A Modern Retreat:
Gorgeous getaway with Breathtaking views of Oneida lake. Far enough from the bustle of Syracuse, but close enough to make quick trips into town if needed. Fully equipped modern kitchen, and a grocery store just 2 mins away.

When you walk in, you're greeted by large windows with amazing views of the lake, with high ceilings that give you a sense of space and rest - away from the clustered city life.

Yes, you can tell your friends you're going away to a camp on Oneida lake, but we won't tell them about our fancy kitchen, with just about all you can think of to make your time away from home, well, tasty! Pots, Pans, bakeware, air fryer, coffee bar, you name it. We even have a waffle cabinet!


Bedrooms and Baths
Whether you're coming by yourself, with the fam, or even with another couple or family, there'll be enough room to spread out and relax. With 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 baths, we can sleep up to 12 people and even have a pack-n-play for an infant.

There are two rooms on the ground floor, arranged like a suite - queen bed in one, and a twin over full bunk bed in the other. Those two have their own full bath.

Up on the second floor, the Master bedroom is more like a King Suite, with a King bed in the bedroom, and a Futon in the enclosed space overlooking the lake. You'd wake up to amazing sunrises, and watch some jaw dropping sunsets from your second floor balcony!

There's one other bedroom on the second floor with two twin beds - now whether you leave them separated as two, or bring them together - totally up to you!

But wait, there's more.. sleeping space - one of the sofas in the living room transforms into a Queen sized bed at night, complete with its own linen and pillows.

There are smart TVs around the home with Netflix.


Outdoor Amenities
With our location on the North Shore, we are blessed with great Sunrises AND Sunsets! We're directly waterfront which means you have access to all that Oneida lake has to offer - fishing, kayaking, etc.

You can also sit around the fire pit, fire up the grill, or play a game of corn hole!

We have 2 Kayaks.

After a long day out and about, our hot tub should be hooked up and running by May - ready for you to soak in and relax.

Our driveway is long and narrow, and can probably fit up to three cars, so please plan accordingly.

Kid-friendly amenities
Got kids? We've thought of you! There's a table for the little ones to eat or do crafts... there's even a printer to print out coloring pages. For the infants we have a Pack-n-play travel crib, a high chair and a play mat.

*Other things to note*
Please note that while we would love to host you, we do not allow for parties.
Our neighborhood is quiet and serene, and we would like to keep it that way for our neighbors.

The summer months are set up for week-long stays, with check in at 4:00pm and check out at 10 am on Saturdays.

This goes without saying, but it's a lake, and there are no lifeguards on duty :).
