We had more than enough room.

Quite a few dead bugs around the house (kitchen, living room, bedrooms) and the bathroom was still a bit dirty with some hair. There was hair or fur all over the bed sheets. Not very clean. The kitchenware was decently stocked and usable.

Family reunion of senior siblings. Enjoyed access to area attractions. Grand ole opry, hermitage, franklin battlefield, etc. Great kitchen and large table for a group of 8. Only issue is the yard. Not maintained, and nothing like the pictures.

Communication beforehand and during our stay was incredible! The space was as described and was a different setup than a typical house but fit our needs perfectly. The "game area" upstairs was a huge hit with our young children and space downstairs was perfect for our group.
Highly recommend!

The place was very nice.
If the weather was nicer we could have enjoyed the backyard.

The house was great. Very roomy and had all accommodations needed. It was away from downtown so gave us a break from all the commotion. It was a short ride to downtown and the airport. There was grocery stores and pharmacies near by if needed. Very easy to get in and out. Only issue was that it is near railroad tracks and there were many trains. Not a big deal overall though. We would use this house again when we visit Nashville.

Rented this house to meet family, some from FL and others KS. This was our first time in Nashville. The house is very close to downtown, but in a spacious neighborhood that is very quiet. We were easily able to get to great restaurants and shopping. The house is clean and amply supplied with everything you need. We loved the large table that all 8 of us could sit around to play games and eat! The host communicated frequently before our visit to make sure everything was in order. We hope to be back again!

We stayed for a week with our family of 5 (3 teens). The inside of the home is spacious, clean, organized, has plenty of room, and just about everything you might think you need. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, all worked well. It’s clearly a quick flip and you can see that around the house, but you’re not buying it so who cares. The outside needs some attention. It’s loaded with bugs and webs and just not updated much (but they do tell you in your welcome email that they’re working on the outside). The cowboy pool doesn’t have a vacuum so there was no way to get the fine dirt out of the bottom (too fine for the skimmer). That being said, we loved our stay. We didn’t use the outside other than my boys used the side area to play basketball and soccer, but we didn’t miss the outside honestly, and we loved our stay. Host was super attentive and responsive.

We had a wonderful trip to Nashville and stay at this beautiful home. There is tons of social space with the large kitchen area, living room and outdoor spaces. The bedrooms downstairs are also very large.
The neighbourhood is very quiet, however only a 10 min uber to Broadway.
Thanks for everything.

Thank you James for your EXCELLENT communication before, during, and after our stay in your Nashville property. We had 4 generations staying for Mother's Day, plus their friends and or spouses. There was plenty of space for cooking, lounging, eating and parking. The game room and upstairs lounge area was a great place for the young age older ones to hangout and play. They have anything you could need from a pack and play, to a highchair. There's plenty of utensils and cookwear. Very well stocked. Everything we wanted to go to in Nashville was within less than 15 minutes. We travel several times a year and we felt comfortable and safe at this property. We are all foodies so I am also going to recommend 2 must visit restaurants. The first is Urban Grub we went for brunch and the food is FANTASTIC! If you want fast and great choices of coffee, teas, bakery goods, and breakfast (eggs & potatoes are so flavorful) go to Flora + Fauna Cafe and Roaster you won't have any regrets.

The owners where great to work with and quickly responded to any questions. The place was close to all things without being in the middle of the clutter.

The place was filthy and needs a deep clean. Our "welcome email" claimed that we were one of the first guests at this location, but there is no way that could be the case with the lack of cleanliness and status of the walls and details. We inquired about a pack and play and were told there wasn't one but they would get one for us if we emailed closer to the date of arrival. I emailed four times and then decided to call - the person I spoke to was great and had a pack and play ordered and delivered upon arrival...(greatly appreciated)...however, there ended up being one in the closet - it almost seemed like we were talking about different properties with each communication. The neighborhood was sketchy and there was a train about 100 yards away that runs on the regular. Overall, I would not recommend at this time - maybe with some updates and cleaning it would be better.

We came with a group of 8 and we were more than comfortable in the house. The hosts were more than accommodating with our requests and had some items delivered to us right away!
The house was spacious enough with plenty of storage and huge closets. I would definitely recommend this house for big groups. Close enough to Nashville so were were able to UBER/Lyft to downtown when needed...sometimes multiple times a day. You're also close t Gallatin Pike which had grocery stores, drug stores and liquor stores within walking distance.
A lot of our space for our group and nice common areas to meet and hang out in!

We had a great experience at this home. It was excellent for bringing the entire group together in the evenings because it has such a large kitchen table and island. Excellent location between the Gaylord and downtown. Host is excellent with communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location perfect for our family of 9!
Bonus game room, fun for kids & adults. Very spacious kitchen with extra large table for dinners & game playing. Quiet outdoors, yet close to everything! Excellent management communication!

Nice house close to downtown Nashville.
The house was nice for me and my family. It was clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen/ dining room area was good size. Neighborhood was decent around, with the occasional train going by about ~100yds away. we were 10 minutes away from downtown Nashville and there was a grocery store 5 minutes away. We were a little bummed because the pictures had showed a pool table but when we got there it appeared it was replaced with a basketball shooting game. My family is a pretty big billiards family as we all have one at our houses. If you drink coffee you may want to bring your own mugs or go buys some insulated cups as we couldn't find any in the kitchen. The deck and outside area looked nice but it was 96F-99F when we were in Nashville so we didnt really use those. Overall this is a great house for a good price that gets you close to a lot of the fun in downtown Nashville.
