Property was as nice as advertised. Private pool was great. Short walk from property to beach was clean and made beach very accessible. Property was clean upon arrival and available at check in time. 2 kitchen areas with refrigerators was very nice (no lack of ice) for 13 people. Would stay again if going to Panama City Beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in PCB. It was a large house with great amenities. The street is a small street with several private houses and a great access to a private beach! The house had every thing we needed. The host is so sweet and very responsive.

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. We had plenty of space, and it's one of the few properties that we've found with two fully equipped kitchens AND two laundry units.
It was clean, well maintained, and its proximity to the beach was fantastic. No need to load everything up for the entire day. We could run back to the house quickly and easily.
Mirja was an exceptional hostess. She stayed in contact with us the entire time and was incredibly responsive whenever I had a question.
We highly recommend this property.

The property is spacious, clean, and felt very inviting. It is also a great value. The beach is only steps away. The private pool was there when getting tired of the sand not ready to come in out of the sun. The evening shade made the pool activities better for the little ones. Having 2 kitchens made it easy to have meals upstairs with the family, while having drinks and BBQ supplies close to the pool deck downstairs. 2 sets of washer and dryer made keeping up with laundry easier with a big group.
2 bedrooms with bunkbeds also made keeping the kids happier at bedtime easy. The front balconies were great to sit ourside and enjoy the gulf sea air anytime of day.
Next time we come to pcb, I will check availability for this property first. I recommend it for any visit to the area.

What a great option for our large family. This was our 3rd year in PCB but we normally book 3 separate condos. No more elevators, parking garages or looking for a cart. What a blessing to be together in this amazing house just a few steps from the beach on a private boardwalk. There was something for everyone to love about this place from the 2 kitchens with enough dining seating for all, private pool & grilling space, comfy beds and 2 laundry areas. Did I mention the view?! We will definitely be back.

Family trip for 18 people was great! House was close to beach and had plenty of room for everyone even when you needed some quiet time. Grateful for the pool when the double red flags were out! Owner was always responsive when we had a question or issue. Would definitely recommend

We loved our stay. The home was so spacious and had every amenity that we needed. The Host is very helpful and responsive with any and all questions and needs. Terry the maintenance man was very nice as we had a problem with a smoke detector. The short walk to the beach was perfect. We all had a great time.

Excellent communication with the host before, during and after the stay. Small but nice pool that we had heated during our stay. Bunk bed rooms were a little tight but did not spend much time in those rooms. Slept everyone comfortably in the 7 bedrooms. Great location with views of the beach/ ocean from the second and 3rd floor balcony’s.

Bamboo Palm Villa was great, especially for our large family of 14. Perfect number of rooms, two kitchens, two living areas. Having our own pool was wonderful! Our hostess was the best we have ever had, and we have rented many places. She communicated with us quickly and was available when we had questions or concerns. We highly reccomend Bamboo Palm Villa.

Fantastic experience for our group. Home was as advertised and perfect for our group of 5 families. Host was attentive to the two problems we had and had them fixed the very next morning. Great location to the local restaurants and plenty of things to do. Do yourself a favor and book this place. You will not be disappointed.

The property was well maintained and worked perfect for our extended family. When issues arose the property owner was quick to get back with us and was quick to send over maintenance. We mentioned to the owner we were getting married on the beach while staying in the house and asked if they would have a steamer available for us to use and she responded with, no they did not but the owners went out and got us a steamer to use! Also, when we arrived there was champagne, toasting glasses, fresh flowers, and even a lovely card. This place was a wonderful place and would stay again here. If you need a place to eat Jesse's Place is right across the street and they have really good breakfast.

Overall the home was great. Plenty of space for 16 people. Of note: There are no beach chairs or toys, and there is a flight of steps going down to the beach. Not heavily stocked but we figured it out. Pool was fantastic!! Would stay here again!!

We enjoyed stay at property it was as described . Had group of 14 plenty of room and was clean. Only things i didnt like was pool was in shade till about 12 0r 1. But got pool heated which made it better. And tv was that had very few channels and could only stream free cause didnt have pass code. Other than that the stay was great would definitely stay there again. And host was very helpful with any issues we had it was took care of in a timely manner

This is the second time we have stayed at this property for a weeklong family reunion. Last time we stayed during the off-season so we were a little worried about how busy the beach would be this time of year with the two highrise condos next to the property but it was really not bad at all. We had 7 kids (ages 2-14) and they loved bouncing back-and-forth between the beach and the pool at the house. The house had everything we needed and the host was great to work with!

Our family and my sister’s family planned a beach trip. We traveled from Washington DC, Indiana, Georgia, and Southwest Florida. We had 17 guests, ranging from 56 to 3. It was the absolute perfect house!! Very close to beach with easy access. Yes it could be crowded, but expected!! Up early to grab your spot!! House was appropriately furnished!! Owner very responsive to inquiries. Going above and beyond to make sure we receive a delivery that didn’t arrive when expected during our stay. Thank you!!!

Lovely home with plenty of room for large groups. I loved having 2 well stocked kitchens. The beach access area is located between condos so it was pretty packed every day….you need to get out early in order to claim your spot. Host was very responsive. I would rent again.

We had three generations stay at the house, celebrating our mother’s 90th birthday. The host was absolutely fantastic. They even sent my mother roses and candy for her birthday shortly after we arrived. It was such a nice surprise and very much appreciated. The house was very clean and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. There were plenty of Dishes and utensils that we didn’t have to do dishes after every single meal. Plenty of towels were provided. The pool was absolutely perfect. Every one of us had nothing but good things to say about our stay here! Access to the beach was much more manageable than any condominium we have stayed in. Our 90 year old mother was able to navigate her way out to the beach without any trouble. Hands-down this has been the best place we have ever rented.

Location, location, location. We traveled to this location with 3 small children and a lot to haul to the beach. The proximity to the beach path was worth the stay. There are only 4 steps down to the beach and a short path from the house to beach access. To us, this made the stay worth it. A 3-story house wasn't as child friendly, but there were a lot of sleeping options. My biggest complaint on the house was the cleaniness. After 1 day not wearing shoes in the house, we decided to buy house slippers for the rest of our trip.

What a wonderful vacation. The house was perfect for our vacation, 4 couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The two living areas and kitchens were well equipped and comfortable. Loved the heated pool. Access to the beach was excellent. Just a short walk to beautiful white sandy beaches and clear blue water. No highways to cross either. We will definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach House. Nice to be so close to the beach and also have the option to use the pool. We had 8 adults in the house and it was more than big enough for all of us. We had a problem with the heat in the pool on the 2nd day but the property manager had the pool people out and took care of it timely.

We loved location and house had everything we needed for our thanksgiving feast. There was room for everyone and lots of space to chill, read watch tv or play board games. Our only issue was fruit flies were bad, most likely because trash cans were full. But other than that we had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything you could possibly need was available! Just steps from the beach, great views from second and third floor balcony. You could not ask for a better host. Very responsive to all communications. We had one small issue upon checking in and the host had someone on-site immediately. We definitely plan on returning for Fall Break next year!

The house was great for our family! It was so convenient to get to the beach with the kids with no wait for elevators and the kids loved having a private pool. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions that we had and she was awesome to deal with!

Having all of the kids and grandkids together for a week in itself is my idea of paradise, but this property made it perfect! The beach was right there!! The house has enough space and is spread out in a way that we never felt like we were on top of each other. The house was sparkling clean. The bed linens were a grade above what we sometimes find in rental properties. The rooms are practically sound proof! We could take a nap and not even hear grandkids playing outside of our door. The kitchen is well stocked and the pots and pans are quality. The only suggestion I have is maybe a wire whisk for making gravy or sauces. And that is not a complaint!

I ask the owner before we came if there was a air fryer in the house and she had one there before we checked in on Saturday. Mirja was very helpful with anything I needed.
We will definitely be back for a 4th time!!
