About this house rental
Loggers Run is the best ski-in and out townhouse community in Snowshoe. Enjoy the private hot tub overlooking the mountain and slopeside access to the longest green ski trail (Flume) .
Our end unit has more privacy and quiet than others, and the garage has been converted into a second living space (recreation room/ 6th bedroom) so adults can relax upstairs while teens or others hang out downstairs PLUS as awesome mudroom. Living room features a cozy living area with gas fireplace and the rec room has an 85" TV and Playstation-5.
The living room and all 6 bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs (85" in rec room).
With 6 bedrooms, there is plenty of room to share with another family. The bathrooms have been completely redone with beautiful tile and showers and the kitchen has been rebuilt with gorgeous maple cabinetry, new granite, appliances, and everything you need to cook.
There are 3 king beds, one bunk bed with a twin over a full, another set of bunk beds (both twin), and 3 suspended full-size bunks in the rec room (10 beds total). There are three and one half bathrooms with one full bath on the first floor, half bath on the second floor, and two full baths on the third floor.
Loggers Run features a large fire pit for guests to share outside- our kids love to make s'mores and memories there.
Catch the shuttle at the corner of Loggers Run, or enjoy an easy, flat walk to the Village. There you'll find food, fun, the spa, and swimming at Split Rock pool, which is heated and open in winter as well as summer.
There are many restaurants on the mountain, but Loggers Run is very close to 10 Prime, the best steakhouse here. Our unit has two dedicated parking spots, but the community has additional shared parking available and an overflow lot next door.
Snowshoe offers 60 trails with 100% snow-making -- we think it's the best skiing on the east coast.
Come in the winter for skiing, snow tubing, snowmobiles, cross-country, and more.
Come in the summer for mountain biking, fishing, boating, golf, scenic chairlift rides, swimming, lake activities, and festivals.
Come in the fall for leaf gazing, hiking, and relaxation.
With 3 kings, 4 fulls, and 3 twins, we can host 14 adults or up to 15 guests IF at least 2 are children under the age of 12 who can share the full-size beds.
Please note however, that we require primary renter to be at least 27 years of age. We do not allow pets, smoking of any type, vaping, or private events or parties. This is our home, and we request guests to follow check-out procedures to ensure it is left in neat and tidy condition.
Need more space? We own three Loggers Run units and can accommodate groups of 38 between the homes. See VRBO #2440089 for our luxury sister home, and #3139159 for a newly-bought unit that has not yet been renovated.
Please note: We adhere strictly to our cancellation policy and refunds will not be allowed outside of our cancellation policy — please take this into account when booking. This includes, but is not limited to the following: cancellations related to pandemics, government action or border closure, immigration, illness, weather-related events (including too much or too little snow, rain, etc), flight delays/cancellations, cancellation of events etc. For this reason, we strongly recommend all guests purchase a trip cancellation insurance policy to defray the costs of cancelling your trip in the event your plans change. Also please note that while we work to keep furnishings and amenities in top working order, they may change or break and can not be guaranteed. We also upgrade and replace items regularly so decor may change from what is shown.
Please also note there is a Ring Camera Doorbell mounted outside for security and to assist guests with entry if any difficulties arise, and to enable delivery workers and staff access the property, as well as a Ring Camera over the rear exit door for security as well.
Cost includes a 2% Resort Community District Fee.

One of the BEST places to stay at Snowshoe! Everything (and more) as described from owner in description. Beds were very comfortable. Main Bunk Room is perfect for the teenagers/ours loved the large Bunks/TV/PlayStation and having the downstairs for themselves. The Ski/Boot room at the entryway was Spot-On. Easy access to slopes! Easy walk to the village and 10 Prime Steakhouse and Bar. The slope side Flume Shack was awesome...went there daily for a beer and hotdog! Excellent communication with owner. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

What a delight to stay in this townhome! The finished off garage into a multi-bed game room for kids and the newly done skin room, made this the unit to stay in always. Our grandkids lived in the playroom! So many perfect touches throughout the home to elevate your stay to way more than just a ski condo! Everyone was wonderful to work with and accommodated our every need! We will def stay here again!

This is one of the BEST VRBO properties we have ever stayed at, 3 families totaling 13 of us. This house is phenomenally updated, well-appointed, and the location is impossible to beat. You are slopeside of Upper Flute and allow for quick and easy access to the entire mountain. The afternoon hot tub sessions were highly enjoyable and provided amazing views of the slopes and fellow skiers. We cooked every meal in a well stocked and organized kitchen and Monica was fantastic in her communication prior and during our stay. No need to look any further, this is your place!!! Thank you Monica for helping to contribute to us making some fantastic family memories!!

We loved the house. There were 14 of us and we were very comfortable. The host fixed an issue with the washing machine immediately. There were also several nice touches, such as many extra towels and lots of comfy blankets. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

The place and location were perfect. The first floor triple bun with gaming TV were a huge hit when the boys were not on the slopes. Everything you needed and more. Thanks for a great stay!

We had 3 families in this condo, and there was PLENTY of room for all of us. The boys were doing a downhill race, so having the "game room" for them to come home to and relax was great for them. It also allowed us adults to chill out upstairs and enjoy our time together. The place was clean, spacious, well stocked, and really had everything we could need! We loved it!

We had a great trip this past weekend here. We went as three families, each with two adults and two small kids (age ranges 3-7), which worked perfectly with the three bunk rooms and three more adult rooms. With about 100 yards of walking, you're at the ski slope and can hop on an easy green trail to ski down to the lift. The ski school is somewhat disorganized, but the kids had a blast with it. The house is nicely decorated and we did not feel cramped. There are plenty of games and puzzles and the hot tub was great. The mudroom at the entrance with all the holders for skis was amazing with plenty of hooks for all of us. We did not let any kids stay on the highest bunk because it didn't have a high enough railing on one side for young kids. As an aside, phones/internet really didn't work consistently anywhere on the mountain so be prepared to mostly unplug!

16 Loggers Run is perfectly situated for easy access to the ski slopes as well as shuttle bus stop. Very spacious , beautifully decorated , and accommodated all 9 of us easily! Condo was clean and kitchen well equipped. Loved the hot tub! Do not hesitate to rent this property-you will not be disappointed.

House was amazing on the inside! Loved the location for skiing. We were able to drop onto the course right behind the house. It was also a short drip to the town center and top of the mountain!

The house was perfect, just as advertised. Loggers Run townhomes are near the top of the mountain entry to snowshoe. The house is 3 levels so you will get your steps in. Very cute, updated everything, nice linens and towels, and decorated for the holidays. Enter the house and the ski storage room is right there. The cool “game room” is on this level. The triple bunk in there is amazing. The bunks are all double size with very comfortable mattresses. I have no idea how big that tv is but my family now wants an upgrade at our house. There is a portable heater in there that heated the room up nicely with the door closed. The cute forest themed bunk is on this level too, the beds are not adult-sized in that bunk room 🙂. There is also a full bathroom next to the washer dryer. Upstairs on the main level is a roomy living room, well-stocked kitchen, half bath, bunk bed room, gas fireplace and porch with hot tub. It takes a few hours for the hot tub to get to full temp but we enjoyed it by the morning after our arrival. There is also plenty of seating for meals. Top floor has a king master suite with en-suite bathroom overlooking the slopes, 2 more adult bedrooms and another full bathroom.
Snowshoe/ski info:
Definitely pick up your skis before arrival. Village area rental and main snowshoe slopes close late afternoon. Top of mountain rentals and mountainside check in are open later. You can ski out of loggers run but unless soaring Eagle lift is running you need to game plan how to get back up. Soaring Eagle was closed during our stay and opened on the day of our departure. There are a lot of slopes!! Definitely do a night ski at Silver Creek. Great restaurants…we loved 10 Prime and Appalachia Kitchen the best. Staff throughout are very helpful. Cell coverage is good in the rental and inside restaurants but very spotty anywhere outside. We made plans to meet up at specific times and locations or we might not have seen one another.
Wonderful ski trip despite crazy weather, great resort and honestly a perfect family rental!!
