New to market, upscale premier property. This modern, state-of-the-art home is the perfect lake getaway with amazing views of Canandaigua Lake. Watch the sunrise every morning from all three levels or the balcony. Custom features throughout make this a unique four-season property.

The gorgeous kitchen is the perfect spot to prepare a delicious family meal and is fully equipped with high-end, stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen features bar stool seating to give family and friends room to hang out with the family chef. The adjoining dining table seats 8 guests comfortably.

The living area is roomy, comfortable, has lots of seating and a cozy fireplace. There is a 55” Samsung LCD Smart TV and a Bose soundbar for streaming your favorite shows after a long day exploring the local area. The Bose soundbar is bluetooth compatible to allow you to play music from your smartphone. There is no need for cable TV. Watch television in HD through Samsung TV+ or plug in your personal streaming devices (Google Chromecast, Amazon Firestick, Apple TV, etc.) via the HDMI wall outlet to access your streaming apps. There is no cable TV.

The living room connects to a large balcony overlooking the lake which provides a perfect place to savor your morning coffee, relax, or close out your day with a glass of local wine. The lake views are so special you will want take in the morning sunrise and enjoying the outdoors.

This property boasts four bedrooms, three full and one-half baths. The master provides panoramic lake views and a 65” Samsung LCD Smart TV. The bathrooms feature rainfall shower heads. Each bedrooms has plush beds and luxurious bedding for a cozy night’s sleep.

USB charging ports are found throughout the penthouse condo to ensure your personal electronics are fully charged when needed.

The community includes a private beach. Outside the Community Center is a playground, basketball, tennis, and pickle ball courts, and playground.

The home includes and a 3-burner Weber grill for your grilling needs on the balcony along with Adirondack chairs, and a cozy table to enjoy a meal.

Boat slip is available for an extra charge of $75 per day.

The property includes bed linens, bath towels, washer/dryer, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, free parking, and a starter supply kit of necessities (ex. dish soap, sponge, and single-use shampoo and soaps).

This stunning condo is a step above the rest offering everything you could need for a first-class relaxing vacation. Located above the community beach. It is a short ride to the Community Center.

Canandaigua is a short 15-minute drive north and boast very nice shops and restaurants along the historic Main Street. Bristol Mountain is 12 minutes away with great winter skiing and summer zip lining.

The quaint Village of Naples is a short 10-minute drive south. Naples is known for its wineries, fall festivals, and a waterfall hike to Grimes Glen.

For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

This unit does not allow pets or smoking. Maximum occupancy is eight. No parties or events permitted.

Our trip to this amazing condo on Cliffside dr was to celebrate 35 years of friendship. Steven our host was very responsive and helpful. The condo was elegant, clean, spacious and the perfect gathering place for friends from different parts of the state to get together. It was a wonderful experience and we will plan to come back again!

Wow! What a fantastic week we had staying at this property. Walking in to the condo we were delighted with the modern styling, but we were drawn immediately to the outside patio area overlooking the lake. The views are amazing! We enjoyed sitting in the tall Adirondack chairs in the mornings with our coffee watching the sun rise. And after our daily adventures we sat there in the evenings enjoying glasses of local wine. The house has three levels with the penthouse suite on top with master bedroom, sitting area and master bath, the middle level featured the kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath and the patio area, and the bottom level had three additional bedrooms, two full baths and laundry area. Each level offered views of the lake. This property is perfectly situated for day trips around the Finger Lakes region and even to Niagara Falls. We did a day trip to Skaneateles Lake on one day and on another day we went to Niagara Falls (about 2 hours). On the other days we explored wineries and cideries around the area and the surrounding lakes just to the east of Canandaigua. We also enjoyed the Finger Lakes Wine and Culinary Center in town. Be sure to check out Joseph's Market in nearby Naples to pick up any fresh produce or other local tasty treats. You won't regret staying at this rental property. The property owner was very easy to communicate with, and everything was as advertised. Our expectations were exceeded, and we would be very happy to stay there again.

We loved the penthouse condo! It was super clean and beautifully updated. Everything seemed new. We loved sitting on the deck watching the boats and sunsets. The location with beach access was perfect with kids. We hope to visit again!

The unit was exceptionally clean and nicely remodeled. The beds were super comfortable, towels amazingly soft, fully stocked kitchen and Steve was very accessible and easy to work with. I didn’t mind being woken up by the sunrise, but if you like to sleep in, just bring an eye mask as the shades are not room darkening. We loved it and would definitely consider this unit for future stays! Thank you!

One of the best family vacations we’ve had. The lake views are spectacular and the home is beautiful, clean, and had everything our family needed. The views of the lake from every room, especially the primary, were stunning. The local towns have lots to offer in food, wines and spirits. We loved hiking Grimes Glen and Watkins Glen Parks. The private beach was great to relax and enjoy the sun. Paddle boards and kayaks were an added bonus! Stephen was also great to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. Super accommodating! Highly recommend this location!

We stayed for a few days in December to enjoy some skiing at Bristol Mountain. The condo was just as advertised and everything we hoped it would be…. Clean, beautifully decorated, amazing lake views and close to Bristol Mountain. Steve was a gracious host and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable trip. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

The pictures didn't do the lake or abode justice! The condo was immaculate and the furnishings were new and very nice. We all slept well on the comfy beds, and it was awesome not to have to bring bath towels and bed linens! Everything was well appointed, and having 3 1/2 bathrooms was great and would definitely make this condo good for multiple families or couples. The view from the master bedroom and 2nd floor balcony was breathtaking, and the private beach was a nice bonus! Wineries and breweries were fun, and only about an hour and 1/2 drive to the Corning Museum of Glass, which was really cool. Overall, a wonderful place to stay on vacation or a get away.

Everything about the stay was fantastic! The unit is newly upgraded and the main floor is great for hanging out- but the real star is the view! Drinks on the deck are a must, early risers can catch the sunrise!! Hidden gem is also the main clubhouse if weather doesn’t cooperate or kids are driving you nuts- ping pong, pool table, horse shoes and more. Even a library with a great selection of topics for everyone! Communication was easy, check in a breeze. Can’t recommend this location enough if you’re looking for an upscale gathering spot for your crew!

The Cliffside condo is a newly renovated, clean , modern, and well appointed unit. The grandkids loved staying in the bunk room and the king rooms were spacious and comfortable with great lake views. Easy access to the beach , playground and community center as well as the property location are a bonus.

We had an amazing week at the lake. The house is BEAUTIFUL! It’s clean, updated, and has every amenity needed for adults and kids. Our family loved it. The townhouse is perfectly located next to the beach elevator. The beach is great and was never crowded! Water was clean and warm. We rented a boat from a nearby marina for a couple of days and had a blast tubing and water skiing. We were all amazed at how quiet the lake is. There’s a vineyard a mile up the road, and the town of Canadugia is a short drive away with many restaurant and ice cream options. I would definitely recommend this property. Steve (the owner) was easy to deal with-helpful and communicative. Thanks for a great week!
