pentru suma platita, nu exista scuze pentru a nu crea cea mai frumoasa experienta pentru oaspeti.

hotelul e foarte aproape de plaja, camera mare, mobila noua, am ajuns la ora 13:30 si am fost cazati (inainte de ora oficiala de checkin, care este 15:00)

(-) in ultimele 2 zile in baie a fost un foarte puternic miros de canalizare. (-) singura data cand s-a facut curat in camera, nu s-au luat prosoapele lasate pe podeaua din baie (-) camera si baia au inceput sa aiba tot mai mult nisip pe gresie, prosoapele se adunau pe podeaua baii si nimeni nu le lua. (-) la checkin ni s-a repetat de mai multe ori ca nu se fumeaza in camera, consecintele fumatului (noi oricum nu fumam), precum si fapul ca nu se muta mobilierul din camera in balcon ... insa nu ni s-a spus nimic despre faptul ca se face curatenie in camera tot a doua zi sau la cerere (algoritm care oricum nu s-a pus in practica): ne-am cazat Martea; Miercurea s-a facut curat in camera (prosopul din baie lasat pe podea) insa Miercuri nu s-a facut, desi am pus la ora 11:00 semnul "Please clean the room"; exista o foaie A4 la receptie cu QR code pt reclamatii ... insa daca nu esti atent sau daca vii obosit de pe drum, foarte foarte usor il omiti. (-) doamna care e dimineata la receptie nu ne-a facut sa ne simtim bineveniti. Daca ii spuneam ceva, raspunsul dansei era "Va dati seama ca ... " sau "De obicei noi ... ". Ex: la checkin ne-a spus ca exista aparat de cafea si capsule de cafea in camera - a zambit si a spus ca daca se termina capsulele pot veni la receptie sa mai cer. Cand am mers sa cer, mi-a spus ca de obicei cafeaua se pune in camera la sosire, insa uite ... imi da 2 capsule. Pentru cativa lei, strici experienta unui client - mi se pare pierdere mare pe termen lung; am mers la un mini-market si am cumparat o cutie de 16 capsule cu 45 lei ... pentru sezlong-uri la plaja primesti bilet de la hotel. Noi am fost doi adulti si un copil - cand ceream dimineata bilet si pt copil (pentru ca avea nevoie sa stea pe sezlog cu noi) raspunsul a fost de 2 ori "de obicei in pretul camerei intra 2 bilete ... va dati seama ca daca dam la toti copiii ...

Un sejur super intr-o locatie de nota 10! Vom reveni!

Locatie excelenta (chiar pe faleza), finisaje si dotari superioare, terasa generoasa, camere spatioase (inclusiv in formula de apartament cu living si dormitor), curatenie exemplara, personal foarte amabil la Receptie, parcare subterana (contra cost), puncte comerciale in imediata vecinatate, apropiere (2 minute pe jos) de atractiile din zona Belona. Totul este nou (spatiu deschis in 2022), bine intretinut si de calitate.

Superb

Hotel is located on the beach, room was comfortable with plenty space. We had bedroom and living room with a corner with a dinning table. The balcony was spacious. Though the kitchen was equipped only with a microwave, fridge and 4 glasses (no cutlery, no plates)

An oasis of civilization and good taste in a very old fashioned summer destination

Very good

The room was matching the booking specifications and it was clean and comfortable. The personal was polite and trying to meet our requests. We had an amazing balcony with a sea view. The hotel offers complimentary coffee at the reception, this was much appreciated.

The personal is doing room cleaning only on request and this can became a little uncomfortable. The water pressure is not that good.

Exceptional

The hotel has a great location in Eforie Nord, close to the beach and one of the most popular tourist areas. There's a grocery store close, and some decent food places nearby. The building is new, and the entire apartment smells like new furniture. The apartment is spacious and really nicely furnished. It could easily feel like home even for a short stay. It was clean, with immaculate white towels and bed sheets. Beautiful balcony. The staff is friendly - not doing very well with giving tips, but very responsive and trying their best to help.

The "fully equipped kitchenette" is a tricky thing. There were no dishes, no cutlery, and only 2 mugs in an apartment booked for 3 people, and that could have hosted 4. The mugs weren’t even washed properly. There was no kettle, just a coffee maker. There was a microwave – but no dishes that could go inside it, so kind of useless in the end. I know it’s a hotel and people don't go there to cook all day, but why even try to advertise the kitchenette like that if it’s not exactly functional or practical. Although listed, there was no hairdryer. Just a friendly suggestion, it would be perfect if these things were added. The downside of the popular location is that it can get a bit too noisy at night.

Everything was perfect, big room, modern facilities, exceptional location, close to the beach restaurants and shops, sea view, clean, staf very helpfull.

Small balcony was the only minus, especially the sea view is amazing.

There was a staff woman, who saw me said this. What is she doing here because I am a person of color and for her I was not supposed to be there. disappointing for a hotel with this kind of staff.

The BEST in the area ! Modern and Super-Clean

A really nice and upscale hotel right next to the beach. Our apartment was super clean and modern with high quality amenities. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They called before our arrival and they prepared the living room sofa bed for us. Thank you for having us ! We will return for sure !
