I would (and likely will) stay at this property again. It was clean, pool 2 minute walk to private beach. We had never been to Vero Beach before and it was only a 5 minute drive to downtown village area with a ton of restaurants (and shops but we never made it to one). Overall very convenient location, quiet area and private beach!

We enjoyed the private beach and also the short walk to a beach with a lifeguard at first when we were being cautious so our kids could get used to the water. The kids loved the pool and we made use of all of the communal areas. The beds were very comfortable. Would stay again if we lived closer!

Beautiful, well maintained home. Great location. Safe and secure space for a girl's getaway. We loved the layout of the home, and it was well stocked with everything we needed. The private backyard, pool, and outdoor shower were our favorites! We highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our time on Surf Lane! So peaceful and relaxing. You could even hear the ocean from the yard. Everything was spotless and the kitchen well stocked. The host even left a goodie basket and champagne for our very special celebration of no more chemo!! We had a lovely time and can’t wait to return.

Place was dingy. Cabinets, frig and bathrooms were filled with half-used and open products. Cooking equipment was dirty. Pool was not maintained. There was no cable TV (we had to supply our own via apps). We did not stay after the first night - even though we had to pay the entire fee. Looking for a nice little vacation and were REALLY disappointed.

This house was great for us. Loved being able to walk to the beach for the sunrise each morning. We had fun with the ping pong table in the cool game room type garage. It was a very quiet neighborhood. There is just a charcoal grill and we bought charcoal and then found a few bags of it already there! We liked having the master bedroom off by itself for privacy. Overall it was a great stay!

My husband,my sister and I had a fantastic time. This home was absolutely perfect for us. It was beachy, comfortable and had everything we needed and having a pool was wonderful. The location was incredible. Only a few minute walk to the gorgeous private beach and a short drive to town. Beautiful property . We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I chose this property for its location, primarily. We wanted to be near friends and favorite eateries in town. We did not expect to enjoy the house as much as we did. The primary bedroom is spacious with a wonderful tempurpedic mattress. The bath has a great shower and there is a large dressing room where all our luggage resided. The second bedroom is on the other side of the house, creating perfect privacy for when we return with our daughter and her husband. The hosts were very responsive when we needed help with the door code and internet. The house was comfortable and fully stocked with all kitchen essentials, lots of beach equipment and chairs, and a lovely screened porch overlooking the pool. The beach is magical and just steps away. We hope to return next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Perfect location and close to everything. Loved the privacy of the beach and loved being able to come back to our own pool. Check out the Village Beach Market for groceries. Great wine selection.

The house was very clean and accommodating, and in a great location… quiet residential street, just two or three houses down from the beach. Very easy walk. The property manager (owner?) was very helpful and quick to respond to my messages. The welcome basket and cute hand written card waiting for us upon check in was such a sweet gesture. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a nice weekend away.

We really enjoyed the pool and patio most! Walks to the beach were fun as well. One morning we must’ve just missed a turtle laying eggs since the new nest was so fresh! Thank you for a great experience on the east coast !

This is a nice, very clean, home that is steps to the beach. Everything you need inside and easy check in/out. Everything as described. Beds were especially comfortable and nice quality white towels and linens. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here with my husband and two teenage kids. Had a lovely time! Location is perfect and just steps to the beach. Vero Beach is not far away at all and location is great for anything you want to enjoy in Vero: glass bottom kayaking, charter fishing trip, golf, visit to the military museum. We had a blast! House had everything we needed. Bonus was the ping pong table in the garage. Would stay again!

We loved our stay at this home. Everything was as advertised and the extra touches by our host were very nice. The location was perfect. Close to town but the beach was secluded. We felt like we were the only ones there.

Extremely accommodating. Your welcomed with flowers & a welcome card. The house was very clean & spacious & was filled with a lot of love from our hosts . The landscaping is beautiful, tropical & inviting. The pool & screened in patio a plus . And the little Zen garden was magical. We will always remember our time there & will most likely return !!

The house was ideally located, walking distance to the beach, and 5 minutes away for the beach town. The host was very accommodating. I would suggest that they put in a better tv's inn the living room and the bedroom, that can get at least some local channels. And, in February, we would have a appreciated a heated pool. All in all great stay, we're going back!!

Beautiful outside deck with comfortable seating plus a lovely screened in area with seating for 6 around a dining table. Sadly the steps down to the shore were ruined (possibly Ian!) and impossible for us C to navigate. Fortunately we found Avalon State Park Beach 9.5 miles south on A1A - it was perfect!

We had a delightful stay on Surf Lane. The house was very clean and all worked as expected. We could walk into town ~30 minutes, and the beach was only a few steps away. There were beach chairs and a wagon to help haul everything to beach. Only issue was the mattress in main bedroom was NOT comfortable at all.

McReynolds clean well supplies house. Property manager was communicative and check in was easy. Comfortable beds and a short walk to the beach. You can hear the ocean from the backyard at night. Pool could use a new painting as it looks dirty - probably just old pealing paint on the bottom but is clean. Wonderful stay- recommend it!

This charming property boasts a refreshing pool, outdoor patio, and close proximity to the beach. We had the beach almost entirely to ourselves! Our host, Lucie, included extra special touches to the experience that were thoughtful and enhanced our enjoyment and made things easier (i.e. bug spray, sunscreen, spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, etc.) I highly recommend this property for your stay.

If I could rate our stay higher than 5 stars, I would. We've stayed in many short-term rentals and this was by the far our best experience. The house was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. The backyard felt very private and our 8 year old loved being able to jump in the pool whenever he wanted. The beach is just a short walk away and is very private. The house is stocked with beach towels, chairs, a wagon, games - everything you need to make your stay great. The snacks and drinks when we walked in were a wonderful touch. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Vero Beach!

Our stay was amazing! Perfect location from the beach without being in a condo right on the beach! The house was beautiful with everything you might need for your stay! The private pool was a life saver for our 7 year old. We will most definitely stay here again! The added bonus is the fresh coconuts that fall from the trees on the street. We are a few, for sure! Excellent hospitality from the owners! They’ve thought of everything!
