Attached garage. 5 minutes to Prescott Valley shopping & dining; 20 minutes to historic downtown Prescott; Vaulted ceilings, open floorplan, skylights, fully furnished, complete kitchen for your family's fun and relaxation. King bed, 2 twins, queen pull-out sofa, sleeps 6 comfortably. Prescott Golf Club offers reasonable public greens fees; Redwoods Grill features inside and patio dining. Short walk from the condo to the clubhouse and practice area. 80 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, 77 minutes to State Farm Stadium, 1 hour to Sedona, 50 minutes to Cottonwood, 2 hours to the Grand Canyon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dewey at this spacious condo. The golf course views are a real plus from the patio. The linens are clean and fresh. The king bed is very comfortable. It is well stocked with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. It is a very quiet location in walking distance to the restaurant clubhouse. We enjoyed using the walking path by the golf course. Mary the owner responded immediately to any questions we had during our stay. We look forward to another visit in the future.

Our stay with beautiful country club views on the 18th hole was very relaxing and the neighbors very friendly. The place was very clean and accommodating. Our only issue was the bed was very hard for us and made it uncomfortable to sleep and sadly our stay was cut short due to a family medical emergency after just a 2 day stay.

What an amazing escape from LA county! We recently rented this property to visit our AZ family. The house is just lovely and very reasonably priced. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary tools and amenities. Heads up* there is a flat electric stovetop so keep a close watch with kiddos in the kitchen. All bedrooms were fully stocked as well. It’s quiet and comfy and we were so very pleased with our experience here. Parking for one vehicle is in the garage so extra vehicles would require a bit more planning ahead. Entry and access was very simple as garage code and remote was given. The host was quick to answer texts and was very accommodating. The golf course and pond are just steps off the patio which we very much enjoyed every night. The course is not lit after dark so we were able to see the amazing night sky with no light pollution. Highly recommend staying here for anything that brings you to the Prescott/Prescott Valley/Dewey area. If you stay here, please be 5 star guests for the host so we can keep renting this amazing place at a great rate!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this quiet golf course condo. We loved the peaceful view from the back porch and found the indoor space to be quite roomy and adequate for our needs. The tall living room ceiling along with the skylights added to the spaciousness of the condo. We particularly enjoyed the coffee and creamer provided. Mary was quite helpful throughout the reservation process and our arrival. We would love to stay here again.

This was perfect for my needs. If you want a golf get away at this resort, you have everything you need in this condo. Quiet little area and your patio is the 18th fairway. Screened in porch made it safe and nice to relax. I frequent this area due to my sone and grandson living in the community. I continue to move around trying different options around this area and this one will be a regular one for me going forward.

Open feeling with vaulted ceiling and fireplace looking out onto the golf course. It was fully equipped with new appliances and everything from napkins to carving knives. Full supply of comfortabe linens and soft towels. All the switches were labeled so no guessing as to what they were for. Geeat communication in every aspect by hosts. We hope we have opportunity to stay here again.

One of the best properties I’ve stayed and I travel a lot. Super clean and well kept with everything one may need. Good quality appliances in a great condition. The place has all kinds of dishes, cookware, utensils, glasses, etc. and everything I’m a great condition, look like new. Beds are super comfortable with plenty of good quality pillows, covers and blankets. The house is very nice, feels very cozy and warm. There is even set of golf clubs for you to use. The area and neighborhood absolutely gorgeous. I would recommend it to everyone.

We stayed for 3 nights for a local ultra trail race and the condo was clean, quiet, had everything we needed. The caretakers were friendly and welcoming. It is easy to get to and there are restaurants around if needed. We would rent from them again without hesitation. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

My husband and I were thrilled we chose this property as our 1st VRBO. Kitchen stocked with anything you might need if you wanted to stay in and cook. Quiet location on the golf course. Screened in porch very useful for watching the golfers. Everything was clean, towels fluffy. Convenient to stores and restaurants in Prescott Valley. Having property managers right next door was reassuring to us. All in all we would definitely stay here again!

Condos in Dewey are difficult to find, so typically have to stay in Prescott, so I was very excited to be right in Dewey near my sister's place. Both the owner and the next door neighbors handling any local issues were very friendly and quick to respond when needed. The check-in process was super simple, the condo is spacious, and had everything I needed. You will see me again.

The Muirs are wonderful hosts. Their property is very convenient to the Prescott Country club and provides great access to the surrounding Prescott area. Very clean and worked great for our family of five. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed going for walks. Would recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The beds are extremely comfortable! This condo had everything a family needs to prepare meals and relax.We enjoyed spending time on the screened in patio playing games and watching people play golf! The neighbors are very kind and helpful! We took our 15 month old granddaughter for walks on the golf course and she had a blast! Very enjoyable and when we come back I will definitely rent this house again! The host are very friendly and helpful!
