Our house of 160m2 is ideally equipped for 8 people:
- Large living room with bay windows on terrace facing the sea with large terrace, garden furniture
- Open sea view/180° kitchen, fully equipped central island with fridge, induction table with hood, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule, piston and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster
- bedroom 1: sea view, bed (160x200), dressers, wardrobe, TV
- bedroom 2: bed ( 160X200), cupboard, TV
-shower room with shower + WC
Garden level:
-lounge area/ office equipped with a small kitchen with fridge, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, sofa, TV
- bedroom 3: a 140 bed with shower room
- bedroom 4: bed 160X200, wardrobe
- Room 5: two beds of 80 that can get closer
- shower room, bath, WC
- 1 separate toilet + hand wash
- Laundry, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, freezer

Located in the area of LAKE TANCHET you can enjoy in front of the garden an ACCESS TO THE SANDY BEACH, its gourmet huts, beach club and surf school.
A few steps from the house you can walk to the nautical center and donation SURF SCHOOL (Institute Sport Ocean), the LAKE TANCHET and the THALASSO/ SPA "West Coast", the TENNIS CLUB SABLAIS, the CASINO des Sports, the zoo and an Italian restaurant...
The city center is accessible on foot or by bike along the embankment and its charming small coves.
On your way a few hundred meters, you will find the SHOPS of the Presidents district (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, creamery, florist, pharmacy, supermarket, newsagent ...)
For lovers of WILD COAST from home a protected coastal path takes you for a walk of several km on foot or by bike along the ocean and its beautiful rocky coast
Linen and towels provided, beds will be made upon arrival.
