Our stay was relaxing and tranquil and exactly as we expected based on the description and talking with Kellie. Kellie went out of her way to make sure things were perfect.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful, even lovelier than the photos. Everything is new and updated, while still maintaining its unique charm. Beautifully furnished and IMMACULATE. Super comfortable bed, clean crisp sheets and fluffy down comforter/pillows. Kellie has thought of everything, including beach pass and beach towels. Attention to every detail, down to the fresh flowers by the bed.
The property itself was great too…tranquil water view, kayaks, bikes, fire pit, hammock and lots of outdoor seating. Our favorite surprise was the outdoor shower and bathroom.
We were only there for a quick weekend getaway and were so sad to leave. Thank you Kellie for being such a wonderful host!!

The location was perfect for kayaking and bird watching…we would have taken advantage of having the bikes if the weather had cooperated.
The cottage was spotless and so cozy with everything we needed...towels,beach pass, kayaks, and outdoor seating with great views. Local restaurants did not disappoint. So pleased with our stay!

This cottge is peaceful, immaculate, an absolute gem of a place to stay while visiting family in town. The property is an interesting boatyeard on tidal water access. Wish we had more time ot take advantage of the outdoor hammock, chairs and other parts of the property. The cottage itself has many subtle very nice touches that are definintely appreciated. Kellie is an exceptional host.
Will definitely return.

My only hesitation in reviewing this property is that I would want it to always be available when coming through Marion!
The cottage was clean, thoughtfully appointed, and right on the water. The hosts were proactively helpful without being at all intrusive. I arrived late that first night everything was easy and the place was warm, easy to find and quite comfortable. (My teenage daughter declared the place ‘quite vibey’ which is the highest compliment).

I stayed here as a travel nurse on a nearby assignment. Absolutely loved this little place. The host has done a fabulous job with the property and amenities. I LOVED sitting on the big porch on the water. The ambient lighting, comfy seating and view cannot be beat after a long day of work or play! Lots of Osprey, herons, rabbits, chipmunks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Enjoyed nature watching and the waterfront view from every viewing point throughout the property. Boat business was very quite as we lounged in the back deck viewing area. The hosts were terrific with their special touches of flowers, wine, and dog treats. Thank you for sharing your property.

The property was exactly as described and even more. Kellie and Dan were delightful and most accommodating. Although the property is in a boatyard with activity during the day, it was peaceful at night. We especially enjoyed sitting on the sea breeze patio with cocktail in hand watching the birds diving for their dinner. Great place for a couple. Convenient to town, restaurants, stores, etc.

The cottage was charming, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The property is unique and offered absolutely beautiful vistas at sunrise and sunset. Such a special place! Kellie went above and beyond as our host.

The wife and I stayed here in June for a wedding. The listing is exactly how it is described. Nice little cottage on a inlet. In the mornings we watched the birds catching fish right out of the water. Everything thing inside is new and simplified. Would absolutely stay again if needed to. Great host easy to communicate when I needed to make a small change to our reservation.

Our visit to the cottage of our dreams was an absolute delight. Nestled waterfront, with a convenient 30-minute distance to both the Martha's Vineyard ferry and Plymouth, it provided the perfect location for our getaway. The cottage was everything we had hoped for and more.
From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the immaculate cleanliness and the exquisite decorations that adorned every corner. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the cottage's design, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at home.
The main purpose of our visit was to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday, and the cottage served as the ideal backdrop for this special occasion. Surrounded by the serene beauty of the waterfront, we spent the days basking in the peacefulness and creating cherished memories.
One of the highlights of our stay was the host, who was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Their warm hospitality and helpful nature added an extra layer of joy to our experience. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or attending to any requests we had, the host's presence made our stay even more memorable.
As we reluctantly bid farewell to the cottage, we couldn't help but feel grateful for the wonderful experience we had.

It was a quaint Oasis...stayed during the winter time so looking at the water and wildlife was truly relaxing . Recommend staying during the summer months since its on the water with a dock and plenty to do in the surrounding area. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful cottage!

Very nice cottage. The water is right out the front door. We spent most of out time down at the deck behind one of the other building overlooking the water. In the evening we were at the fire pit. Very nice stay. We will return.

This one bedroom cottage was absolutely charming. It was in a unique location, in a boat yard being renovated right on the water. It was absolutely perfect for our visit to Marian and we highly recommend it.

Cozy spot for a getaway with lovely views. Still a little bit of a work in progress— we were looking forward to the outdoor shower after swimming but it wasn’t completed yet. Still, many lovely and thoughtful touches - we would go back!

The cottage was small and beautifully arranged. It worked well for my husband and myself and well when our older grandchildren came by to visit. While it is in a small boat yard, the work that went on was quite and unobtrusive. Outdoor activities were available on the grounds. It was very easy to get into Marion Center. Our host left fresh cut flowers and wine for our stay. It was lovely.

Private, pretty, and practical. The house had everything we needed. We were welcomed warmly and enjoyed our stay. Would return in a heartbeat!

The cottage is decorated beautifully and was a great central location for our needs. Kellie was a great host and communicated well before and during the trip. She provided a list of attractions and restaurants. On her recommendation we went to Cisco Brewery in New Bedford, MA and we had a great time (waterfront, live music).
The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We didn't use them but bikes, canoes, kayaks and paddleboards are available for use. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it for others.

Stylish waterfront
We loved staying in this property. So much style for such a small space. Sitting on the comfy front porch, we enjoyed watching herons fish. I read in the shady hammock one afternoon. We went kayaking from the property another. Kellie, the owner, and I even walked together to an excellent yoga class one morning. The cottage was thoughtfully appointed with everything for our stay. Great property for a solo or couples retreat.

A great stay in Marion
Rented this cute little cottage on a whim. Nicely decorated and we loved that it was newly renovated. Everything felt crisp and clean and we appreciated the attention to detail — from the flickering candle nightlights to the information on local restaurants and activities to the chilled beverage awaiting us in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had just about everything we needed (though a small microwave would have been convenient for heating up leftovers!). Water access and use of the kayak and canoe was wonderful and we found ourselves at the fire pit every night. All in all, we loved our stay and would recommend this property and great hosts.
