Très bel établissement sur le Canal . Très bon accueil . Nous avons dîner avec le pain , le confit de canard et le riz achetés à la boutique ( c'était excellent )

Building was well maintained. Kitchen dining area very clean. Right next to the canal du Midi.
Even though it wasn't very hot weather the room was too hot even with the window open.
The bathrooms are very small and difficult to manoeuvre in.
And too expensive for what it is.

It was very comfortable, meals had to be organized. Recommendation was excellent
Having to wash the dishes after using them

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet and lovely location with very welcoming hosts. Do try the delivery cassoulet paired with their own wine: delicious! There's also a local produce grocery shop just down the road that's very handy. Very secure bike garage. The perfect stop on your trip cycling down the Canal du Midi.
Breakfast option is tasty but very basic, just bread and jam, coffee and green tea. A cereal option would be great as well as some black tea.

The location, the facilites and the communal kitchen/dining which was excellent and well above expectation- and of course the shop.
Everything was fine, the location was quiet and rural but there was some early morning traffic nearby, but it wasn't a problem - nothing else to not like!

Absolutely gorgeous guest house right on bike trail. Well equipped bikes storage room for maintenance. Kitchen was one of the best equipped. Fresh baguettes and sausage and cold drinks and wine in shop. Cassoulet au Confit de canard in shop is a MUST for dinner. Edwige (host) provides beautiful pot for cooking.

Character of the mill, Gite and the facilities (once we understood what was there). The Mill shop was lovely
I would like to have had more information beforehand:
1)How the outside safe worked to obtain the keys - it was dark when we arrived and it was difficult to see where we had to park and how to get into the Gite. The lighting outside was virtually non existent - fortunately we had a torch.
2) What facilities were available in the Gite ie. the guest kitchen which would have been extrmely useful had we realised beforehand. Breakfast was confusing to find and I had to telephone to ask.
I find the Booking.com email portal system, very complicated when one is traveling to several locations. Trying to find the right email with the arrival info amongst so many Booking.com superfluous emails and in the dark and the phone low on battery, was very stressful.

Edwige was a lovely friendly host with very good English. Our room was lovely and spacious with a large spacious shared kitchen and outdoor seating overlooking the canal du midi. The shop sold gorgeous artisan products.
no air conditioning
