fountains - quite a surprise!
our room didn't have the promised kitchenette but we were moved straight away to a room just outside the communal kitchen., which helped a bit.

nothing! Shocking place to stay..
The bed was broken and the headboard was loose, the room was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke obviously people have been smoking in there previously. The Furniture in the room was shocking a fold up plastic chair and a wonky dirty bed side table complete with dirty side lamp. The Bathroom was so basic.. the shower looked like something from the 80s and the wash basin was dirty. The toilet roll holder was broken and left with toilet roll on the top.. the list could go on and on..oh yes the TV did not connect to Wi-Fi so unable to use it at all... no TV antenna for channels.
upon entry had to find my key in a locked box and then unlock the main door wih key codes - there was nobody around to help either. At the same time of my arrival, a couple had just arrived and they too could not believe how nobody was about to help check in and with any questions. The car park was dirty and no grit had been left - it was an incy skating rink for cars and that's before you try and get up the walk way to the entrance - no grit and a real slip fall danger! There was a window left opn in the hall way as one of the 'Permanent' unemploymed housing benefit residents in a few of the rooms was cooking curry... yeah you getting the picture now? Just AVOID this place.. shocking and a disgrace to Booking.com - neber ever again would I go back.... THE WORST

Good location, quiet and cozy rooms. Good parking area

Location good, near Newlands Avenue, where I was working.
The host did say they would refund me after I complained.
The flat had not been cleaned properly, it smelled of urine, when I pulled out the bed to plug in my charger, it was filthy. There is a useless kitchen, full of cupboards, but with no fridge, so I couldn't buy things for breakfast. Coming from the locked cupboard by the door, there is a really loud buzzing noise which kept me awake all night. The only bedroom window opens on to an easily accessible roof, which would not normally have bothered me, had it not been for a notice telling us 'DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES IN THIS ROOM'. Not very comforting, considering there was a code and a key to get in. The bathroom was sticky and also smelled very bad.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Also the cooking facilities were impressive.
I have mobility issues and found the stairs daunting. In future I will book a room on the ground floor with access to the shared kitchen.

The room was spotlessly clean. Great location for what we needed. Would definitely recommend it, and we will be staying again.
Unfortunately, our window wouldn't stay open, and it was a very hot night. There was a fan in the room, but it would have been preferable to have the window open.

Great location for getting into the centre of Hull and the Old Town. A very old and quaint building - lovely to stay in one!
Nothing.

Property had everything you need for self catering. Kettle, Mugs, plates, pots. Even washing up liquid. Super private car park that was well lit at night. Apartment was very clean and fresh. Nice large TV in the room. Bed linen and towels were good quality. Bed comfy. Abundance of hot water. Shower pressure good. Bath also available.
A bigger shower head would improve your shower.
Although there is a communal fridge (which was very clean) it would be better to have one in your room.
Would have liked a dedicated smoking area outside. Just somewhere to put your cigarette ends.

The location was perfect for us, close to where we used to live and local facilities. Inside the room was nice and clean, and the shower worked well. We were given a code number to access our keys, which was easy. There was a handyman there on the last day, who was helpful and friendly. We were sent a link to pay by Sumup which made it simple. The studio even had a washing machine!
There didn't seem to be a reception or anyone on duty. We notified Park View of our arrival time but they didn't seem to have got it. I missed a call from them when I was driving, but once we got there I couldn't get hold of them. Double room was a nice size (studio was a bit small) but only one hard, fold up chair. Bed was uncomfortable. The main door code entry was temperamental.

Lovely big spacious apartment and massive TV!
There was nothing to dislike, except the place was really warm, but there was a fan in the room to use.

Bit loud in the corridors in the morning, shower pressure not great

We stayed in room 10 which had it's own kitchen with all the basics needed for a short stay. The entrance to the room was via the car park at the back of the building which was perfect for us. Check in was very easy and the staff helpful and polite. We would definitely stay here again great value for money with a nice park across the road.

Clean, nice room. Great location near some excellent places to eat. Very reasonably priced, and the host was excellent. Friendly and no fuss…checked us in quickly and texted door code through immediately. Would definitely stay again.
The room was way too hot. It was near freezing outside, and we were very grateful to have the heating on, but it was way too high. Otherwise, the room was spot on.

there’s nothing to complain about
