Got scammed and they tried to change the details while being complained about it.
I liked that the beds were soft.
The room wasn’t cleaned at all. There were still used tissues next to the bed. Every surface was full of dust when we arrived. And there was also a letter which stated that the property itself was missing an electricity bill. Also the fact that the property management decided to put the description of the “three-bedroom-apartment” into the “two-bedroom-apartment”. I booked a 110m2 apartment and got a 78m2 one. No fireplace, no extra long beds, no garden/lake view. Literally every facility they mentions was part of either the penthouse or another room. Also after complaining it to them, they changed it while being in contact with me. Luckily I made screenshots and took evidence videos of the whole property. After contacting booking I was refunded 50% of the original price since the property was ignoring Booking’s calls and mails to explain them about the false information.

I will definitely go back for my business and will use their service.
. We were traveling with the family of four people, all big adults. The place is perfect , the host is very good and responsible, and the beds are very cozy. It is a perfect place for Russian citizens because it sits across the road from the Embassy.
A tiny little drawback is the cleanest which is an issue in Vietnam. But it was not dirty it was just a little bit neglected so we gave it to clean ourselves and it was perfect.
