About this house rental
7 minute drive to the beach! This spacious home features a fenced in back yard with lots of entertaining space. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home.
This large home is located in the quiet sought after Bayou View community, which contains 3 large bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and walk in closets, located on the 1st floor, one king bedroom offers an extra desk area for those traveling but still needing to work! There is also a common area desk space that can be found in the kitchen area. Upstairs you will find a living area overlooking the back yard, and a designated children's bedroom/nook. The backyard is perfect for entertaining large families. You will find a fenced in back yard with a custom outdoor kitchen with a built in green egg, additional charcoal grill, TV, lots of patio chairs, furniture, and umbrella for gatherings. Home features UV air scrubbers to filter the air you breathe! Plenty of parking space. This home has a central location to MS Gulf Coast, Casinos, shopping, MS Gulf Coast Aquarium, and tons of dining options. Home can comfortably sleep 12.

RENTAL AGREEMENTS (HOUSE RULES)
1. No Pets
2. No Smoking (smoking is allowed on the deck and patio outside but do not smoke in proximity to an open door or window as we have air quality detectors in the house that detect smoke). $500 charge for any smoke detected in the house that requires fumigating and/or cleaning of the house.
3. No Parties or Events.
4. Firearms, fireworks, or other hazardous materials are not allowed on the property
5. No more than 12 people in the house at any one time
6. No parking on the street or in the yard
7. Maximum of four (4) vehicles in the driveway
8. The Primary Renter (person who rents the home) is responsible for all guests that he/she allows on the property during the rental period
9. The Primary Renter must remain for the duration of the stay. Once he/she checks out, all guests must leave at the same time
10. Do not flush any items other than toilet paper down the toilet (this includes: feminine hygiene products, wet wipes, trash, toys, diapers or ANYTHING that is not called toilet paper). All three (3) toilets have been verified to flush normally by the cleaning crew.
11. Do not change or modify any locks in the home
12. Do not dig in the yard or modify any landscaping
13. Do not open any windows to the home as the central heating/air maintains the temperature and humidity levels in the house. Opening windows also poses a risk to small children.
14. If you use the grill(s), clean the grill(s). Our cleaning crew charges an extra $50 per grill to clean, and it is not included in the cleaning fee
15. No illegal substances allowed on the property.
16. No illegal activity allowed on the property.
17. Primary Renter agrees to pay for any damages that exceed the deposit.
18. Report any damage to the Host(s) immediately. We understand accidents sometimes happen, and a broken plate, glass, etc. are ok (and will not be charged, but let us know so we may replace the item). But breaking a TV or window, will require replacement that will be paid or billed against the deposit.
19. All items in the home have been inventoried (pillows, towels, linens, flatware, etc.). If any items are missing (and not reported to the owner as broken) they will be paid, or billed against the deposit.
20. Please check-out on time (10:00 AM unless a later check out has been approved). Our cleaning crew will not enter the home unless it is vacated. If they drive-by after check-out time, and it is not empty (e.g. car(s) in the driveway), they will charge us an additional cleaning fee that will be paid, or billed against the deposit.
21. Primary Renter and all guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owners against all claims of personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from use of the property, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss. Primary Renter and all guests expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss, which the Owners may maintain on their property, does not cover the personal property of the Primary Renter or their guests. The Primary Renter and their guests should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.

Very nice home. Great location. Clean and plenty of room for all. Slept 11 comfortably. Kitchen was well equipped. Lacy was very helpful thru the whole process. We appreciate home entry. (No box lock). We had a great time in Gulfport/Biloxi visiting various restaurants and of course the casinos.

The house was just as described. It had everything needed for an enjoyable stay, great beds, plenty of seating, games, nice yard, and conveniently located. Would definitely stay here again.

The family and I all enjoyed our stay. There was a total of 9 of us and there was plenty of space inside and out. The only complaint we had was, we decided to have one cook out day and it would’ve been nice to have a better can opener and at least another pot and pan for cooking but other then that everything was perfect. This home felt comfortable the moment we all walked in. I would totally recommend this place to family and friends in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Having lived on the Coast previously, the location of the home was perfect and ease of access to all activities we had scheduled.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is nice and in close proximity to all that we needed to experience our 1st family beach vacation. It was just right for our group. The host was friendly and prompt in responding. We would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting. I would only suggest curtain/blind options for those wanting a little more privacy in the evening hours.

This place was amazing! Beautiful home, great location! We will definitely stay here again. The home had everything we needed. Nice back yard for the kids, big kitchen, beautiful dining room, games for kids, the loft was perfect for the teenagers. Couldn’t have ask for a more perfect place. Lacy was so helpful and nice. You will not be disappointed with this gorgeous home! Especially if you have a big group. We had 11 people and it was perfect for us!

My parents, husband, and son stayed here Thanksgiving weekend. Some of our local family members came and ate Thanksgiving lunch with us at the house. It was very comfortable. The kitchen lacked serving utensils but otherwise it was perfect! We had plenty of room for a gathering, and the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. We have stayed in quite a few VBR pro properties and can honestly say that this one was the best.

Clean and well equipped for our stay. Located in a safe neighborhood, nice back yard area for kids to play, and plenty of room for cooking and hanging out in the house. Owners were very responsive and helpful.

It was a good house with a great space for multiple couples or families. It was also nice to have a driveway and garage to park our cars in. The house has 3 rooms all with their own private bathrooms, plus a small upstairs loft area with a couple of beds (for kids). The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and great location to the main Beach Blvd. The owners were also very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely book here again!

The space was great for us. Open concept with plenty of space. Convenient to beach, activities and restaurants. The only downside for us was that the kitchen had the bare minimum of supplies (probably ok for most guests). Also, the beds were extremely firm (again, personal preference). We would definitely stay again.

Big House for a Big Family
The pictures of this house in the listing are exactly what you will receive! The house has a beautiful layout, and it is so spacious. There are 3 bedrooms, and another upstairs. The three downstairs all have their own bathrooms (which was amazing for us), and every bed was comfortable. Although we didn’t use them, there were beach towels available as well as toys like sand pales and pool noodles available in the closet. We didn’t thoroughly check the cabinets, but cups and utensils for cooking were available. Televisions were Smart TV’s equipped with nearly any platform you can think of (you do have to use your own account). This house was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from things like stores and the beach, and 20 minutes to the Biloxi casinos. Check in and check out instructions were very simple, and the host was very sweet when I contacted them. Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay and definitely plan on coming back soon!

The layout of this VRBO has to be one of my favorites! Having a bathroom for each bedroom was very convenient! The home is located in a nice neighborhood and close to my relatives. I would definitely rent this property again.

A great gathering place for work and relaxing
7 guys stayed here for a work week.
Some guys were on couches and that is to be expected.
Super clean, well equipped kitchen, good gathering places. Wonderful back deck.
Only challenge was that ALL the bathrooms were behind bedrooms, no common powder room.
Hosts were excellent.

BEST PLACE EVER!!! PICK THIS PLACE!!!
In the 22 years I have been in the military and the 20 years I have been using Vrbo this is hands down the best experience I have had. Lacy is above amazing. Her hospitality and customer service is of superior quality. The house is great, perfect for what we needed it for. Close to everything only 9 minutes from the airport. Great location and wonderful area! You will love this place!!!!!!!

Everything was labeled which made it easy to navigate the light switches, etc. We loved being able to use the grill and the green egg was a hit! There was plenty of space for my group of 6 with room to spare. The only touch that I would have been nice would be some outdoor string lights on the back porch at night. The host was incredible, accommodating, and quick to respond when needed. We will definitely be back very soon!
