ROOM SIZE WAS GOOD

Its a good place to stay for family, nice and helpful staff.

Staff were good and pretty near to ORR is a plus point. Because of lot of construction activity nearby, it was very dusty during our stay.

The final 1 km roads to the property were under construction and didnt feel safe to drive. Parking location was uncomfortable to walk.

Pls be mindful of using the freshest sheets and linen

Prop was good and the room was also very spacious

I was rest assured everything was fresh. Then I went qnd found hair on my bedsheet and pillow.. I was shocked and immediately alerted the reception. They apologised and changed the linen. But I think you should be very particular about neatz clean and fresh bedsheets and pillows. Rest everything was good

far from main city. not for vacation and hyderabad exploring people.

I paid but could not stay in that property. I travelled with a taxi all the way to the property. Trust me, this property is very very far from main city which is not even mentioned anywhere. Location was so far with no facilities around, to reach you may have to drive through rough kachha road. god knows who stays in such place. I reached that location with my family but could not stay there due to the lack of facilities , barren location. then I returned back to main city and book another hotel.

I suggest if you want to stay away from the city prefer this hotel or if you have any work at hitech city area then you can stay here. but with family in vacation mode or relax mode dont stay there.

Spacious living room and bed room

Staff behaviour! They have multiple 2 bhk stays at the property and don’t exactly give you the one shown in the picture and are adamant to not give you the right one booked. We had booked the place shown in the picture but the property deceives us by giving a much smaller place! We had to fight to get the right place that we had booked! Not ready on time and the care taker was absolutely rude and aggressive towards us!

Passable

Hot water is available 24x7 and the rooms are big and spacious. However, the items provided in the paid breakfast are quite limited and there could have been more items in my opinion. However the food is quite tasty and there are no complaints with respect to that.

The room was not very clean and there were used towels and toiletries still in the room from the previous tenants when I checked into the room. The power outlets are all spaced far away from the bed and hence it is difficult to charge your mobile phones when required. The wifi connection is not very fast and is only acceptable as it's a free WiFi. The Fan in my room was not in a working condition and hence it was difficult to sleep without the AC. I did report it to the front desk and they did agree to have it fixed but it was never fixed. Also, please note that there is no generator in this property and you will need to work with no lights, fans and AC if there is a power outage in the area.

If you’re looking for a homely, cozy stay without being very particular about the location, Voila is recommended.

Affordable and clean apartments. Staff is super polite. It’s my second time staying at Voila, and I’ve had a comfortable stay both times.

There’s a lot of construction going around the building, so that’s a bit of a bummer.

Value of Money Stay

The location is closer to ORR, Financial District. New property, clean, and value for money. Friendly staff and recommend anyone looking for an economical stay for the family for a couple of nights.

Very good

The rooms are huge and well equipped.

There is NO Staff???? There's so called "Manager" , poor guy though elderly is there 24/7. The so called STAFF are missing most of the time.
