Come & relax and enjoy this beautiful end unit condo with 4 luxurious and comfortable king size bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! It is perfect for large or small groups. We also have a queen size sofa bed, a single futon, and a queen sized air mattress making it possible to sleep up to 13 people. Centrally located in Branson within minutes of the Aquarium, the famous Branson Strip, and Shows, Shopping, and Restaurants. You will love the comfortable setting that is so conveniently located.

The comfortable and luxurious living room has a large Smart 65" TV. There is a leather sleeper sofa with a queen sized mattress. We do provide an air mattress as well that can also be used if needed. We provide many games and board games for hours and hours of indoor enjoyment. We also include a portacrib for those with little ones. Free high speed 1 Gig Wi-Fi is also included making it easy to stream movies and also do anything that requires powerful internet. All four bedrooms come with large 50" Smart TV’s.

There is a covered patio with an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy your time outside with a view to the right of the Thousand Hills Golf Course. You have two access points to the patio with one from the back of the condo and the second from one of the King Bedrooms.

Also there is a community charcoal grill that can be used just a minute away from the back patio to the right. You would need to provide your own charcoal and lighting fluid.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience with Keurig coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, griddle, crock pot, pots and pans. There is an oven, electric stove top, dishwasher, over the range microwave and fridge and freezer. We have a dining area with a table and chairs next to the living room and in the kitchen there is also bar seating and a high chair as well.

Also included is a new large front loading washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided.

The condo has 4 full bathrooms (all four are ensuite bathrooms to the 4 king bedrooms with one of them having a door also to the living room and one of them has a jetted tub). We also provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide luxurious high end towels and linens.

Situated in Grand Legacy Condos, "Gracie's Getaway" provides an ideal location for experiencing the best of Branson. Minutes away from hot spots along the Branson Strip with tons of shows and other events and restaurants to enjoy . It is also very close to family-friendly attractions like Silver Dollar City and endless outdoor recreation on Table Rock Lake and other wonderful destinations in Branson. Only one minute away from the Aquarium. It is also less than three minutes away from Walmart which comes in very convenient whenever you need to go and get something.

Community Amenities- Thousand Hills Golf Resort is right next door and you have a view from the back porch of the golf course. Also, 10 minutes away is the Pointe Royale 18-hole championship golf course (for stays of 6 nights or more we offer a complimentary pass for two for 18 holes of golf to Pointe Royale (after 2 pm), if you are interested please let me know before you arrive). There is also a basketball court and an outdoor shuffleboard court (we provide pucks and cues at the condo) for outdoor fun. We also have a corn hole set which is fun to set up on the grass outside the patio. We also provide a bocce set which is a fun game that you can play on the grass or down by the basketball court they have a sand area that is a great place to play the game as well.

We are located in the end building A. We are a downstairs unit which has stairs to access the condo which do require going down 18 steps total. (As a side note, for those who cannot do stairs, the B building next to ours does have an elevator that you could use but then you would be required to walk further to get to our condo than if you accessed it directly from our building with the stairs.

This condo is the perfect place for a great family or group vacation in Branson. You will enjoy your time while hanging out at the comfortable condo or as you go about and enjoy all that Branson has to offer.

This property was exactly as described and we were all very pleased! The ONLY part that could have been slightly better is the water pressure! Oh and the noise from the condo above us!

This was perfect for myself, my siblings and their children, and our parents to stay. We each had our own room and bathroom, which was really convenient for all of us. The living area was nice for us all to gather around and enjoy each others company!

This place is very well.located and just a few minutes from downtown. It was very clean and accommodating. The host was wonderful to work with on some small problems we had. I would definitely recommend this place. The only problems we had was the upstairs guests. The were very loud. Dragging their chairs across floors nd balcony and smoking pot to where we could smell in the unit we were in. Nothing against the place we stayed as they cannot control other tenants.

The place was spacious and clean. Very comfortable. We loved the feel of the beds. We loved the location- it was about center of all we wanted to do- we didn’t have to travel far in any direction to get where we wanted to go. The only problem was the stairs. We were down 18 stairs. We are all elderly and the closest elevator was not as close as we would have liked.

This property was great for us. We had three couples and our 83-year- old mom so there was a bedroom and a bathroom for each of us. We were so close to everything in Branson. If we get to come back, we will definitely try to get the same property.

We were pleasantly surprised by all of the great details. Shampoo and conditioner is all 4 baths. Soap for the washer and dishwasher, garbage bags, the cleanliness, the games, a tv in all the bedrooms, and the ease of check in. We spent 5 days here and we were close to everything. We were all so comfortable. My communication with David was always positive. We would highly recommend this condo. You won’t go wrong here.

This was our first time in the area. The location was perfect to facilitate both Silver Dollar City, as well as shows and activities at the Landing. Clean condo with good set up for gathering of friends. We would definitely, stay there again!

Amazing stay. The place was exactly as advertised and everything was in working order. The common space, full kitchen, and 4 bed/bath was perfect for 4 couples and kids! Easy drive to all of the activities we had planned. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was great! I appreciated the extra blankets and pillows to accommodate the group. My only dislike was that we are on the bottom complex which meant we had people above us who were LOUD. It was midnight and could hear them walking/shuffling around. There’s a main road next to the complex so it was a pretty noisy outside on Saturday night- we all had sound machines so it helped drown out the noise.

We stayed here for our Women of Joy conference and it was amazing! Lots of room for all of us and they thought of everything! Very clean and comfy! Close to everything, but far enough from the strip to be quiet as well! Perfect host!

This condo had plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent! Easy access to everything we wanted to do. We also had dinner delivered one evening, and they had no trouble finding the right spot.

Perfect for my husband and I, older daughter and her 27 & 15 yr old daughters plus our younger daughter, husband & 15 yr old son. Loved the large dinning table to play games around. Futon was perfect for grandson. Bedrooms were great for privacy and going to bed early, our bed was very comfy. . Kitchen well stocked. David had said cleaners would work with us to get in 30 minutes early due to show time at Sight & Sound. And she did. So thankful for this ( didn’t have to leave all our belongings in car on parking lot).

We had a great family vacation with plenty of room for all of us! The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make family meals. We were close to all of the activities we like to do in Branson. Everyone enjoyed their own bedroom suite and TV. We would definitely stay again!

We spent a long weekend with our daughters' families, a total of 8 people from age 9 to 67. We all loved this place. It had everything it promised and even more. There was plenty of kitchen supplies for all our cooking and dining in needs. There was an abundance of games to entertain us. We learned Bocce and now love it. Great large screen TV's to entertain us. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets for anyone cold natured. Everything was great here and we will return in the future.
