About this house rental
Enter into the first floor and this living area contains a wet-bar kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and microwave and a dining table for 4 for a fun game night. Bedroom one on this level has a king bed and a flatscreen TV and the semi-private bedroom two offers two single beds and a large flatscreen TV as well. The shared bathroom has a luxury steam shower and is just a step outside the bedroom door. There is also a sleeper sofa in the sitting area on this level.
An interior staircase to the second floor brings you to the main living area with an open floor plan. The kitchen was thoughtfully designed for maximum storage and convenience. The homeowners have stocked it with plenty of dishes and cookware, the appliances are stainless steel and are accented with granite counters. The dining table seats 6 comfortably with additional seating at the breakfast bar. For larger families, the dining table can be expanded to seat 8 by use of table the table leaf.
There are two bedrooms on this second level, both with a king bed with the master featuring its own spacious ensuite boasting a step-in shower and a corner spa tub.
The screened porch off the living room and master bedroom brings the outside in through wall-to-wall sliding glass doors and offers a tree view.
804 Mariners Club has many other amenities including top-of-the-line mattresses, high-speed wi-fi, TVs in the ground floor den, the main floor livingroom and all bedrooms, board games for family fun, a washer and dryer on each level for your comfort and convenience and two central air conditioning units.

The resort`s setting is the tranquil east coast of Key Largo Key and is punctuated by tropical landscaping and impeccably maintained grounds. Great care has been taken to ensure the resort blends in with the untouched natural surroundings and waterline...and the villas are charmingly styled with their island-setting in mind. Leisure facilities fulfill all the requirements of a tropical resort and include the luxury lagoon pool with matching zero-entries on each end, poolside grills and outdoor showers, garden hot tub, tennis courts, shaded picnic areas, clubhouse pool and a 43-slip deep-water marina. Additional charges apply for dockage. Unlike other marinas...Mariner`s Club Resort marina will accommodate jet skis and boats as well as yachts up to 60 feet in length.
