Welcome to "Island Time"! That's what I call this adorable 2 bedroom, one bath unit in the low-rise Sand Castles West complex. Sand Castles West is directly across the street from the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches of Panama City Beach, Florida. Island time is a NON-SMOKING unit.

The unit is located on the highly desirable, family friendly west side of Panama City Beach... miles away from the noise and party crowds you'll find on the east side. Sand Castles West is about 1 mile west of the fabulous Pier Park shopping resort.

Island Time is in Building G in the Sand Castles West complex (the closest building to the beach). It's about 200 steps from the corner of the stairwell to the beach access. If you prefer a dip in an immaculately maintained pool, one of our complexes two pools is just at the other end of the building.

Sand Castles West is a "low rise" complex, not a massive concrete complex with remote parking and maddening long waits for slow (and far too-few elevators). Our unit is on the second floor (just one flight of stairs up from the parking lot). You'll have a stress-free vacation with lots of amenities, shopping, and of course the gorgeous beaches literally at your fingertips.

The unit itself can comfortably sleep 6 with 2 bedrooms (each with a queen size bed) and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are three flat-screen TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom). The kitchen is cozy but functional and well-stocked, and the entire condo is tastefully decorated and beach themed to enhance your experience!

WiFi is included so bring all your devices, and the unit has its own washer and dryer so you don't have to waste your valuable vacation time sitting at a laundromat.

We're very "budget friendly" for a 2 bedroom unit so well maintained and close to the beach, so come get away and enjoy some "Island Time"!

Love this place perfect location. Quite location but we have stayed here twice and both times we have had cleaning issues. Not owner fault. The owners are amazing people. We will definitely stay again and again

the place was a little small, kitchen was very small, the area was greet, beach excellent , restrauntes where close by and good food. Winn Diczze was a 5 minute walk. ,,

We stayed in the off-season. It was perfect for our family of 4. The unit has seen some wear and tear, but it has definitely been cared for. There were helpful notes and labels on the TV and thermostat with instructions. The kitchen and pots and pans are a bit small for family cooking, but perfect for 2-4 people. The TV was a bit old, so it was tricky to get connected to streaming services. The internet was plenty fast for remote work and video conferencing.

Nice, clean place, Nicely decorated. Great access to the beach. Winn-Dixie is next door, easy walking distance. Great view from the balcony. Pool is right next to the condo. Owner was very responsive to a problem.

It was a nice place to stay. The construction noise from next door was a little loud. The shower curtain liner needs to be replaced, it was very mildewed. It also should have a blow dryer, people playing at the beach need to wash & dry their hair. Owner should also make sure that renters know about where the parking permit is and what it looks like, we almost had our car towed. Just a few things that would have made the stay a little better

We really looked for something nice and clean. Lots of reviews said this place was super clean, so we decided to give up a second bathroom, because everyone said it was clean. The condo was in a great location, and it was a nice place, but we went to go to bed the first night and luckily noticed before we got in bed that our feet were black. The floors were so dirty, they turned our feet black. Also, there was mildew around the bathtub which is easy to clean. We understand it’s a beach condo, but that should mean at minimum you mop the floors good. Also, lots of construction in the area and the building next door.

Condo is in a great location to walk to the beach, grocery store, pier park and several restaurants. Right across the street too beach access and around the corner is a Winn Dixie. We stayed for a month and did not rent a car so this was very convenient. Going east to pier park there was a lot of road construction and the sidewalks were not available. We hopped on the bus which could be picked up right across the street from the condo. So much to do down that end. ( zoo, mini golf, shopping, tons of restaurants etc.) It was perfect. Going west the sidewalks were accessible and great for walking. Restaurants, activities, and stores are more spread out. This condo would be better suited for short term renters. Had the basics needed, but no other amenities except the pools. Unfortunately, the time we were there is when demolition started on Bldg A & B and it was non stop banging, beeping and hammering 7-7. We lost our water 2 different days because they had to shut the water main off! The noise and debri kept you from using the closest pool. This is an 8 month project. Todd was always quick to respond regarding questions or complaints. This was our first time to PCB and we loved the area. Beautiful beach!

Todd answered my calls and any questions immediately. He was very accommodating. Had everything we needed in the condo and very close to groceries, bars, restaurants, shopping and the beach. Perfect location. Only issue was finding a place to plug in the golf cart we rented. Golf carts are not allowed on site Would rent here again for sure

Perfect stay. Condo was exactly like photos. Owner was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. Complex was quiet and clean. Close to everything but not in an overly busy section. Would definitely stay there again.

We visit PCB every year and have stayed lots of places but this place is by far one of our favorites. Close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook our own meals and was extremely clean and cozy with plenty of space.

We have never stayed on this end of town. However, we enjoyed it so much. The area is so quiet, not a lot of young people partying and playing music all night. The condo is quaint and cozy. Everything was really nice! Kitchen has been renovated, flooring is beautiful throughout, bathroom is nice with amazing water pressure! My husband and I as well we our friends who were there with us really enjoyed this condo. It isn't that far of a walk to the beach, and the pool is just down from the condo and easily accessible. The owner answered any questions we had immediately and was super helpful. He also helped with our parking situation. Thank you Todd! We definitely hope to stay again soon!

This was the worst VRBO, clean wise, we have ever stayed at. I wish I could atttach photos. Mold, dust, and hair were everywhere. The sheets weren't washed from previous renters. I refused to use anything in that place and bought all new items (sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, etc,) Owner offered to have the cleaning people come back out but I said no. The cleaning service lied already about cleaning it the first time I didnt want them there with my stuff. It was so bad we ended our trip early. Great location, terrible cleaning service.

Overall location and condo is nice. Had no sheets for pull out couch despite messaging owner. Owner confirmed I was supposed to have them, but the cleaner never came to bring us the sheets during our 3 night stay. We had to take apart sheets from the other bed in order for the person sleeping on the pullout to have a sheet to cover the mattress with.

We stayed here for a softball tournament and the location was perfect. We were less than 5 minutes from Frank Brown Complex which made it easy to get to the condo. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The pool is right behind the building and we loved that it had restrooms there so we didn't have to go back to the room. The beach was very easy to get to and we really lucked out staying so close to a Winn Dixie. The condo is fully stocked and we felt like we had everything we needed. The one thing that I missed having was a hair dryer but that is definitely not a deal breaker. We would absolutely rent again and tell our family about it.

Would recommend this rental to anyone! Literally within walking distant to the beach, the Winn Dixie, and some a few other things. 5 min drive to Pier Park (great for kids) and nice little mom and pop’s restaurants as well super close. Tim was awesome in responding to any questions we had during our stay. Will for sure be staying here again! 100/10 recommendation!!!! Thx again Tim and Vicki for everything!
