The home is lovely and has great bed bath linens in all rooms. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of outdoor games provided to use in the large backyard which was great for my kids!
We even found some toddler toys in a closet.
We were only disappointed the photos showed a back yard play set which turned out to no longer be there. Otherwise

Rented it for the out-of-town volunteer staff of the 2025 Waco Indie Film Festival. It is a nice house and super close to the Hippodrome and Downtown for our needs. Would stay there again!

We had a great stay at the house. The beds are all comfortable and the rooms were spacious enough to play games in. We are here for our sister in law’s bucket list to see Chip and Joanna Gaines, and experience Magnolia Market.
We had a problem with the plumbing and the owner promptly provided a plumber, and solved the problem. We also experienced fluctuating Spring temperatures and we were able to adjust the HVAC system with the owner remotely. She is extremely courteous and easy to work with.
We will stay there again when we hope to return to Waco again for another amazing family trip.

We loved staying here for our family Thanks-mas! It was even bigger than we were expecting with plenty of space for us to spread out. Check in and out process was simple! The house was very cute!
The hot water was a little hit and miss if multiple people were trying to shower, but just took a little coordinating.
Overall such a great stay and would love to come back and stay again in the future!!

Great stay. Back yard amenities great for kids. Really enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor dining table.
Advise owners to secure stair banister and outside porch railing.

This is a great home, could use some new couches and chairs, The handrail going upstairs was a little wobbly, but was firm.
Due to the high heat in Waco, the yard was not in very good shape. But that was to be expected. Overall, we had a great stay. Nice bedrooms, bathrooms were clean. We would recommend this location to anyone who is planning a trip to Waco.

We used the home as our center of operations since most of our folks were from out of town/state. The home accommodated us well. Thank you.
Notes: microwave downstairs didn’t work.
Trash accumulated well beyond cans provided. We elected to leave the additional bags in the back room of the house so that dogs and cats wouldn’t rip it apart.

Loved the property. Had a great time. Even got morning wakeup call from roosters next door.

We loved our long weekend in Waco seeing family. The outdoor space was huge and provided a great place for us to soak up the sun, play basketball, volleyball, tag. The gigantic refrigerator was another bonus and the hosts were responsive to a couple of issues/requests. Negative was that property was dirty throughout & it was short on supplies compared to other VRBOs we have stayed at.

We had an amazing weekend with extended family and visiting our son who is a freshman at Baylor. Waco has exploded since I was a freshman in 1993! The house has plenty of space and rooms for all, antique charm and is close to everything. The only warning is be prepared to wake up early to the sound of roosters :)

We had our family Thanksgiving there. The house was warm and family friendly. Cute house and Kourtney is quick to respond and easy to work with. The neighborhood rooster is a little annoying but the house is in walking distance of shops and Magnolia Market.

The big house was perfect for our large family if 14. The kitchen set up was great for hanging out together. The floors were not cleaned well, dirt under chairs on on the stairs. Bathrooms were supposed to have two rolls of toilet paper, they did not. The grill and outside table were filthy with layers of dirt. One of the beds had dirty sheets that had to be washed. The temperature got into the 30’s and the heat did not work. I texted the property through the vrbo portal. I had to text multiple times and it took two hours for an answer. Property manager brought out two heaters. A repairman came around 11 pm to fix the heat. It was an intrusion that you do not expect to deal with. Many of the kitchen utensils and knives were dirty in the drawers. The lack of care by the property manager, cleanliness, not trying the new heater to make sure it worked and slow response time was unfortunate. The house size is great for a group, but the property manager needs to step up maintenance and cleaning.

we found the house in really good shape considering its age. Well built and maintained. Lots of room for everyone. Clean. Well stocked. Neighbor has a couple of roosters 🐓 that need to find the stew pot.

The home is clean, roomy, great inside and out. Accommodated our group beyond perfectly. Walking distance to mist everything, weather permitting. Neighborhood a bit questionable but other than that it was a perfect get away. Would definitely recommend and return.

We had a wonderful stay at the Conner House. Kourtney was wonderful to work with.
The Conner house is ideally located to Baylor and the Silos for a wonderful Waco visit. We enjoyed out stay at the Conner house while visiting our Baylor Bear. Kourtney was so easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to our stay at the Conner House in the Fall for Parent's Weekend. It will be a great gathering place for our families.
