We loved our stay here. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. Such an easy walk to the beach and little downtown. So nice having the bikes and beach chairs left in the garage. Loved spending time on the porches - so spacious.

With family scattered around the country, we spent a week together at the beach. The house was perfect for our group. It was spacious, comfortable, and located with easy access to the beach. Michelle, the owner, was very responsive to questions. Thanks for a great week.

This was a great house! We were down during a tropical storm and ended up spending a lot of time in the house. The host was very easy to reach and checked in on the family a few times during the storm. The walk to the beach is very easy and the access point is one of the nicer ones I’ve seen. I recommend this house highly!

This property was fantastic! Very short walk to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet. House was well kept, clean, and large. Elevator was perfect for my parent that would have struggled with the stairs. So many decks to enjoy where you could hear the waves crashing in and a great kitchen for large family dinners. We enjoyed coffee from the many brewing options for sunrise every morning on the beach. All of this with an outdoor shower to wash the sand off and a large garage area with outdoor cooking. Check in was easy and the communication was always well responded to for needs. Amenities for beach fun like chairs, umbrellas, and bikes were available plus renting options on the beach We loved the quick walk to Shaka Shack for pineapple mango twist soft serve and gift shops. So many restaurants, grocery stores, and other rentals near by. Refuge was a great breakfast place. We had a less than 30 minute drive to downtown Charleston for the City Market, King Street, and Rainbow row. We also enjoyed the bulls island ferry with Al and Annie, very informative but pack water and good walking shoes. We also loved the Boone Plantation tours and Gulla lesson. So many restaurants, shopping, and fun with very friendly people. The show stopper was the beach.

Very well equipped house with great location near the beach and town center. Bed frame broke and owner sent replacement within a few hours. Very responsive and helpful. Perfect for our large family.

I had a group of friends stay at this home for Memorial Day Weekend and cannot recommend it enough! Michelle and her team were efficient with communication and were able to accommodate all of our needs. They even provided recommendations for food and coffee in walking distance - highly recommend Cafe Paname (get there early!!) for coffee and Acme Lowcountry Kitchrn were some of our favorites!

Very family-friendly for multiple generations: 7 sizable bedrooms w/ plenty of bathrooms; elevator; nice kitchen w/ all necessary appliances and plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, etc; large dining room table; cozy TV room; and three great porches. Excellent location one short block from public beach access; two blocks from bars & restaurants but still a quiet street 24/7. Owner so kind and professional and responsive on check-in etc. Very well-cleaned and stocked on arrival. Hope our family’s schedulea allow us to keep returning in years ahead.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is very spacious and clean, and the owner is very responsive in case you need anything. Close access to the beach and shops in IOP. The stovetop wasn’t working while we were there, but the owner did offer a partial refund which more than made up for the minor inconvenience. We had a great time and think you will too!

Our stay was great! We loved how close the house was to beach access and within an easy walk to restaurants. Nice to have grocery stores so close by for last minute grocery needs. The house was very accommodating for large family gatherings. We enjoyed the upstairs front porch for coffee and reading. Appreciated the 4 bicycles...took quite a few rides. The large kitchen table was great for meals or playing games. All in all, a great week at the beach! I only have one suggestion: larger trashcan for kitchen and a kitchen towel.

We love the Isle of Palms and enjoy visiting there each summer. We were very pleased with the house and the proximity to the beach. The check-in process was very easy, and the house was extremely clean. The property owner was easy to communicate with, and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. This house perfectly accommodated a family reunion of 12 adults. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space and plenty of bathrooms and mirrors helped us all get dressed and out the door timely!! The house is super close to beach access and restaurants in IOP. Owner was very communicative and even reached out mid trip to let us know to expect her landscapers. Highly recommend!

The property was great, just a few minutes from the ocean. However, as good as the house and location are, Michelle, the host, was even better. We had some appliance issues while we were there. Those things happen and are completely out of the owners control but Michelle was amazing. She was incredibly responsive and had a repair man out as soon as possible. On top of that she gave us a partial refund for the temporary inconvenience. She seems to genuinely care about giving her guests a great experience. We go to IOP every spring break. I will definitely be looking at her property again in the future.

I rented this house for a long weekend for my sisters bachelorette party. The pictures are great, but the house is even more beautiful and roomy in person! Having so many bathrooms is a plus too! The three porches are amazing, and there was enough open space for us all to be together inside. The property is a block away from the beach and maybe 5 -10 min walk to a few restaurants and bars. When I need to reach out about an oven question, I received a response immediately. We all said we would rent this house again if we came back!

House in great condition, true seven bedrooms all of which were sizable, plenty of porch space front and back on two floors, excellent location - two block walk to restaurants/bars but not so close that there was any noise audible from them, one block to beach access. Elevator helpful for older family members.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is exceptional and well-equipped; I will rent this house again. The owner was helpful and answered all questions. We did not have any issues with the house or the process. I recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place on the Isle of Palm. In addition, for the owner to add a TV to all bedrooms. I could not find the thermostat for the third floor, and the two bedrooms on the third floor were hot. I should have reached out to the property owner. Overall, we had a blast!

Easy walk to the beach. Many more stairs than anticipated, had 3 older ladies that had a difficult time getting up & down steps multiple times per day. Elevator did not work to assist with luggage.
