The owners of this home have thought about every details. From the decorations to the little extras around the home, we felt taken care of. Definitely stay here again. Host was amazing and the home was comfortable in every way.

They thought of everything with amenities and needs and even extras. And the size and location was perfect for us. Highly recommend.

Very nice rental. Had everything we needed and more. Nicely decorated. Great for anyone in a wheelchair or handicap. Plenty of roon for 3 cars to park. Close to town which had lots of nice shops and things to see. Would stay again.

Wonderful modern farmhouse aesthetic. Great kitchen and dining area. Beautiful yet casual dining table seats 8 to 10 people comfortably. Family stopped by to say hi and they couldn't stop talking about how nice everything was. Easy walk to downtown. The host has thought of just about everything. It rained for most of our stay and there were even umbrellas provided. Do note that there isn't a bathtub in the house. But the rainhead shower is pretty awesome. The sun came out for our last two days and we were able to enjoy both porches. We encountered a couple of the neighbors during our stay and they were friendly and welcoming. Obviously the host can't control that--but it was nice to get a positive vibe from the neighbors. Nice master bedroom with very comfortable bed. We didn't need the second bedroom with the bunk beds, but it's really lovely. The home is not far from a busy, noisy street, but you can't tell that from the inside of the house. If you somehow manage ( I don't think you will) to hear outside noise the host has thoughtfully provided white noise machines for your use. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I travel frequently and enjoy staying at vacation rental properties. So we have some expertise when we say this was the best laid out and equipped home we have visited thus far! The owner has thought of everything that we could possibly need. My husband is convinced that he’s related to the owner because he thought every detail. We had two coffee makers, a variety of teas, availability of cleaning products if needed and in walking distance to the square! it was a great holiday visit. We will book again on our next visit!

This cute historic house is nicely renovated and well appointed. The location served our north side needs very well and it was also fun to walk downtown to the restaurants and shops along the square. Only two complaints about the house itself. One is that the floor joists are sagging in places due to it being a very old house - but not in an unsafe way. The other is that we needed to mop the floor because the floor was a bit grimy. Nothing gross, just needed to be mopped. Finally, Noblesville is a nice walkable town, but there are two downsides to the house's exact location. One is that it's sometimes downwind from a plastics factory that produces noxious chemical odors. It's fine inside the house but outside is unpleasant if the wind is blowing from the northwest. The other less serious issue is that - as of summer 2023 - the city is building a large road widening and roundabout project in the surrounding blocks. However, the access was fine and there was no bothersome construction noise. Overall a net positive for this nice little house.

This house has everything you would need. Thank you Preston for everything. We stayed for a baseball tournament and it was a great central location to all the ballparks and entertainment for boys.

This house is your home away from home! Beautifully decorated and the owner has thought of everything that you could need and more! Very clean and well stocked, the coffee bar was an amazing added touch. Many ammentities nearby and easy to get around and park. A welcome binder fills you in on all you need to know and the owner was quick to respond to any questions. We stayed here for a baseball tournament for our kids at Grand Park and if we have another one we will definitely be rebooking this house! 5 Stars!

The house was super cute. The kitchen fully stocked with utensils and large variety of coffee and tea. The beds were all very comfortable and each bedroom had sound machine which we all enjoyed for a restful nights sleep.
The swing and rockers on front porch were nice when sitting outside.
Downtown with cute shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

I’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals (from here and other providers). This rental was the most organized and thoughtful towards its guests that I’ve ever been in. They had everything from sound machines to PLENTY of K-cups to games to comfy throw blankets. Beds were very comfortable. The place was very nicely updated and clean. It’s the perfect little spot for a family of four or five. I without a doubt would stay here again.
There are a couple things you should know so your expectations are realistic. Noblesville has an adorable, quaint downtown (within walking distance), but the houses in the downtown area are a bit hit or miss. While the house we stayed at was perfect, some of the houses around it are a bit rundown. The yard is minimal. They have a small back-porch but not much else.
But overall, if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Noblesville, this is the place to be!

This was a very nice place that was clean and was as advertised on the internet. The highlight was the very well stocked kitchen that made it easy for us to prepare meals. The coffee bar was fantastic and the utensils provided were well above the norm. It is close to the downtown Noblesville square which is a nice area for eating/shopping.
We also received great communication regarding check in/check out - better communication than we have had in the past.
Overall, a very comfortable stay.

The beds were so comfy!!! The home had amazing amenities! The thought that the owners have taken to make sure your needs are met. I love the I forgot it box! That was awesome! The home was cozy and relaxing during a stressful trip from Texas. Best thing they had sugar and cream a huge selection of coffee and hot coco! We will definitely book again!
