Nice hotel along the beach, very kind staff, a bit far from city center

Belle chambre avec vue sur mer, buffet moyen

La vue sur mer superbe, personnel à la réception et en cuisine très serviable

Literie peu confortable, l’hygiène et nettoyage laisse à désirer, buffet toujours le même et très simple, les animateurs omniprésents presque dérangeants

L'emplacement, les prestations, la qualité du service et l'amabilité du personnel, la plage.

La qualité des plats était correcte, mais pourrait être un peu améliorée, peut être en réduisant le choix, qui est énorme.

La caution pour les serviettes et de devoir aller les chercher à la réception et les ramener à la chambre chaque soir . Le petit déjeuner et la qualité des plats au buffet Les lits sont durs comme du béton

J ai aimé les le professionnalisme des animateurs et de l'ensemble du personnel. J'ai adoré l'ambiance conviviale

le seul bémol , c'est l'attitude d'une réceptionniste qui n'était ni agréable ni professionnelle. le reste du personnel de la réception était parfait!

je suis partie en week-end en couple c’était parfait en passant par l’accueil, le repas et les activités… le Spa, hammam, gommage, massages au top. le personnel a bien pris soin nous. a refaire avec plaisir 😊✌🏾

Petit-déjeuner buffet très bien. Du choix Déjeuner et diner très bien. Beaucoup de choix et plats locaux. Propreté très bien. Personnel sympa. Très belle piscine, mer proche et belle plage de l'hôtel. Chambre propre, faite tous les jours. Le seul hic les chambres auraient besoin d'une petite rénovation. Spa : massage, gommage, soins visage anti-âge le tout très bien. Manucure, pédicure moyen. Le hamman aurait besoin d'une rénovation. Personnel agréable.

Unfortunately, the hotel receptionist arranged for an airport taxi for early morning at 5. They also confirmed to me. But I ended up waiting for the Taxi like half an hour and no Taxi showed up. The receptionist was not of great help but asked the outside security to look out on the street for a Taxi. I was very upset and worried that I will not make it to my flight. Luckily, a Taxi driver passed by the hotel at that early hour and the security person caught him and I made it to my flight. This is very unprofessional and unreliable by the hotel staff. Very disappointed!

fantastic break, lovely island to explore, comfortable and clean hotel, great food

location, great gym, clean and comfortable, really helpful lady on reception, lovely waiters in the dining roo

they ripped up all the carpets on the 2nd floor during our stay, they were using really pungent glue to lay the new underly and carpet that overpowered us in our room for 3 days giving us both headaches

I was charged for the ( safe box), room phone wasn't working, no extension numbers list is available. food wasn't bad but not good enough.
