This property is so welcoming as if I was in my own home! The house is close to many different tours or events. The hostess is amazing! She works very hard at making sure we had all our needs covered. She goes above and beyond! This was perfect for our family vacation! I am glad we had the opportunity to stay there!

We loved our stay at this house. It was the perfect getaway vacation spot. The pool was amazing, the home was clean and spacious, and the neighborhood was peaceful. Thank you!

This location allowed us to explore several different tourist destinations. The pool was a bonus in 90+ degree weather!

This was a great place to meet for a family get-together. There was enough space for the adults to chat and the kids to run around. The yard was great for a small pickup t-ball game, and the pool was clean and satisfying. We had hot dogs and s'mores around the fire pit and the wood and firestarter were provided. Overall we had an awesome time and made amazing memories.

We had a great time. The host was amazing and was very easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. Her home was beautiful and clean. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a group of 8 of us for the PGA and a quick trip to Buffalo Trace. We had a great time and the house suited our needs perfectly. The only thing better would have been an upstairs half bath. Host had a fire pit and chairs for us and we figured out the charcoal grill. All in all a great place to spend a couple of days out in “horse country”

Our stay was perfect for what we wanted to do! Tammie’s place is great for going into Louisville, Bardstown, and Cave City. Her home was a great space for our family and her large yard allowed everyone to run around after time in the car. It was so nice to come back and just relax. Tammie was responsive and so kind, thank you!

Nice stay but a bit farther from disown downtown Louisville

Great location. Central to everything we wanted to do, distilleries, Churchill Downs, downtown Louisville, etc. s’mores welcome basket was a very nice touch.

The property was lovely. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. It was only a 30 minute drive to Louisville.

Beautiful property that accommodated our group for a fun weekend on the bourbon trail. I would rebook for our next visit!

This home had plenty of room for our family to spread out and enjoy our weekend in Louisville. It was typically a short drive into downtown Louisville, just not on graduation night when the traffic was horrible. But we enjoyed a quick drive to the Jim Beam Distillery that weekend.

Plenty of room for up to 10 visitors. House was clean and property owner was welcoming. Great location slightly off the beaten path, but well-located for access to Louisville and other Bourbon Trail destinations. Tammie was very welcoming. We were unable to take advantage of the outdoor fire pit due to a county-wide burn ban announced on the day of our arrival. Tammie made sure to inform us of the ban and was very apologetic even though this was completely out of her control. I would gladly stay here again on a trip to the Louisville area.

The house is conveniently located midway between Louisville and Bardstown allowing us to visit many distilleries, go to downtown Louisville, and attend the annual Kentucky Bourbon Festival in Bardstown without any lengthy drives.
The five bedrooms are all well sized and very comfortable. We hung out a lot on the nice patio and found time to enjoy the pool.
Our only criticisms are that some of the finishes could be upgraded (but are fully functional nonetheless); and that anyone sleeping in the two bedrooms upstairs have to go downstairs to access one of the bathrooms. But please note that these didn’t bother us at all since we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time! The listing is exactly as described. Tammie was very easy to work with and very responsive prior to trip with suggestions, travel times, and all my other Louisville questions!

The house was well maintained and great location as our home base for trips to Louisville and Bardstown.

EXCELLENT! Absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. Our hostess Tammie was amazing and checked in on us at the beginning. Had a small issue with needing shower mats and within 30 min they were delivered to our door. She was ALWAYS there if we needed her but at no time did we feel she was “over-baring”. Would recommend this property for anyone looking to experience a TRUE Kentucky vacation and some warm Southern Hospitality!

We had a great long weekend at this property for our annual girls' trip. There were plenty of beds for all six of us. The pool was very clean, and even had a few floats available if we needed them. The location was great for our needs. We didn't plan to go anywhere, but one guest got a flat tire on the highway on the trip down, and we were a close drive to several options for getting the tire replaced, and for any last minute grocery needs. We really enjoyed the peaceful area and beautiful home.

Great place to stay - clean, spacious, and the pool was wonderful. A few minor issues were resolved quickly.
A bathroom on the second floor would have been nice, as would a gas grill instead of charcoal.

Everything was perfect including the pool which was used the entire time!

Overall the property was really nice. The pictures are strategically taken so as not to show the neighboring houses being so close.
A big issue was we stayed in July, it was hot, and the 2 rooms upstairs don’t have air conditioning. There was a portable air conditioner, but it just couldn’t keep up being that it was so hot outside.
Also, while we were there, the pool was cloudy the entire time. We still got use out of the pool, and the property manager was trying to figure it out, but it wasn’t the best experience with the pool.
We will probably not be staying here again.

There were 8 of us from Upstate,NY that rode our motorcycles down for vacation. We had an amazing time. The house was just as described in the add. Tammie was amazing with communication when it came to questions about the house or giving some suggestions on where to ride the bikes. We did some of the Bourbon trail stops, Churchill Downs and Louisville slugger tour. It was a very hot week (85°-99°), so the pool was a blessing to have. We are already talking about coming down again. Thank you Tammie for everything. 😊😊😊

We stayed here over the forth of July holiday week and it worked out great for our family. There were 6 adults and two kids. There was plenty of space for all of us and everything we needed was provided. It was great to have a pool and there were plenty of fireworks around the neighborhood that could be seen from the house. The house was clean and appliances are new and in great shape. Loved all the windows and natural light. The owner was very responsive and friendly when we had questions. This was the first full family trip we had taken in many years and this place just made it that much more enjoyable.

We were fortunate to spend our 50th anniversary with our children and their spouses plus our 4 grandchildren. The house accommodated the 10 of us very well. Plenty of room for all. We visited Church Hill Downs, Mega Caverns, and several restaurants down. Easy access to all highways. We enjoyed our stay and Louisville is a very nice, very clean and safe.

We really enjoyed our stay here. My brothers and some friends came to Louisville for a bachelor party. The house was in a great location, far enough out to have space and some privacy but close enough to everything we wanted to do. The place was well-stocked (including everything for the firepit) and the beds were really comfortable. The host, Tammie, was extremely nice and helpful, making sure we had everything for our stay and giving us an extensive list of things to do in the area. I highly recommend staying here!

The house was perfect for the 9 adults in our party. It is in a good location for the Bourbon Trail and was nice to come home to after being gone all day. We enjoyed the fire pit, and the s’mores were a nice added touch. We never used the pool, but it looked nice as well. Tammie was a great host and was very responsive. She sent an excellent list of things to see and do prior to our stay which was great. We would stay there again!

We stayed in this home while we were in Kentucky for marriage. It was the perfect location for our blended family; plenty of room, close to everything, and beautifully decorated. We appreciate so much everything Tammie did for us during our trip!

We had a group of 7 that stayed here and it only one person had to sleep on the couch. Tammie's place was in a great location for us to get to many stops on the bourbon trail. It is located at about the halfway point between Bardstown and Louisville. The house is in great shape and the outdoor areas would have been great had the weather cooperated more for us. We prepared most of our meals at the house and the kitchen is well stocked. During the time leading up to, during and after our stay Tammie was a great communicator and provided a great amount of information about things in the area we might be interested in doing. Thanks Tammie!

My family and I stayed here for the weekend while visiting Louisville, Kentucky. The home is just what we needed to accommodate four couples and there was a room to spare. It is a little ways from downtown Louisville, approximately 25 minutes away, which was not a problem. Tammie was very attentive and accommodating. Everything we needed was provided and we discussed coming back in the near future before we left.
