This was such a perfect house for a family reunion each family had their own room with a bathroom and plenty of space! The outside space was amazing for games and hanging out too! I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Overall, trip was good very nice house could’ve used a few more pots and pans 2 things that we’re not so great one, there was a sewer smell not sure if it was a back up from the septic system or pipes but bad smell manager did his best to repair problem, it was approximately 5 miles down a dirt road which made for a very difficult time to go into town and back not to mention all dust gathered in our cars and etc.

Secluded, and very private. Clean and Spacious. A lot of beds for multiple people. Very easy check in and out process. The only negative thing about this place was the long drive on the gravel road in and out.

The place was unbelievably relaxing. There were things to do for all ages at the house and around the area. 2024 Family Reunion success.

We had a family get together 13 people mix of Teenagers and adults. This was the perfect place. All the bunkbeds were full size, each room had a king bed and a bathroom! additional bathroom for the teens staying in bunkbeds and a half bath downstairs. Great outdoor patio with ping pong table (teens played all night it was great) They also played with the cornhole. There was a hot tub, but it was so warm outside we didn't end up using it. Loved the outdoor lights and firepit area great in the evenings.
The house is very updated - two refrigerators was so nice for our big group, and they had two washer and dryers.
Everything was great. We would definitely book here again with a big group.

It was a great stay, great house. There are some small things I wish we could have changed, but it was more about accommodating 24 people than it was anything wrong with the property or dealing with property manager. I'm not sure I researched the location well enough, but the drive to the house was farther back from the main road than I thought. The house was clean and organized, and we had a good time.

House was clean and large enough for our group. Back deck was amazing along with fire pit area.

This is a lovely property in a beautiful location but we had problems. Most importantly, the property was not clean when we arrived. Floors were dirty, areas around door knobs were grimy, tops of end tables in the bedrooms were dirty, the toilet in at least one bathroom was dirty. The decorative pillow in one bedroom was covered with dog hair. After the first night's stay those sleeping on the first floor were cold so I requested extra blankets as there were thin bed spreads on our beds. We were told extra blankets would be delivered the next day but none came. I sent another message and was told there were no extra blankets but they were ordering some. The house sleeps 24 but at our first meal we discovered there were not enough spoons and forks. The burners on the gas range were not operating properly and deposited black soot on the pans. There were no pot holders and no hangers in the closets. We are frequent VRBO users and places always have a binder with information about appliance operations and nearby amenities. This house had no information on site. We had to learn by trial and error how to keep the downstairs warm enough at night yet cool enough upstairs. Finally, the refrigerator was not keeping our food cold and I messaged about that and was told there was nothing they could do. All in all, the house was great for a family gathering, the location is beautiful, but the management of the property is poor and not very helpful.

Coworkers and I opted to stay here instead of a hotel. Stay was fine until the last day. We noticed the upstairs bathroom shower was leaking through the ceiling into the laundry room (guessing from a leak in the drain). I immediately texted maintenance (number on the fridge) and emailed the property manager. I never received a response from either regarding this issue. We left the property at about 7:20 AM; at 8:06 AM I received an email stating my deposit was not being returned and an additional charge of $250 was applied to my corporate credit card (both charges for a damaged door). We did not damage any door. I worked with VRBO to try and resolve the issue and received an email stating the property manager had returned our deposit...but no response about the additional $250 charge. In either case, neither one of the charges have been returned. We are now disputing the charges through our corporate credit card company. My advice, stay with a property managed by someone other than TreeLine. Also take a video upon arrival and departure showing every detail of the property.

Great secluded location! Very nice rooms and everything you need to hangout with the family and have a great weekend!

This home was great! They thought of things to have in the kitchen that most vacation rentals don’t have. They left a gift bundle for us at check in. The two washers and dryers were really nice and having bathrooms attached to each main bedroom.

It's location is a bit off the beaten path. 4 miles of a rough dirt and rock compacted road. Need to drive extra slow. Located halfway between Broken Bow and Hochatown. Once there it is a great stay. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room and bathrooms. We ate typically on the deck outside. There is not much room at the indoor table that can seat 8, but need to move furniture to seat comfortable around the table. Our kids sat at the large island just fine.
Our kids enjoyed the game room space and gave the living room to us adults.
The 2 bunk rooms can sleep 4 each. The beds are a good size bigger than twin mattresses. The pictures don't give justice as to how roomy the bunk beds are, though the kids only slept there and otherwise on the go out and about.
Great fire pit area and a very large comfortable back deck.
There is plenty of room for the ping pong table, but bring your own paddle and balls.
We would stay there again and tell our friends.
